Turned out not to be a bladder infection, negative for STDs, blood tests, everything. And I just had an ultrasound, but I don't know if that's going to show anything and I'm freaking out because it's definitely taking a toll on my relationship.

And it's something that gynecologist is trying to sort of solve. This painful hoo-hoo that can't be explained based on infection or anything else. Do you guys use condoms?

7:11🔗 I can go for 50 minutes straight.

7:13🔗 Stryker For most women, that means ouch. For some women, that's what they want. So again, the great mystery about the female is that no two are the same. And you have to kind of adjust accordingly.

7:21🔗 Adam I've adjusted in my lifetime, by the way. I've gone for 50 minutes, after round two, of course.

7:48🔗 Stryker Well, they're trying to, for instance, want to know how many days a guy should be abstinent before he offers a sample for a fertility clinic. And usually they'll say like a week or so to store up. A week? It could be exploding after three days. I forget what they say exactly, but there are sort of optimal ranges. If you go longer than that, it starts to fall off too. The testosterone levels start to go down. I don't know if people are listeners. I speak at colleges all the time, and I really enjoy doing it. Does anybody want me to come to their college? Please? No, it's not that much, but I just really enjoy it. I went to Occidental College tonight and had a really nice experience.

10:41🔗 Stryker You know, and 17 years is not that big a deal. It really isn't. It's more in terms of, can he manage having kids and is he ready for that? Does he want that?

Plenty of people that can't have orgasms unless they use their special techniques and their magic box of tricks, but the presence of the guy is distracting or overwhelming or makes you feel defensive or anxious or whatever it is. It's something about intimacy that's troubling you and I don't know what that is.

1:30:45🔗 Stryker Yeah, there's a lot of reasons for that. One is just, you know, testosterone does that to males and secondly, it's envy. Sometimes it's that, you know, if you can, if they're willing to soil themselves with you, they must not be worth it. Some of it is a conquest thing and that's all that sex is about. So my biggest suggestion to you is look for a relationship. Don't look for a conquest. Look for a person, it's not an object. And maybe then you'll slow down.

1:31:15🔗 Adam A little bit, I definitely had a time frame where, when you say conquer, that makes it sound so terrible, though.

1:31:46🔗 Stryker How long you been with her? How long you been together? Year and a half. Stryker, you wanna know a secret about lesbian relationships that nobody knows? Yes. And I don't know the data on this, but lesbians I've treated and who are friends of mine tell me that one of the, not real secrets, but a common phenomenon, and it's sort of a unspoken secret in the lesbian community, is that most lesbian couples, at least they claim most, and I don't have anything to corroborate this, most lesbian couples stop having sex after six months. Interesting? They just stop. They're just not interested. They cuddle and they have intimacy and other things, but the sex part just kind of, there's nothing driving it. Isn't that interesting?

1:32:38🔗 Stryker Is sort of more in that category. I don't know that anybody's ever studied what that means, but it may not be that she doesn't love you. It may mean nothing. And you may just have a different sex drive and you got to kind of work together to find some way of compromising on that, as most heterosexual couples have to do.
