1:48 Voiceover Loveline is meant for an adult audience. Loveline may contain sexually oriented content. Listener discretion is advised. Adam Corolla, Dr. Drew.
1:58 Voiceover I'm not modeling anymore for the two of you.
2:01 Voiceover Loveline.
2:02 Adam Yeah. Well, it's about time the show started.
2:05 Drew Yeah, speaking of professionalism.
2:07 Voiceover Adam Corolla, that is Dr. Drew, phone number, 1-800-LOVE-191, fax number 310-854-4455. Dr. Drew is a board certified physician, addiction medicine specialist. Tonight, our guest from VIP is Natalie Raitano. And let's see, what's Natalie got to plug?
2:24 Drew Her calendar.
2:24 Adam Ah, yes, yes. Got the calendar and...
2:28 Drew There's going to be a signing of the 2000 VIP calendar, the Spencer Gifts at the West Side Pavilion from 68. Where's the West Side Pavilion, Natalie?
2:35 Adam On the West Side.
2:36 Natalie Raitano Natalie?
2:38 Drew Better use that thing.
2:39 Natalie Raitano It's on Pico and Overland. You might want to use the microphone.
2:42 Adam I know you TV guys are used to the boom following you around, but this is radio. Although it would be good to just, we could just sort of lay back and have a guy with a boom follow us around.
2:53 Drew Natalie plays Nikki on VIP, which is, check your local listings.
2:57 Adam She's the sassy brunette.
3:01 Drew The ballistics expert.
3:03 Adam That's right. Well, are you the ballistics expert? Yeah, you're into the guns and the explosives and all that stuff. What is your background? I don't mean in real life, but on the show, did they lay that out?
3:15 Drew Yeah.
3:16 Adam I watched the pilot. I mean, I watched your premier episode. We were in Syracuse.
3:21 Drew Oh, wow.
3:22 Adam When the premier episode aired.
3:25 Drew Yeah, yeah.
3:25 Adam And that was a year and three quarters ago. What in the hell was that?
3:30 Natalie Raitano We're on the second season.
3:32 Adam You're on the second season. I got to say, I didn't give the show five minutes when I saw it, but who the hell knew it would be a huge success?
3:39 Natalie Raitano Who knew? Who knew we'd be having shows every week together?
3:43 Drew Now, Natalie's been on this show a couple of times, but if I remember right, you opened the last time she was on with exactly that comment.
3:50 Natalie Raitano Well, it's all good though.
3:51 Drew No, I've been to the TV show.
3:55 Adam I've changed my mind on it. I watched the whole thing. I loved it. Not because I thought it was a spectacular cinematic triumph, just because it was fun to watch.
4:06 Natalie Raitano Exactly. It's pure entertainment, and that's what people want. It's to be entertained when they watch TV.
4:12 Adam Lots of T&A and lots of stuff blowing up.
4:14 Natalie Raitano There's action, there's pretty girls, there's cute guys.
4:19 Adam A lot of interesting and bizarre cameos.
4:22 Natalie Raitano Exactly.
4:23 Adam I think we had-
4:24 Drew Not us though. Not us.
4:25 Adam No, not that interesting.
4:26 Natalie Raitano You've had all of us on your show. We need to put you on VIP.
4:29 Adam We'd love to do it. We've had, I think Polly Shore was in here last night, and I think I saw him on it. I think I've seen Jerry Springer on it.
4:36 Drew Jay Leno?
4:37 Adam Oh, have you seen Leno? Who else has done that?
4:41 Natalie Raitano Charles Barkley did it last year.
4:43 Drew Minnie Me?
4:44 Natalie Raitano Minnie Me did it this year. Lonnie Anderson plays Pamela's mom.
4:49 Adam That's right.
4:50 Natalie Raitano That's interesting. Perfect.
4:52 Adam They're both born at the same plastic surgeon's office. Yahoo!
4:57 Natalie Raitano Chuck Zito is on the show this week. We have a big, this is kind of like a Nicky episode because I have a mob background. Sure. And I get, I turn into the godfather. And I actually, Pam is the counselor. And I have like the suit on. I have my hair slicked back and everything. Exactly. And I have, and Pam just got me a little puppy, a pug. And that's what I was like stroking in it when people were coming in and asking me for, you know, favors.
5:28 Adam It's sort of a throwback to in, I'll see if I can explain this correctly, but there was a while in television when they were just doing freaky things like the Monsters, the Adams family, Gilligan's Island, I Dream a Genie, even like...
5:46 Drew Bewitched.
5:46 Adam Bewitched. I'm trying to think of Hogan's Heroes, just sort of pitches like, like I would have loved them in a fly on the wall during the pitch session for, you know, the Monsters.
5:57 Drew My Mother in the Car.
5:58 Adam Well, they're like Monsters, but they're cool, they're nice, they're funny. They're funny ghouls and they live up on a hill.
6:03 Drew Everybody's afraid of them, but...
6:04 Adam Everybody's scared if they get a good looking niece who they think is ugly. But, but then when you have a show like that, then sort of anything goes. I mean, you can write any, you can do anything you want. And that's what you have, right?
6:14 Natalie Raitano Because we also get to have our input. And now that we're on our second year, we're more comfortable with our characters and everything.
6:22 Adam And is the show, it's international, right?
6:25 Natalie Raitano Yes.
6:26 Adam Oh, that's good.
6:27 Natalie Raitano Yeah, it's a lot of fun.
6:29 Adam I get it. I'm guessing it's pretty big in Europe and all places that like women.
6:34 Natalie Raitano Everybody totally loves. Well, yeah, pretty much everywhere. People love women.
6:37 Adam And they dub it in like French and Japanese and all that. Oh my God. And the good part-
6:41 Natalie Raitano I have a friend who was in Jordan and saw it. She's like, hi. She called me. She's like a traveler and she saw it. She's like, I just saw your show.
6:52 Adam And the good thing is, is you then get to travel to those places if you want and be like a star, right?
7:00 Natalie Raitano Yes.
7:00 Adam Whereas we'd get our ass kicked like that on the Gaza Strip somewhere, right? All right. So the calendar signing is when Drew?
7:08 Natalie Raitano Yeah. Come on down. Thursday night at 5, at 5.30, West Side Pavilion. We're all going to be there for the 2000 VIP calendar with lots of great pictures of all of us.
7:21 Adam Yeah. That's good. Everyone's, hey, surprise, surprise. Everyone's in a bathing suit. That's good.
7:27 Natalie Raitano Can you believe that?
7:28 Adam This is not one of those.
7:29 Natalie Raitano No, we're not all in bathing suits. There's action shots and there's bathing suit shots and then there's some action shots and more bathing suit shots.
7:37 Adam Right.
7:37 Natalie Raitano Beautiful Pamela Anderson shots.
7:39 Adam Wow. Yeah. My God. This is this was done by professionals.
7:44 Natalie Raitano Oh, the guy who did the photography is amazing.
7:47 Adam I'll tell you if they'd make the nail hole just a little smaller, I could really have at this thing tonight. We could just tighten up that hole. What is it? Looks like a good 316. They don't need that much room to put a nail through there, do they? Is this one of those 14 month calendars or aren't calendars getting longer?
8:05 Natalie Raitano This is like a four year calendar. No, it's your basic 12 month calendar. We're going to have to come out with a new one on 2001.
8:15 Adam All right. We'll take some calls. Let's see. Drew, you're blocking something. Here we go. Danny? Yes. Well, hold on a second. The reason I was almost late and look like I'm glowing is because I did that runway model show tonight.
8:34 Drew Oh, yeah. True.
8:34 Adam That's why I'm not wearing my hat in the rest of my pajamas.
8:38 Drew You're dressed like a human.
8:40 Adam I have makeup on.
8:41 Drew Oh, right.
8:42 Adam Can you tell?
8:43 Natalie Raitano Is that the difference? I thought there was something different about you.
8:45 Adam You're like, hey, the guy shaved, he put makeup on, he's not wearing a baseball cap.
8:48 Natalie Raitano Adam is really looking cute today.
8:49 Adam Yeah.
8:50 All right.
8:50 Adam Just keep that.
8:51 That's gone.
8:52 Adam Danny?
8:53 Yes.
8:54 Adam I'm really looking good tonight.
8:56 Yeah.
8:57 Drew Thanks, Danny.
8:58 Adam What's up?
8:58 Drew You're 16.
8:59 Caller Uh-huh.
9:00 Adam All right.
9:02 Caller I just wanted to tell you that I love the man show.
9:05 Adam Great.
9:06 Caller And it makes me proud to be an American citizen.
9:08 Adam Thank you.
9:09 Caller Great. And I want to say hi to your sexy guest tonight.
9:15 Adam Natalie Raitano.
9:16 Caller Yeah.
9:17 Drew Hey, Danny, you have a question?
9:18 Caller Yeah. I like to have the thing where I masturbate and I do it on my chest, like, with my pillows. Kind of like I'm trying to explain it like...
9:32 Adam Are you on your stomach or on your back?
9:34 Caller On my stomach.
9:35 Adam On my stomach. He's no weirdo. He's on his stomach. Yeah.
9:38 Caller And I wanted to... That's going to affect me having an orgasm in real sex later on.
9:44 Drew Is it something about the technique you're using that we should know about?
9:48 Caller Um, not... I don't know. It's like kind of more back and forth than up and down.
9:58 Adam He paints quite a vivid picture, doesn't he?
10:00 Drew I think he's rolling or something. Don't worry, Danny. That's an instrument that can weather many storms and still function quite well.
10:08 Adam Well, you think you're going to do damage to your penis?
10:10 Caller Well, I just heard people that have called in and do it a weird way.
10:15 Adam Well, you're on your stomach.
10:17 Caller Yes.
10:17 Adam And where's the pillow? You're biting it?
10:20 Caller No.
10:21 Adam That's what I do. Grab it by the scruff of the case.
10:27 Caller Yeah, I just...
10:31 Adam Okay, Danny.
10:31 Caller Okay.
10:32 Adam You're fine.
10:33 Caller All right?
10:33 Drew Don't worry, Danny.
10:34 Adam Keep watching that man's show on Wednesday nights at 10.30.
10:37 Natalie Raitano And VIP. That'd be nice.
10:38 Adam And VIP, yes.
10:39 Natalie Raitano Sunday's at 3.
10:41 Adam All right. Let me ask you this about humping the pillow and that kind of stuff. Because I have a theory. Actually, I could go one of two ways. I don't think I could have an orgasm humping a pillow. I really don't. And so if he can have an orgasm humping a pillow, don't you think if he was with a woman, he would orgasm that much more quickly?
10:58 Drew Yes.
10:58 Natalie Raitano Maybe he can't get a woman.
11:00 Drew No, I think... But the point is he's going to be somebody who's going to be rather quick, probably.
11:04 Adam Right. Because if you can, if sort of grinding up against the box spring is going to get you off, imagine what a real hooker would do to you. You know what I'm saying? On the other hand, what about this theory? He gets so used to humping the pillow that a woman feels almost bizarre to him, and he can't have an orgasm humping her.
11:24 Natalie Raitano Or he really turns her out in bed.
11:26 Drew He's a genetic superior. He can spread his seed more efficiently.
11:29 Adam No kidding. One comforter at a time. Carol.
11:33 Hello.
11:33 Adam Carol, you're 57.
11:36 Caller Well, we'll be in February.
11:38 Adam Oh, okay. So you're still young. You're spry 56. You're just 170 years out of our demo.
11:44 Caller Now, Adam, be careful with me.
11:47 Adam All right.
11:48 Caller I'm fragile. No, I'm saying this is a bad problem.
11:51 Adam All right.
11:52 Caller He's 63. Now he has me with his sons that are 27, 29.
11:58 Adam This is your husband?
12:00 Caller No, of course not. It's the man I've been growing up with for 60 years and these are his children. To me, they're kids.
12:07 Drew What does he have you do with his kids?
12:09 Caller I have a sexual intercourse. My God.
12:12 Adam With the kids?
12:13 Caller He's, yes.
12:15 Adam Perfectly normal, perfectly healthy behavior.
12:18 Drew He's.
12:18 Caller Well, excuse me.
12:20 Adam All right.
12:21 Caller I'm very uncomfortable with this.
12:22 Adam I see.
12:23 Drew And why are you doing it?
12:24 Natalie Raitano But it doesn't stop you.
12:25 Drew Yeah. Why are you doing it?
12:26 Caller Because he, he's taking Viagra and he can, he'll be fine until he's ready for an ejection. And then he'll get off and then have the son get on.
12:39 Adam Hold on a second.
12:39 Natalie Raitano Okay. There's some really horrifying things going on.
12:42 Adam First off, you guys see, you guys see what we have to look forward to? You know what I mean? Sitting there with your Viagra, smacking your penis with a ruler, trying to get going while your girlfriend bangs around with one of your sons until you're ready. Now, what is she saying? Is she drunk?
12:54 Natalie Raitano She's saying that I could possibly be very drunk, but she sounds really sad and lost.
13:01 Adam She's saying that she has sex with the husband, with the kids while he's in the room? Yes. Is that true, Carol?
13:08 Caller No.
13:09 Adam No.
13:09 Caller No. I'm saying it's hard for me to have this relationship with him while he wants me to have this relationship with his sons. I mean, there's sex or...
13:25 Adam Hey, Carol.
13:25 Caller Yes.
13:26 Adam I'm going to toe the line here from a conversational standpoint and you just answer yes or no to a series of questions, okay? Is he in the same room as you when you have sex with his son?
13:40 Caller Yes.
13:41 Adam Yes. Okay. Do you then have sex with him after having sex with the son?
13:48 Caller No. He comes over to me and stands there and then he... then he comes.
13:54 Adam All right. But not during...
13:55 Natalie Raitano From watching.
13:56 Adam From watching.
13:59 Drew Why do you do this, these despicable things, if you hate them?
14:02 Caller Well, that's why I was going to ask Dr. Drew why I do this.
14:05 Adam Well, let's not judge, Drew. You don't know where she's from. What?
14:09 Drew Well, help us understand more about you. What would predispose someone?
14:13 Adam Okay, Drew, that's not going to work with all those big words.
14:15 Drew Why do you do this?
14:16 Adam Carol, do you drink?
14:18 Caller Yes.
14:19 Drew Are you loaded when you do this?
14:21 Caller No. I work the third shift. I'm tired. I work the graveyard shift. He comes over in the morning and I'm tired. I take a nice hot bath, which relaxes me.
14:35 Adam Right.
14:36 Caller Okay.
14:38 Adam I picture her taking a bath like one of those wash tubs, like from the 1800s. You know, I don't.
14:44 Caller Not quite. What graveyard shift do you work? That's 11 to 7.30 in the morning. What's the job?
14:50 Natalie Raitano What's the job?
14:52 Caller Well, you won't believe this, but I'm the only woman that's ever been there in 60 years. I am a furnace operator.
14:59 Adam Really?
15:00 Natalie Raitano A what?
15:00 Adam A furnace operator.
15:02 Caller Thank you.
15:03 Adam At some kind of foundry or something?
15:05 Caller Yes, it's heat treating.
15:07 Adam Heat what?
15:08 Drew Heat treatment plant.
15:09 Adam Heat treatment plant?
15:10 Caller Yeah.
15:13 Adam Does it involve steel?
15:15 Caller Of course it's steel. It's heat treating.
15:17 Adam Oh, okay. Sorry, baby. Listen, I'm the only metallurgist here tonight.
15:23 Caller A metallurgologist.
15:25 Adam Listen to me, you screwball.
15:26 Caller I'm not screwball.
15:27 Adam Thank God I'm sharp and can figure out what she's doing.
15:30 Drew But look at the effects of metal even on a woman.
15:32 Adam You heat. Okay, hold on a second. It's very good point. She does heat treating to metal, which is a process that strengthens steel. When you heat treat steel, it gets like ten times stronger than it would be. But anyone who listens to the show with any regularity knows my theory about, and it used to be just limited to men who work around metal. Man, they are bizarre and engage in all sorts of devious behavior and usually don't have two brain cells to rub together. This is the first woman we've ever spoken to who worked that closely with steel and look what we got. So apparently, it spans genders.
16:06 Drew Some biology occurs here.
16:08 Adam Carol?
16:08 Caller OK, I do copper brazing.
16:10 Adam I understand. I know.
16:12 Caller Softening of metal.
16:13 Adam OK, that's good. So it's a good gig you got there. And this guy, he's in his 60s, and he has some erectile difficulties, does he?
16:22 Caller Well, that's right, second variegra.
16:24 Adam Right. And his sons are 27 and how old?
16:28 Caller And 29.
16:29 Adam And do you have six? Yes.
16:31 Caller From another, from his last wife.
16:33 Adam Do you have sex with both of them?
16:36 Caller Yeah.
16:37 Adam Yeah. And are both of them in the room? Do you do it simultaneously?
16:41 Caller No.
16:41 Adam No.
16:42 Caller He brings them over one at a time.
16:44 Drew Are they impaired in some way? Is there something wrong with them?
16:46 Caller Why, why? One is a little short and fat. The other one has a big penis.
16:51 Drew Wow.
16:51 Caller Bigger than his dad's.
16:53 Adam Oh, now don't you bring that up in the same room with dad.
16:56 Caller I'm sorry.
16:56 Adam Well, I'm just saying you respect your elder's penis. My grandfather told me that many times. I remember when me and grandpa and dad used to bang around with the same steel stick.
17:06 Drew Wait a second.
17:07 Caller This is my problem, not yours.
17:09 Adam Okay, listen, Carol.
17:10 Caller Yeah.
17:10 Adam I don't know what kind of life you've led. I'm not picturing like Anne Margaret.
17:19 Caller I'm high-three, blonde.
17:21 Adam I don't mean what you look like. I just mean how many times you've been to Paris. You know what I mean? It hasn't been a great life, right?
17:28 Drew It's been tough.
17:29 Adam Hanging around with idiots, drinking too much. You know what I'm saying?
17:33 Drew Right.
17:34 Adam This is just more of it. So why don't you slow down? Why don't you be a little better to yourself?
17:38 Drew Get rid of this guy.
17:39 Adam Find a guy who's good, do you? You know?
17:41 Natalie Raitano Find a drug or an alcoholic program.
17:44 Caller How do you do that on third shift? There's nothing up here now, sort of.
17:47 Adam All right.
17:48 Caller There's nothing here.
17:49 Adam Carol, then you would be better off without a man. Can't you get a nice lap dog, start watching game shows and call the life?
17:56 Natalie Raitano I'm telling you, I just got a baby pug and I'm so happy.
18:00 Caller There you go.
18:02 Adam Best oral sex she's ever had.
18:03 Caller This is an apartment building where you can't have any dogs.
18:06 Adam All right. Well, Carol, what can we say then? You're going to be doing this well in your 80s.
18:11 Caller Okay.
18:12 Adam Carol.
18:13 Natalie Raitano Do you want to stop?
18:15 Caller I beg your pardon?
18:16 Natalie Raitano Do you want to stop this behavior?
18:19 Caller Yeah.
18:19 Drew Okay. All right.
18:21 Adam Sobriety. I bet you when you get sober, magically this all ends.
18:26 Drew Absolutely. That's true. If we can get her to look at this as part of her alcoholism and she gets engaged in the 12-step recovery process, she will look at this and think, Oh my God, the carnage of my disease.
18:38 Adam She just added 11 minutes of my masturbatory exercise tonight, by the way.
18:43 Drew Over three weeks, though. One minute, one minute, one minute.
18:48 Adam Three weeks? One minute, one minute, one minute, one minute. No, that's three days. Come on, what are you talking about? All right, but we hope we can chip away at that tonight. Now the mark is that I've added 11 plus two and a half, what is that, 13 and a half minutes. See if we can't chip away at that. If I bring the calendar, bring the calendar, that'll knock eight minutes off right there. Andrew?
19:08 Yeah.
19:08 Adam You're 13. Do not marry a woman like our previous scholar.
19:13 Caller Yeah.
19:14 Adam Okay. Wow. Hold on a second. Could you imagine just standing around in that room while you got the fat son, and then you got the one who's hung like a can of corn.
19:26 Natalie Raitano Then like grandpa.
19:27 Adam Grandpa over there waiting for the vagra to kick.
19:32 Drew Do not underestimate how bizarre humans can be.
19:35 Natalie Raitano Yeah, it's scary.
19:37 Drew And how awful they can be to each other. Well, awful men can be to women, more importantly.
19:42 Adam Yeah, but then when.
19:43 Natalie Raitano I just think about what has happened to them in their life that they would even let something like that happen. It's really sad. You know what I mean? Like they must have been really abused their whole life.
19:54 Drew Yes.
19:55 Adam Oh, yes.
19:55 Drew Oh, yeah.
19:56 Natalie Raitano And if they were at one point, they continue to abuse themselves. So this woman's like what? 57 years old and she's just still doing this.
20:05 Drew 50 years of acting out something that happened in 1940.
20:08 Natalie Raitano And calling a radio show for help, you know?
20:11 Adam Well, let's be fair. She's 56. She's not 57 yet.
20:16 Drew Until February.
20:17 Adam And she was 22 when Drew came on the air doing this show in what? 1954, 1955? I know we're in Korea. I just can't remember what year that was.
20:28 Drew All right.
20:28 Adam Where are we here? What's up?
20:33 Caller My mom caught me looking at internet porn. I was wondering if that was normal.
20:40 Adam For your mom to catch you?
20:41 Caller Yes. I mean, no. For my mom to...
20:43 Adam For you to look at it?
20:44 Caller Yeah.
20:45 Drew No way. What did your mom do?
20:47 Caller She punished me and took me off the computer.
20:50 Drew Did she totally freak out or was she just creating consequences?
20:54 Caller She was mad at me and she was like, I didn't expect it and all that stuff.
20:59 Adam She gave you that, I'm disappointed?
21:01 Natalie Raitano Yeah.
21:02 Drew Well, you know...
21:04 Adam That's all right.
21:05 Caller It's not a big deal.
21:06 Drew It's not a great... It's sort of not the ideal parent reaction, but it's not a bad one.
21:11 Adam What do you want?
21:12 Drew The parents are going to be... No matter what, they're going to be uncomfortable and unhappy with it. And mostly it's because they have to acknowledge you're growing up and it's tough for them. And I think they would rather it be in a more gentle, pristine way.
21:24 Adam What was the punishment?
21:25 Caller I was off computer and TV for a month.
21:28 Adam A month?
21:30 Caller Yeah.
21:30 Adam I'd kill myself if I was 13 and couldn't watch TV for a month. And that was black and white. Wow.
21:36 Natalie Raitano There's nothing wrong with him.
21:37 Adam He's just doing what any normal kid would do.
21:40 Drew Oh yeah.
21:40 Adam The problem is, he got caught, but the thing is, is a month of no TV and computer?
21:47 Natalie Raitano How do you feel about this?
21:49 Caller I didn't think it was fair. I thought she like, you know, I thought it was normal. Is it?
21:53 Drew I mean, it is normal. It is normal, but it's interesting. Well, listen to this. We're in a new time, ladies and gentlemen. It's normal, but it's sort of her job to put restraints on the way you express yourself.
22:05 Adam Well, let's put it this way. At 13, it's normal to TP someone's house. It's normal to throw an egg at a car that's driving by. No, no, no.
22:15 Natalie Raitano Maybe at 8 or 9. You're talking 13. Think about when you were 13. You were totally kissing, getting all into that.
22:21 Adam Yeah. No, what I'm saying is...
22:23 Drew No, he wasn't.
22:24 Adam No. I got into that over the summer. You're kidding me? I hadn't touched a boob until like 94, 95, I think. No, what I'm saying is, I'm making an example of... There's a lot of stuff that's sort of age-appropriate, normal behavior, but it doesn't mean it's not bad.
22:46 Drew Right.
22:46 Adam Like I said, you get into trouble when you're 13. You throw an egg at a car, but then the car stops, and then the cops show up. Now, is it normal? Yeah. But does it mean you shouldn't do it? Yeah, it still means you shouldn't do it.
22:57 Drew And it's the parents' jobs to create the consequences. Oh, my God. To help you contain those behaviors.
23:01 Adam Could you imagine? Natalie, you're not a guy, so you won't understand this. But I'll tell you, as a guy, when you're like 13 years old, you are so freaked out. I mean, you would walk 10 miles in the snow to look at a grainy black and white picture of a drawing of someone's ass. I used to walk 14 blocks to see a friend of mine had a piece of charcoal that he had to throw on a piece of bark of something that looked close to a breast. And I would just stare at that thing. I mean, it was a big deal. And if you found a Playboy or a penthouse or something at like 12 or 11 or 13, it was like, ah! Like, you know when they pulled X-calibers, a sword out of the rock, that's what it was like when I found my first penthouse in a dumpster.
23:55 Drew That was after months of digging through dumpsters, I understand, looking for porn.
23:58 Adam Take that thing scurry like a chipmunk with a nut, you know, run home. I got to go home early. Get home. Look at it, you know, turning the pages with tweezers. You have oil in your hands. Don't touch the pages. And like, hiding that thing and coveting it, you know. And the idea of growing up today and be able to turn on that computer. I mean, like, you get home from school at 3.30 in the afternoon. You know your folks ain't walking until 6.30. And you got like two and a half hours to look at this window, this window into the sexual world. I mean, forget about going down to the corner or Tommy's house or pulling it out between the mattress and the box spring. Pow! There's this window. You like whatever you like.
24:41 Natalie Raitano The scary thing is there's like explicit hardcore. I think like it's damaging to look at stuff like that. And I really feel like, you know, for Andrew's mother, she should explain why it's wrong.
24:57 Drew Absolutely.
24:58 Natalie Raitano Not like, you know, we're going to ground you for a month. We're going to do this. Why is that wrong?
25:01 Drew It's an opportunity to make a connection with him.
25:03 Natalie Raitano Because it's dangerous to see that.
25:04 Drew And talk about these things and shape his ideas about it. Absolutely.
25:06 Adam Speaking of damaging the delicate psyche of the youth, VIP airs Sunday nights at 5 o'clock on Fox. If I could have watched that show at 13, I would have went nuts. I used to stay up just to catch Benny Hill. Now like Benny Hill, those flabby white chicks from the UK, running around in fast motion, was like in those bikinis where the hips were lower than the crotch. And wider too. I would stay up all night just to watch that. I couldn't imagine how I would have gone nuts if I had that thing at 13. All right.
25:40 Natalie Raitano We're going to take a little break. Check the VIP website instead of porno websites and I'll think you have a lot more fun.
25:47 Adam That should hold you over. We're going to take a...
25:49 Natalie Raitano Which is, what is it, vipaction.com?
25:53 Adam We'll give a full plug-in of that in the calendar and Drew's website and all that when we come back. It's Loveline. I'm Adam Corolla. He is Dr. Drew. Phone number 1-800-L-O-V-E-1-9-1. Natalie Raitano is our guest tonight. You know her as the lovable, sassy ballistics expert, Nicky, from VIP. They got themselves a calendar out, and if you want to see who in person, by the way, Natalie, is it you and who else?
26:52 Natalie Raitano It's gonna be all of us, the whole cast.
26:55 Adam All the VIPers?
26:57 Natalie Raitano That would be Molly, Pamela, me, Leia, Angel, Sean, and Dustin. The whole everybody.
27:06 Adam Sean and Dustin can stay home. The Westside Pavilion, quite down there, Drew, from 6 to 8. Pico and Overland, 6 to 8 on December 17th. So mark that.
27:18 Natalie Raitano The Spencer Gift Store.
27:19 Adam On your calendar, yes. And if you don't have a calendar, you should definitely come down there.
27:23 Drew The website is vipactiontv.com, right?
27:26 Adam Yes.
27:27 Drew Natalie was on my webcast at Dr. Drew.
27:29 Adam Let's go to the phones.
27:30 Drew Come on.
27:31 Adam Go ahead.
27:32 Drew On drdrew.com. I didn't even get to talk to you about how that felt for you, how that was. The experience of being on the webcast.
27:37 Natalie Raitano Yeah, that was cool.
27:38 Drew That's interesting.
27:38 Natalie Raitano It was interesting.
27:40 Adam Drew said he opened you up like a clam.
27:42 Natalie Raitano He opened me up.
27:43 Adam Yes. He said you really got into some interesting material.
27:48 Natalie Raitano Did you hear all about it?
27:49 Drew What's the subject?
27:50 Adam No, I didn't get any of the details.
27:52 Natalie Raitano I should have tuned in.
27:53 Adam He just said, I don't know what to do with the computer. I really don't. He said Natalie was on and he really got to some important stuff. That's nice. It's intimate that way.
28:04 Drew It's real. Real is real.
28:06 Adam All right. Well, plug your drdrew.com one more time.
28:09 Drew Again, there's a huge community there. People can post forums, get feedback from their peers. Just endless amounts of information. I answer frequently asked questions. We have the LinkedIn National Institute of Health. We have people like Natalie on these streaming video webcasts that we do twice a week. They're archived there. You can look at them anytime you want.
28:25 Adam Okay. Peter.
28:28 Hi.
28:28 Adam You're 15.
28:29 Caller Yeah, I am.
28:29 Adam What's up?
28:30 Caller Okay. I just recently started going out with this girl. She told me of a story when she was around 11. Her best friend's dad molested her with a knife.
28:44 Adam Perfectly normal, perfectly healthy.
28:46 Caller You said it.
28:47 Drew What do you mean with a knife?
28:48 Caller Well, he put... It's complicated. He woke her up early in the morning and put his hand over her mouth. And he had a knife and said, Don't move or I'll cut you or I'll kill you or whatever. And he just started molesting her and he made her perform oral sex on her.
29:05 Drew On a single episode? One time?
29:08 Caller Yeah, just one time.
29:10 Adam And this is the dad of her friend?
29:13 Drew The dad of her friend.
29:14 Adam And she's just sleeping over there?
29:15 Caller Yeah.
29:16 Drew And how old is she?
29:17 Adam She's 11.
29:18 Drew 11 at the time.
29:19 Caller Around, yeah.
29:20 Adam And does she report it to anybody?
29:22 Caller No, she's terrified.
29:24 Drew That's interesting.
29:25 Caller Yeah, more than life. And the dad even cut her up a little on her wrist. And I've seen it. It's not pretty.
29:33 Adam Okay, wait, wait, wait. Hold on a second.
29:35 Drew Something's missing.
29:35 Adam I got to talk.
29:36 Drew Something's missing. Dad cut her up.
29:38 Adam Now this is three or four years ago. So he's seen it. It's not pretty meaning they were scarring. So she went home from this guy's house with scarring on her wrist and, you know, maybe like a black eye or something and her parents didn't, you know, crying.
29:52 Natalie Raitano Yeah, but what if she what if she really tried to hide it because she was so ashamed?
29:57 Adam That means something happened at her house.
29:58 Drew Right. That she's too good of a victim.
30:01 Adam That's the deal.
30:02 Drew Too much victim.
30:03 Adam Peter?
30:04 Caller Yeah.
30:04 Adam How old is she now?
30:06 Caller 15.
30:06 Adam 15. So this is four years ago. And you've seen scars on her wrist?
30:09 Caller Yeah, it's not that bad. It's just like little marks and there wasn't a black eye or anything.
30:13 Drew How do you know she didn't self-inflict some wrist wounds and this was sort of...
30:17 Caller She...
30:19 Adam Okay. So what happened then? So she goes home. Yeah.
30:22 Caller So she goes home and she doesn't tell anybody and she doesn't ever talk to her friend again. She never goes over again. But she tells me she sometimes sees this guy at her temple on holidays.
30:34 Adam Oh, wait a minute. He must be the janitor.
30:37 Caller No, no, no.
30:37 Adam This is not the work of a Jew.
30:39 Natalie Raitano The rabbi.
30:40 Adam No way.
30:40 Caller I'm kind of ashamed.
30:42 Adam The Jews would never rape. They rape financially, but they don't rape physically. Yeah. They rape you. They get the kind of raping that you don't know you've been raped until later. But they don't do the actual physical raping. They hire Gentiles to rape. Do you know that, Drew?
30:57 Drew Interesting.
30:58 Adam No, these can't be Jewish, please. That's never. And so she sees, she's Jewish too.
31:04 Caller Yeah.
31:05 Adam And she sees him at temple.
31:07 Caller Yeah.
31:07 Adam And there's got to be something missing here. And I can't believe her parents didn't catch on. They didn't see her wrist cut up.
31:16 Caller She covered it up. She never got a doctor to check it out or anything.
31:21 Adam So he raped her. He had sex with her.
31:23 Caller No, not sex, not intercourse.
31:26 Adam Oral sex.
31:27 Caller Oral sex. And he also performed oral sex on her.
31:29 Drew All right. So what's the question right now?
31:31 Caller Okay, so my question, and also, a day before we started going out, she had sex with her ex-boyfriend who had been going out for like a year and a half, like the day before we were going out. And my question is, will she do it again? Will she, it was basically cheating on me because we were going to go out in just a matter of time. And...
31:53 Adam By the way, I look at that as all women in America, you're all cheating on me right now because it's just a matter of time before we start dating. That's... That's very interesting. You cheated by having sex with your ex-boyfriend because you knew we'd be going out one day. Interesting. I like that. Yeah. Every girlfriend I've ever had has then technically, according to Peter, cheated on me because they've had prior relations.
32:18 Drew Has she had other chaos in her relationships?
32:20 Caller Um, not that I know of, no.
32:22 Drew All right. The whole thing doesn't hold together for us very well, Peter.
32:25 Adam No. Something happened. We're not sure what, but Peter, you got your hands full here.
32:32 Natalie Raitano Are you sleeping with her?
32:33 Caller No, I haven't yet, no, but she wants to.
32:37 Natalie Raitano How long have you been going out?
32:38 Caller About a week.
32:40 Adam How long? A week.
32:42 Drew Too fast.
32:44 Adam Peter, you're in over your head here. You're way over your yarmulke.
32:47 Natalie Raitano Wait, let me ask, hold on. You've only been dating her a week and she's already told you about this experience, right, that she's had?
32:56 Caller Yeah.
32:57 Natalie Raitano Okay, that sounds a little strange to me, that she would never tell anybody and all of a sudden, like a week into it, she's going to like, she sounds like she's trying to snow you.
33:06 Caller What she's told me, she's told me she got like really attached to me. I don't know.
33:11 Adam Peter, Peter.
33:11 Natalie Raitano They are young though, you can feel those feelings when you're young like that.
33:14 Drew These are all possibilities, but I play the odds on something's going on.
33:18 Adam Here's the deal, don't get her pregnant, do not get her pregnant. Pregnancy is a contract. It's like a business contract, meaning it's like you're dealing with someone who's shady, who's unscrupulous, this is a tough employer, whatever. Just don't sign a long-term contract. You want to show up at work, fine, but you have to be able to quit whenever you want.
33:39 Natalie Raitano But I would just go as far as to say that don't even have sex with her.
33:42 Drew I would agree because this is a big commitment.
33:44 Natalie Raitano I mean, we know that the odds are that they probably will, but take it into consideration not to. You know, I mean, it is a choice. And this is all to going too fast. And you don't need to go through that at such a young age, dealing with, you know, like at worst, if she's lying and manipulating you like that, you don't need that. You're too young.
34:05 Drew Go watch the film Fatal Attraction.
34:08 Adam Yeah. All right.
34:10 Drew Because that's what happens.
34:11 Natalie Raitano And also, you know, just, you know, tune into the VIP website.
34:14 Caller Right.
34:15 Drew Check out our.
34:16 Adam Check out Drew's website.
34:17 Drew That's right. Don't forget about the man show.
34:18 Natalie Raitano Do all that stuff. That'll take up time.
34:20 Adam And then watch Yentl. Because I think that's going to shed some light on this. But I can't believe this guy's Jewish. That's how I know he didn't do it.
34:26 Drew Again, it's the choices that people make in their partners can really have profound implications.
34:31 Natalie Raitano Especially at such a young age. Learn to recognize now.
34:36 Drew Trouble.
34:36 Adam Jennifer, 15-year-old boys are not equipped to figure out this kind of mess.
34:41 Drew They can't contain it.
34:42 Natalie Raitano Well, if they're equipped enough to listen to this radio station and call in and ask, and they're equipped to hear, you know, some advice and make the right decision.
34:50 Adam You go, girl. It sounds good, but it's not.
34:53 Drew No, it's right. In particular, in today's culture, men are not asked to contain their biology.
34:59 Adam Let's get through another call here.
35:00 Drew Jennifer?
35:01 Caller Hello?
35:01 Adam You're 23.
35:02 Caller Hi, yeah. It's good to talk to you. I have been taking Paxil for the last six months, and I lost my health insurance, and I've been trying to wean myself off of it, and I've been having really bad withdrawal symptoms.
35:16 Drew Paxil can be awful that way.
35:17 Caller I know.
35:17 Drew Paxil and Effexor are the two that I've had the biggest problem with people on that.
35:22 Caller And I was just wondering how long is it?
35:23 Adam Is that when them serotonin reuptake inhibitors?
35:25 Drew Yeah. Paxil is an ultra short acting, a very high affinity binding, and when you stop it, you can have these awful withdrawals where you feel like dizzy and sort of uncomfortable and tingly and just weird all the time, and it can get miserable.
35:36 Adam But what about the reason you're on it in the first place?
35:39 Drew That's depression. This is like a withdrawal center.
35:42 Natalie Raitano So is she, or Jennifer, are you going off of it because you can't afford it anymore?
35:47 Caller Um, basically.
35:49 Adam How much would it be?
35:50 Caller About $100 a month out of pocket without terms.
35:55 Drew Did you have a lot of panic and anxiety?
35:57 Caller Um, a little bit.
35:58 Drew You didn't have a lot of that, though?
36:00 Caller Um, every once in a while I had that.
36:02 Drew A similar medicine now is Selexa, and that's pretty inexpensive. I think it's about half the predopaxil. You might switch over to that.
36:08 Adam How much do you need for a month?
36:11 Drew 30 pills.
36:12 Adam You just take one in the morning?
36:14 Caller 30 milligrams, yeah.
36:15 Drew Oh, you're on 30s. You're going to have to go down by like 10 every two weeks.
36:19 Adam What's the normal dosage?
36:20 Drew 20.
36:21 Adam Oh, I see.
36:21 Caller Yeah, I went from like 30 to 20 to 15, and then I just stopped, and now I'm...
36:27 Drew How fast did you go down?
36:29 Caller Um, about like two weeks.
36:31 Adam All right, but wait a minute. But are you still depressed? I mean, maybe you ought to take the Paxil, work an extra couple hours a week, and see if you can't make the money to buy the medication.
36:41 Caller Yeah, well, I'm looking for a job, too, so that doesn't quite help.
36:45 Adam Oh, boy.
36:47 Drew Your doctor may have samples, that sort of thing. Check those options out. I mean, most doctors will have a closet of samples.
36:53 Caller Is it bad to like get off it and then go back right on?
36:57 Drew No, no, but it's not a good idea for a serious condition to be sort of self-managed, let's say.
37:03 Right.
37:04 Adam All right. Okay. All right, Jennifer.
37:07 Caller Well, I was just wondering, do you know how long this is going to last? If I don't get back on it?
37:11 Drew A couple of weeks, usually.
37:12 Caller Really?
37:13 Drew Max, yeah.
37:14 Adam The withdrawal. That's the withdrawal? Then you get shaking?
37:17 Drew Well, I had an effects or a patient that when she got below like 8 milligrams, which is like a piece of a pill, she would, and for years, just couldn't do it.
37:24 Adam Really?
37:24 Drew Yeah.
37:26 Adam I like to take some of these drugs, Drew. Bring some of these by. I want to see what it does. What would it do? Would it work?
37:36 Drew I could devise a little cocktail for you.
37:38 Adam Could you?
37:39 Drew Oh, yes.
37:40 Adam Let's get on that. Here's what I need. I don't want to turn out like Elvis, but I need a little something to pet me up in the morning, kind of get me out of the house.
37:48 Drew Yeah. What we can do is we can use the Wellbutrin, so it'll make you stop smoking cigarettes.
37:52 Adam Right.
37:53 Drew Then we take the edge off.
37:55 Adam I don't smoke one cigarette today. I don't want to stop. I like it.
37:59 Drew Well, the Wellbutrin.
38:00 Adam I smoke four cigarettes a day.
38:02 Drew The Wellbutrin may make you not like it so much, maybe, for luck.
38:05 Adam Yeah, but I, okay, give me the Wellbutrin. But don't give it to me for the cigarettes.
38:09 Drew It'll pipe you up in the morning.
38:09 Adam Okay, so I'll have some in the morning, a Wellbutrin in the morning.
38:12 Drew It'll help your ADD, too.
38:13 Adam Give me up in the morning. And then at night, We need to do something with this. I'm kind of wound up.
38:17 Drew Yeah, there's impulse control problem you've got. We've got to work on that. Maybe some Luvox or...
38:20 Adam Luvox during the day?
38:21 Drew Think about it.
38:22 Adam Stop my outburst.
38:24 Drew And then the sexual compulsivity, too. We want something to suppress some of that. Okay.
38:28 Adam There's not one pill that'll take care of those three things? You go with three different pills?
38:32 Drew I think about it.
38:33 Adam And then at night, I come home from the show, I'm a little wound up sometimes. I like to relax. You don't want to go to bed. You got something that'll knock me down a little bit?
38:42 Drew Yeah, Vicodin.
38:43 Adam Vicodin? No, no, no. Vicodin doesn't do it for you.
38:45 Drew Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
38:46 Adam Yeah, see?
38:47 Drew Dilaudid. I'm sorry.
38:48 Adam Dilaudid?
38:48 Drew Yeah.
38:49 Adam Alright. So is that just four pills?
38:50 Drew No. Listen, we...
38:52 Adam Let's work on that.
38:53 Drew It's funny, but it's not.
38:54 Adam No, I'm not kidding. I mean...
38:56 Drew I am. I'm kidding.
38:57 Adam Oh, yeah?
38:57 Caller Okay.
38:59 Adam Is that turning you on, all that talk about excessive masturbation and outbursts and being wound up and not being able to motivate?
39:06 Natalie Raitano I'm pretty hot.
39:09 Adam Really gets a woman hot when you start talking about having trouble leaving the house in the morning.
39:14 Drew And being angry and rageful at night.
39:16 Adam Rageful at night and being in your pajamas until 3.30 in the afternoon. Alright, Natalie, seriously, you like me more than Drew, though, right?
39:25 Natalie Raitano I don't know. I've kind of spent more time with you.
39:28 Adam I know, but I have an air of mystery about me.
39:30 Natalie Raitano Well, every time I come on here, you're like talking about my show.
39:34 Adam Right.
39:34 Natalie Raitano Not all, you're always like kind of criticizing the show. So I think I like Drew more today.
39:39 Caller Really?
39:39 Drew But I, she's leaving the door open for you out of there.
39:42 Adam Okay.
39:42 Drew Today.
39:43 Natalie Raitano Did you hear today?
39:44 Caller Right.
39:45 Drew If you behave yourself.
39:46 Natalie Raitano Alright, we'll see what happens the next time I come on next week.
39:49 Adam I may be back tomorrow. I wasn't criticizing the show. I was, I was marveling at its success and then I went on to use examples like Gilligan's Island. No, I just said it was a fun, you know, free for all. It's created its own genre. That's what I was trying to say. And it was a huge international success. Alright, there you go. We'll take a little break.
40:12 Drew You didn't give five minutes when I first heard.
40:14 Adam I watched, did you watch the entire pilot, jackass?
40:18 Drew No.
40:18 Adam No. I sat in my hotel room in Syracuse and watched that whole pilot. Do you hear me? Alright, well you're on the phone, you're an old lady and watching CNN, for Christ's sake. Don't talk to me about dedication.
40:35 Drew Yes, sir.
40:36 Adam We'll be back.
40:41 Caller We'll be right back with more Loveline.
41:12 Adam Hey, it's the Loveline. I'm Adam Corolla. That is Dr. Drew over there. Phone number, 1-800-LOVE-191, what the hell? 1-800-LOVE-191, that it? Yeah, forget about the fax number. Natalie Raitano is here tonight from VIP. That'd be Saturdays, five o'clock on Fox, and you can see the repeat Sunday, 1230 on Fox again. Also, you can find her and the entire cast of VIP at the Westside Pavilion from 6 to 8 on December 17th for a big calendar signing. And that's, oh, it's the 16th.
41:52 Natalie Raitano It's Thursday, meaning tomorrow.
41:54 Adam Not the 17th, sorry.
41:56 Natalie Raitano Wait, what's today? This is Tuesday, sorry.
41:58 Adam All right, it would be the 16th.
42:00 Natalie Raitano Two days from now. Be there.
42:02 Adam I'm just reading it. Yes, be there and get your calendar. I have one in front of me and it's just spectacular.
42:08 Natalie Raitano The podcast of VIP, including Pamela Anderson Lee.
42:11 Adam And they will sign that, correct?
42:13 Natalie Raitano Yeah.
42:14 Adam Yes. Tommy was on the show a couple weeks ago, if I'm not mistaken.
42:19 Natalie Raitano He was?
42:21 Adam Good guy. Always have a good time with him on the show.
42:24 Drew With Mayhem.
42:25 Natalie Raitano Methods of Mayhem.
42:26 Adam That's right. All right, here we go. Back to the phones. Jessica?
42:30 Caller Hey.
42:31 Adam Hey, you're 22. What's up?
42:33 Caller Oh gosh. Well, first of all, I hate to sound cliche, but I'm a long time listener, first time caller.
42:39 Adam Great.
42:40 Caller And I love listening to you guys every night.
42:43 Adam Thanks. You're 22. Have you had a hard life?
42:47 Caller Actually, not really. Things have been going pretty well for me.
42:50 Adam All right. She's parked out now. Okay, good.
42:53 Caller So, my question is, lately, I've been, shall we say, developing a greater sense of my own sexuality and getting interested in a little experimentation and stuff like that.
43:09 Adam Right.
43:10 Caller And have been...
43:11 Adam Mine's in a recessive phase, a dormant phase, by the way. But I'm glad that you're discovering yours. See if you can find mine while you're there.
43:20 Caller I've been having some fantasies about one of my best girlfriends from high school. And I'm also dating this guy where I'm living. And have talked to him about it. And we have this, not really a scheme, but have talked about getting into a threesome.
43:43 Adam Do you think you may be lesbian or bisexual?
43:47 Caller I would call myself bi-curious. I haven't had an experience, but I would be open to the idea.
43:55 Adam I think once you get going, you may just keep rolling down that lesbian highway. That's my gut take on this one. I'm just saying, Jessica, I got a gut feeling here that once you bury your noggin between your first set of legs, you may never come up for air. And that may be the same possibility, which is fine, just be prepared. You have to repaint the apartment, toss out the potpourri.
44:24 Drew If that's her real sexual orientation, her more genuine sexual orientation, isn't that important for her to experiment?
44:31 Adam I guess so.
44:31 Drew She's 22, she's not 14.
44:33 Adam Right.
44:34 Drew Why are we getting such a strong read on this?
44:37 Adam I don't know, Drew really thinks you're a militant lesbian.
44:41 Caller No, no, no, I wouldn't say I'm militant to anything, but I'm pretty easygoing. I'm just, you know, waiting to see what happens.
44:49 Adam Do you think there's more than a curiosity here?
44:53 Caller You know what I mean? I don't know if it's more than curious.
44:58 Adam Okay.
44:58 Caller No, I mean, I've never done anything.
45:01 Adam You never thought about women before when you were younger?
45:06 Caller No, not before, you know, a couple months ago.
45:10 Adam Did you play any sports in high school?
45:12 Caller No.
45:12 Natalie Raitano Volleyball?
45:14 Caller No.
45:14 Adam No softball?
45:16 Caller No, I did some track and basketball.
45:19 Adam You didn't put that shot, did you? What did you do in track?
45:24 Caller No sports since grade school.
45:25 Adam All right. Never.
45:26 Caller I was in the band.
45:28 Adam Uh-oh. French horn, tuba, you play a large instrument?
45:31 Caller Saxophone.
45:32 Adam Tenor, bass?
45:34 Alto.
45:35 Adam Alto. How big is that Alto? Medium. Yeah, see, I can.
45:39 Smaller one.
45:40 Adam All right. Lesbians play the larger instruments. It reminds them of a fat woman.
45:45 Drew What?
45:46 Adam Oh, yes. Tuba is like a large woman.
45:48 Natalie Raitano She's not going to know until she tries it. It's probably going to tug at her until she does, and then that'll be the telltale of it.
45:55 Drew Why are we getting such a strong?
45:57 Adam That's you.
45:58 Drew You got it too, didn't you?
45:59 Adam Yes, because she has one of those deeper semi-masculine kind of vibes to her voice. She just sounds like Amelia Earhart in those old interviews.
46:08 Natalie Raitano Yeah, but she sounds like she wants to definitely go through. That's one thing to have a fantasy about it.
46:12 Drew Yeah, it sounds as normal as no-
46:13 Natalie Raitano She's like, yeah, we're looking forward to it.
46:15 Drew Yeah, it's not like no curiosity. It's just like, here's my plan.
46:17 Caller Which is okay.
46:17 Drew Here's my plan, and this is what I'm going to do. There you go.
46:20 Adam All right.
46:20 Caller Well, there's nothing wrong with you.
46:22 Natalie Raitano You're just-
46:22 Adam You're curious.
46:23 Natalie Raitano You're curious and-
46:23 Adam Let's see what happens.
46:25 Drew Call us when you do it. The curious usually feels more conflicted. This is like, here's what we're going to do.
46:29 Natalie Raitano He knows what's up.
46:30 Adam All right. I'm with Drew and Natalie on this one. William?
46:35 Oh, yeah. Hey.
46:35 Adam You're 15. What's up?
46:37 Caller Nothing really, but I love you guys. You know that.
46:41 Adam Thank you. I'm going to read your question.
46:43 Caller Dr. Drew, okay. I'll tell you.
46:45 Adam You're abusive with your pets?
46:47 Caller Yeah. I'm verbally abusive to girls too. And I'm afraid kind of that it might start to rub off onto the girls.
46:56 Adam Interesting.
46:56 Drew Isn't this fascinating that he's aware?
46:58 Adam Well, yeah, you're cognizant of it. And you know what?
47:01 Natalie Raitano It must mean that he's seen it.
47:04 Drew Somewhere else?
47:04 Adam In the past.
47:05 Natalie Raitano Yeah, around him, like maybe in his family or something.
47:08 Caller I really like, because a lot of like the earlier years of my life are kind of blacked out.
47:13 Drew We're going to figure out why.
47:14 Adam Hold on a second, William. We got to take a break. All right. But it's good to don't cuss at the dog or anything while we're on the break. All right. All right. We'll take a little break and we'll come back after this.
47:28 Caller Love Line with Adam Corolla and Dr. Drew.
47:58 Adam It is Loveline. I'm Adam Corolla. That is Dr. Drew. We're gonna take a quick 10 second timeout. We'll be back with more of the show in just 10 seconds.
48:07 Caller This is Loveline on Radio Station.
48:21 Adam All right, we're back. I'm Adam, that's Drew. Phone number 1-800-L-A-V-E-1-9-1, Natalie Raitano is here. She's the lovable ballistics expert, Nikki, on VIP, which of course airs at 5 o'clock on Fox on Sundays, and also, I'm sorry, wait a minute, it should be on Saturdays.
48:42 Natalie Raitano Sunday at 12.30, midnight.
48:43 Drew Consult your localist.
48:44 Adam There you go, and Sunday is at 5, okay, all right, and 12.30 also on Sunday. They're promoting the calendar, Natalie is at least, which she will be signing along with the rest of her cast from VIP at the Westside Pavilion, 6 to 8 o'clock. That would be this Thursday, December 16th, at Spencer's Gifts. All right, so where the hell were we?
49:12 Caller Back to, oops.
49:13 Drew I'll go there, that's fine. That's fine, no, no, no.
49:14 Adam No, we want to finish that call, though.
49:16 Drew Oh, yeah.
49:16 Adam Don't we want to?
49:17 Drew Yeah, yeah, you're right.
49:17 Adam William?
49:18 Caller Yeah.
49:19 Adam All right, so you're 15. You've been abusive to your pets.
49:23 Caller Stop it, Angel, daddy's on the phone.
49:24 Caller Oh, uh-uh.
49:25 Drew Daddy is 15.
49:26 Caller Oh, that's my cat, sorry.
49:28 Drew Oh.
49:29 Adam Oh, wait a minute, Screwball. You don't refer to yourself as daddy in front of your cat, do you?
49:34 Caller Yeah.
49:35 Adam That's a form of abuse right there.
49:37 Caller That's my little baby.
49:38 Adam All right, now, what have you done to your cat that would be abusive?
49:41 Caller Um, I don't know, like, kind of weird forms of punishment, like today the cat made me mad so I put it under laundry, laundry pail, and put it in the bathtub and sprayed shower water on it until it got really wet.
49:57 Adam Yeah.
49:58 Caller And like I know the other day I put boiling hot water inside of a bottle and because the cat scratched my finger and I started to squirt it in its eyes.
50:09 Natalie Raitano Do you know that what you're doing is illegal?
50:11 Caller Yeah, I do. I know.
50:12 Adam And talking about linking violence to animals and pets and things like that to violence later on in life. To me it's one of those no duh reports, but this could spell trouble down the road.
50:27 Natalie Raitano This does spell it, like, could.
50:29 Adam I mean, he's being violent to his own cat, but I mean, he's not going to do 25 years for being violent to his cat, but I'm saying by the time the guy's 19, he could be in prison, or he could be in prison at 16.
50:41 Drew Yeah, this is what translates into violence against humans.
50:45 Adam Right. I don't like what he's doing to his cat.
50:46 Natalie Raitano He's planning things out, you guys, you know what I mean? Like, it's not like, no, stop it, you know, maybe a smack and a little wince from the cat or the dog or whatever. This person is like going, okay, now we're going in the shower. Now you're going to get them soaking you wet. You know what I mean? Like cats don't get wet.
51:02 Adam Somebody did something bad to him and the thing is, is he's got to get some health and he's got to get some counseling before he does something awful to somebody else. And he should do it right now.
51:12 Drew Well, it's not entirely clear that therapy does much of this kind of thing because it's, when people get desensitized to the point that they lose empathy, okay, that's a biological event, that certain area of the brain that isn't developed normally.
51:27 Adam So what do you do?
51:28 Drew It may mean medications and things. Certainly some kinds of therapies might be helpful, but boy, this is something to really pay attention to. It's fascinating that he calls this radio station.
51:36 Adam What's the number he can call? I mean, who could he talk to? You know what I mean? I mean, he probably doesn't have too many resources. Say, William, you're living at home with your parents?
51:47 Caller No, I live with my grandparents.
51:48 Adam Oh, yeah, yeah, that's bad. Hey, William, listen to me. As you know, you listen to the show?
51:55 Caller Yes, I listen to what I'm doing.
51:56 Adam So you know I'm a genius?
51:57 Caller Yeah, you are a genius.
51:58 Adam And I'm godlike?
51:59 Caller Yeah, godlike in my eyes.
52:01 Adam Thank you. Okay, so listen to your god, because how often do you get to talk to him?
52:04 Drew I've never seen Natalie Wintz with greater terror in her eyes.
52:07 Adam How often do you get to talk to him with a godlike comment? Like a Jesus representative, like myself.
52:13 Caller Not often.
52:13 Adam Listen, William, you had some bad things done to you, and that's bad. Now you can either have a life of doing bad things to other people, or you can get some help and have a good life.
52:25 Caller Yeah.
52:25 Adam Okay?
52:26 Caller Okay.
52:26 Adam So, take this phone number down, would you please?
52:29 Caller Sure.
52:29 Adam Call it up and just ask them what direction to go in, and they'll help you.
52:33 Caller Go ahead.
52:34 Drew 800...
52:34 Adam This is Drew's home number, by the way.
52:36 Drew 843... no, my home number is drdrew.com. That's right. 800-843-5200. 800-843-5200.
52:47 Adam All right. Please get some help. Sean?
52:50 Drew Yeah.
52:50 Adam You're 23?
52:51 Drew Yes.
52:52 Adam You're upset that Drew talked about the Jews raping financially?
52:55 Caller I don't think it was you. I think it was you, Adam.
52:57 Adam Well, he endorsed that comment wholeheartedly. Hey, listen, I was making an argument for the Jews that they would never physically rape anybody.
53:05 Caller Well, you know, and that's a positive thing, but I still think, you know, and I still think that comments like that might be avoided.
53:13 Adam Well, listen, let's call a spade a spade. I'll get to the blacks later. There's more raping going on financially by Jews than there are other religions. Wouldn't you say that's a fair statement?
53:24 Caller Well, you know, and sometimes people might say that's not such a bad thing, but I think, you know, I think that sometimes stereotypes are offensive.
53:32 Adam Well, I know, but they're almost always true, and that's why I'm here. And listen, I love the Jews. Lord knows, they get 25% out of everything I make. They really do. I love the Jews, they're good business people. They take care of their families. That's what I love about the Jews. And that's why I refuse to believe that a Jew would rape, physically. But they got a good business sense, and I'm making a joke, so relax. If I could be any religion, it'd be Jewish. Is that true? Yeah, I wish my parents were Jewish, or I could have gotten some goddamn brisket when I was a kid and went to college.
54:08 Natalie Raitano What are you?
54:09 Adam Oh, I'm atheist. I don't have anything.
54:11 Natalie Raitano You don't believe in God or anything?
54:13 Caller No, no. You know, there's ways of, you know, that you can actually... the term that some of us use is Insta-Jew.
54:19 Adam Yeah, I could convert, but it's too late now. I wouldn't... you know, I'm well past the Bar Mitzvah, Hanukkah, I don't need that anymore, you know.
54:30 Caller I could have used...
54:32 Adam Yeah, I'd make a good living. I could have used the Judaism at a younger age, although it would have... might have gotten away of the sports. There's a trade-off you have to make.
54:43 Caller Yeah, I guess it's a trade-off, but I mean, according to what you're saying, I guess if you converted now, you'd be making even more, right?
54:49 Adam Well, I might get part of my 25% back. I think that's my theory. Listen, here's the truth about me and the Jews, John. I grew up in the Valley, in North Hollywood, and I had, you know, let's say, 20 good Gentile friends and 8 good Jewish friends. All the Jewish friends went off to college, their parents stayed together, they have loving families of their own now, they're all very successful people. All my Gentile friends still work in construction, still drinking beer or went to jail, living in apartments and been in and out of jail and rehab. So do the math. Jew, much better religion, okay?
55:31 Caller All right.
55:32 Adam But we did have our day on the football field in 1979, 1980. None of my Jewish friends were there, they played tennis.
55:39 Caller Well, I don't know about that.
55:41 Adam Well, you could really count the number of professional Jewish football players on one hand. Where are we going here, Drew? We're going to go to Cisco. Is that all right? Did I apologize?
55:54 Drew Your apologies are.
55:55 Adam I love the Jewish religion.
55:57 Drew I know.
55:58 Adam It's nonsense, obviously.
56:00 Drew It would upset me.
56:00 Natalie Raitano It's nonsense for you to say that because since you are an atheist. So any religion would be, you know, you wouldn't love.
56:08 Adam Okay, it's all nonsense, obviously. It's all sort of fantasy. But the Jews, it's more than a religion. See, the Catholics and the Christians and all those other, and not to mention the fringe whack jobs with all this, you know, Scientology and all this other nonsense. These people, they read the Bible and stuff, and then they like molest their kids and get drunk, you know. The Jews, they live their religion. I mean, they take care of their kids. They send them off to college. They're very family-oriented. You know, it's a good, good people and a good religion.
56:44 Natalie Raitano But you don't think that any of those people have any problems, like rape? No, no.
56:50 Adam No, they don't rape. They make the guilt of the kids out a little bit too much.
56:55 Natalie Raitano I don't think rape, Ronnie, those things have, you know...
56:58 Adam The Jews aren't big rapists. Listen, it's well documented. I would love to see some sort of crime statistic and see what percentage of rapists over the last 50 years have been Jews. I believe it is much lower than any other nationality or ethnicity or religion. Now, anyone want to argue with that? Or you think you would be higher? Okay, we all know. We all know what the answer is. Very low. You know why? Because their parents would kill them. Oh, if your grandfather Moisha was alive. Oh, if he could see this. It's true. They're not big rapists. Well, financially a little bit, that's all. Cory.
57:42 Caller Yeah.
57:42 Adam They're 15.
57:45 Drew Cory, are you asleep or are you high?
57:47 Caller Do what?
57:47 Drew Are you asleep or do you smoke a lot of pot?
57:50 Caller No, I'm about half asleep. It's like 130.
57:52 Adam All right. Well, hang on. I'm going to let you wake up, okay?
57:55 Caller Okay.
57:56 Adam All right. Hold on. Wake up. We'll take another call and we'll get back to Cory. You all right there, Drew? Cisco? Hey. You're 27.
58:05 Caller What's going on? I had a couple of questions for Natalie.
58:07 Caller Sure.
58:09 Caller Natalie, I'm a big fan of the show. I don't think that they show you enough. I had a question. Did you do an exercise show like a while back?
58:19 Caller Yes, I did.
58:21 Caller Where you were kind of dancing around to hip hop? Okay. That was an argument I had with a friend and I could swore up and down it was you.
58:28 Natalie Raitano It was me with long hair.
58:29 Caller Yeah.
58:29 Natalie Raitano Hip hop body shop on ESPN2.
58:32 Adam That's what I was going to say. I mean, not hip hop body shop at ESPN2.
58:36 Natalie Raitano Yeah, the deuce. That was a while back.
58:39 Caller Okay. It was awesome.
58:41 Caller I wanted to know, do you have a website or a fan club or anything like that?
58:47 Natalie Raitano I do have a website. You do? I'm told. But I haven't seen it yet. I'm actually working on one right now.
58:55 Adam Well.
58:55 Natalie Raitano It's not set up yet.
58:56 Adam What if we give him the VIP website?
58:58 Natalie Raitano That would be great.
58:59 Adam Then he goes to that and at some point finds your website on that website? Can you do that?
59:05 Natalie Raitano Yes.
59:05 Adam Well, why don't you give that website address out?
59:08 Natalie Raitano It is.
59:09 Adam Oh, Drew knows it. True?
59:10 Drew VIP website? Yeah. VIP Action TV www.vipactiontv.com.
59:16 Adam See what happens when you don't smoke pot? You pull up stuff from the first hour.
59:20 Caller I also drew on Adam the other night when you guys had corn on.
59:25 Drew It wasn't you and Adam then. It was Jimmy and Adam.
59:27 Adam I was in Vegas.
59:28 Caller But when the kids would call up and they couldn't even talk and because of the corn.
59:33 Drew They were so excited, yeah.
59:34 Caller I thought that was the funniest thing I ever heard.
59:36 Adam The kids love corn.
59:38 Drew Love corn.
59:39 Caller Wow. One more thing about the last guy you called about the raping Jews.
59:44 Adam Right.
59:44 Caller I'm Catholic and lately, it seems like if you see movies like End of Days and Dogma.
59:53 Adam Right.
59:54 Caller Being Catholic is kind of insulting to me and then I was thinking the other day, if they would have switched it around and made a lot of that stuff Jewish people, people would have been screaming anti-Semitism.
1:00:07 Adam Well, yeah, maybe a little of that. Listen, here's the deal. You're white, you're male, you're Catholic, you ain't complain about anything.
1:00:15 Caller Well, I'm not white.
1:00:17 Adam You're not? What are you?
1:00:18 Caller I'm Mexican.
1:00:19 Adam All right. Well, you can complain a little. Here's what you need to do. Don't focus on the Catholic stuff, focus on the Mexican stuff. I mean, that's your problem. You've taken the whole Catholic thing and you're bracing that, but you need to focus on why there's not enough Mexicans on TV. Okay, true. All right? There's where you write your letter.
1:00:38 Caller We need somebody Mexican on VIP.
1:00:40 Adam Yeah. Let's get Hildago on there. But you got to go like anti with Hildago. You can't be like a car thief. You got to make him a computer genius. Exactly. Right. Because you see a lot of Latino guys around the computer. All right. That's what you do. That's what you got to make sure of. Where are we here, Drew?
1:01:01 Drew Six.
1:01:01 Adam We're going to six. Corey.
1:01:04 Caller Yeah.
1:01:05 Drew All right.
1:01:05 Adam So you're awake now?
1:01:06 Caller Yeah.
1:01:06 Adam You're 15. What's up?
1:01:08 Caller First, I'd like to say, I'm Natalie. I think you're totally hot. And I'd like to say that William, man, he really needs to get some help because like, what if he, when he has kids or something, yeah, I'm doing the same thing to him.
1:01:21 Adam Oh, yeah.
1:01:22 Natalie Raitano You know, I just want to point out that it's really brave of him to call up here and even ask for help and know that he needs it.
1:01:29 Drew Well, it's so interesting that he would, it almost, it makes it almost hard to understand how he could continue doing it if he's aware he's doing it. You understand that?
1:01:37 Natalie Raitano Well, there must be two parts to him, like the part that does it that he can't control and the other one that just can't stand it.
1:01:43 Drew That's aware that there's something, he's hurting something. Usually you lack the awareness.
1:01:48 Natalie Raitano Right.
1:01:49 Adam Well, wait a minute, whenever they interview those serial killers or anything, they always explain the part of them that knew it was wrong and wanted to stop and couldn't contain it. I mean, that element exists in almost everyone who's doing something that they know is wrong. Come on, Drew. Thank you.
1:02:06 Drew No, no, when they're young and abusing the animal.
1:02:09 Adam Not so much when they're young.
1:02:10 Drew I'll agree with you.
1:02:11 Adam But 15, he knows he can't contain it. And that's the scary part.
1:02:17 Natalie Raitano Yeah.
1:02:17 Adam I mean, of course he can't contain it or he wouldn't do it because it's bizarre, anti-social behavior. Corey?
1:02:26 Caller Yeah.
1:02:26 Adam I think I'm winning Natalie back by the way.
1:02:29 Natalie Raitano I know.
1:02:29 Caller I'm starting to warm up a little bit.
1:02:31 Adam I'm starting to swing this way. Her defenses are down. Maybe I'm able to infiltrate.
1:02:37 Drew That may be.
1:02:38 Adam Corey, so anyway, what the hell is up with you?
1:02:41 Caller Okay, this is kind of like strange. Like it doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes like when I'm having intercourse or just plan on having an erection, like right underneath the head of my penis, I get like this little bump and it's like a vein or something.
1:02:56 Drew But maybe it is a vein.
1:02:58 Caller It's like right there, but it's like that one little spot and it's like really big and that was kind of worrying me out.
1:03:04 Drew Maybe it is a vein.
1:03:06 Caller Is it any problem?
1:03:08 Natalie Raitano It's a vein.
1:03:09 Adam We'll go with vein. It's not there when you're flaccid, right?
1:03:12 Natalie Raitano You'll be happy it's there when you get older.
1:03:14 Adam Yeah, anything that can add a little width. It's fine.
1:03:19 Caller Okay, I didn't...
1:03:20 Drew Sounds okay.
1:03:21 Adam All right, don't get anyone pregnant, Corey.
1:03:24 Drew You're 15, relax.
1:03:25 Natalie Raitano Let's always wear a condom.
1:03:26 Caller I do.
1:03:27 Adam You have a girlfriend?
1:03:28 Caller Yes.
1:03:29 Adam Okay, you do wear a condom?
1:03:30 Caller Yes.
1:03:31 Adam How about she gets on the pill because you guys are having regular intercourse?
1:03:35 Caller If her mom even found out, then she'd be like, I don't know, I'd probably never see her again.
1:03:40 Drew Well, get that morning after pill, keep it around too. Because the condoms break and there's an opportunity to prevent pregnancy with that morning after pill without abortion.
1:03:48 Adam That's right.
1:03:49 Drew You know that...
1:03:49 Adam If everyone is an atheist like me, there'd be no problem with having that morning after pill liberally distributed. Yes.
1:03:57 Drew Wait, you're going to love this. I was going to speak at Planned Parenthood in Connecticut or something and I support the hell out of Planned Parenthood, right?
1:04:06 Adam Of course.
1:04:07 Drew Okay, well, I said something to the effect of I'm anti-abortion fundamentally but I wouldn't take a woman's choice away and the law of the land is what it is and I'm basically a right-to-life type person and clearly to me the morning after pill is a way to avoid abortion. To avoid this thing that we all agree should be is not a good thing.
1:04:28 Adam Right.
1:04:28 Drew It would be nice to get rid of it. Well, cancel my speed engagement.
1:04:31 Adam They cancel it.
1:04:32 Drew Oh, I am the devil incarnate now.
1:04:35 Adam Oh, do you know that?
1:04:36 Natalie Raitano Because they think that the morning after pill is the same thing as abortion.
1:04:39 Drew Major meltdown.
1:04:40 Adam No, because they found out he's against abortion.
1:04:42 Drew Even though I've worked for Planned Parenthood, I endorse Planned Parenthood, I'm pro-choice, because I made a comment like, I think abortion is not a good thing, it would be nice if we could help get rid of it.
1:04:52 Adam Yeah. Let me tell you something about Planned Parenthood and I said it to their face when they were in here, their hearts are in the right place, but man are they a pack of screw ups, they just can't get their ass together.
1:05:03 Drew They want to help people or they don't.
1:05:05 Adam They sent supermodels over to Capitol Hill to talk about the morning after pill, they don't know their ass from the hole in the ground. Who do we have on here, that model who went to Capitol Hill to discuss the morning after pill, like in front of Congress, and then I said, I think I got Congress over there in Capitol Hill, they said, it's not the House of Parliament anymore, no powdered way, so I said, what did you say about the morning after pill? She's like, I don't know. I just read what they, I don't remember what it, I said, well, what do you mean? How did you talk to Congress about the morning after pill? The Beverly Peele? Yeah. How do you talk to Congress about the morning after pill and not know what you're saying? Well, they put it on three by five cards.
1:05:43 Drew I just read it.
1:05:44 Adam I was like, why not get somebody who's passionate about it, someone who knows about it?
1:05:50 Natalie Raitano That's just doing it for your own publicity. Yeah.
1:05:54 Adam And it's, hey Anderson, you got that s-word there. We had a little talk about profanity today. But furthermore, make your point in a mature way. Don't send models up there to talk about something they're not interested in doing.
1:06:09 Natalie Raitano Don't send anybody up there that is doing it for the wrong reason. Obviously, if she's just, I don't know, maybe there is a supermodel that really feels strongly about it and has something to say about it, then yes. But if somebody's just up there for like, let me get up over there.
1:06:24 Adam The publicist made a phone call.
1:06:25 Drew Yeah, they're so clearly politicized as opposed to focused on just helping people.
1:06:31 Adam Yes.
1:06:31 Drew Which is where they should be keeping their eye on the ball.
1:06:34 Adam We have been talking about this on this show for two years now.
1:06:37 Drew But we've been supporting Planned Parenthood.
1:06:38 Caller I've been supporting Planned Parenthood for 15 years.
1:06:40 Adam I know. Why don't they support us? That's the question. Okay. Ready to go back to the phones?
1:06:46 Drew Yeah.
1:06:48 Adam Let me tell you the problem with the liberals in this country and the left-wingers and the atheists and the agnostics and the Democrats. Pack of policies. That's what they should call themselves. We're not allowed to use the P word? We didn't talk about the P word, did we today in the profanity?
1:07:07 Drew I don't remember.
1:07:07 Natalie Raitano You know what I think about those things?
1:07:09 Adam They don't do anything.
1:07:10 Natalie Raitano But also, they're mostly men.
1:07:13 Adam The who? The Planned Parenthood?
1:07:16 Natalie Raitano No, no, no, no. You were saying the left wing and a lot of those people are men.
1:07:21 Adam No, no. That's not majority men. That's probably more women who are affiliated with those liberal groups and there are men. It's just they're men that should be women. That's what they are. They're men with vaginas. They don't stand up. Who are... You look at all the loudmouths in this country and it's always the right wingers. It's always the Pat Buchanan's. It's always the Rush Limbaugh's. The left wingers... Yeah, they're men. Yeah, they're all... Men are all evil. I'm not going to argue with you.
1:07:52 Natalie Raitano I'm not saying that they're evil, but I just feel like, you know, a lot of times when a man takes a stand like that, like about abortion or about, you know, something about a woman, like what do they really know about being a woman?
1:08:06 Adam Absolutely.
1:08:06 Natalie Raitano Have a period once a month. See how you feel.
1:08:09 Adam I tried that in the mid-80s. It didn't work out.
1:08:12 Natalie Raitano Every, you know, for how many years you have... I mean, it's just... That's like... makes me so mad.
1:08:17 Adam Listen, any guy, by the way, who's coming up with reasons why a woman should not have an abortion or should not have a morning after pill or birth control or something, I look at as a traitor to the male race. Do you understand? We should make it as easy and as comfortable and risk-free as possible to get in those panties. And please, all the philandering that these a-holes are doing, you want your little hookers that you're banging around with when you're on the campaign trail to actually have the kid or do you want to have the abortion? Ridiculous. Shooting yourself in the foot. All right. We're going to take a little break. Natalie Raitano's here. What do you want, Drew? You know I'm right about everything.
1:09:03 Drew Our deal is to help people.
1:09:04 Adam We're trying to help people.
1:09:05 Drew Land Parenthood helps people.
1:09:07 Adam That's right. They ought to help themselves, too, by talking to us once in a while. We'll be back. Yep.
1:09:51 Drew Do you agree with that, Natalie?
1:09:54 Adam It is, it is Loveline. Natalie Raitano is here. She is from VIP all weekend on Fox. That's where you can find VIP. Also, the calendar over the Westside Pavilion, Thursday night, 6 to 8 at, what the hell? The Westside Pavilion. Spencer Gifts. That's where you can find it. Spencer Gifts that I've never been there, but for like $80, you can get some chattering teeth and a jock full of nuts. It's a jock strap filled with peanuts.
1:10:23 Drew That's brilliant.
1:10:24 Adam That's $75.
1:10:25 Drew Genius. But you think that the goal of trying to get rid of unnecessary abortions is not a good goal?
1:10:33 Adam No. I mean. What a loaded question.
1:10:36 Drew No. She said she wouldn't try. I looked at her opinion.
1:10:41 Natalie Raitano I just want to say, well, yeah, I guess it would be good, but I'm glad that they have that choice.
1:10:46 Drew They have an option. Right. Yes.
1:10:49 Natalie Raitano As a woman, I'm very glad that there is that choice there.
1:10:52 Drew Well, our point was, everyone seems to agree that abortions are not a good thing. It'd be nice if people didn't have to go through that.
1:10:57 Natalie Raitano Right.
1:10:58 Drew If we didn't have these things, then why don't we work towards technology and behavior?
1:11:02 Natalie Raitano Because unfortunately, I think.
1:11:04 Drew Not an illegalize it, but just create a circumstance where they're unnecessary.
1:11:10 Natalie Raitano I think that a lot of people are so irresponsible that we would end up with way more unwanted pregnancies. That's the only thing.
1:11:20 Drew By the way, I read an article today about a male contraception.
1:11:22 Adam I think Natalie is misunderstanding what you're saying.
1:11:25 Drew Go ahead.
1:11:26 Adam No, I'm saying Drew's trying to get rid of abortions not by making them illegal, but by making them unnecessary because everyone has the morning after pill.
1:11:36 Drew Because everybody does what they should do.
1:11:38 Adam Right.
1:11:39 Natalie Raitano But my answer to that is that I don't think these people that are getting pregnant, which are their 14 or 15, I don't think they're responsible enough to get the morning after pill.
1:11:49 Adam No, but why not make it as accessible as possible?
1:11:52 Natalie Raitano I agree.
1:11:53 Drew Or find some other technology. Or other technology. Or something. We'll keep working toward it in the meantime. But a new, very interesting article about a male contraceptive, a commonly prescribed blood pressure medication, makes sperm not work.
1:12:07 Adam That's great.
1:12:08 Drew It's called nifedipine. It increases the cholesterol content in sperm, and they can't function normally.
1:12:12 Adam They get fat and they watch TV.
1:12:15 Drew You have remotes, but the cholesterol, it's not as though they change morphologically. You can't really see a difference in them, but they just don't work. They can't induce a fertilization. And so maybe that will be the male contraceptive coming up.
1:12:28 Adam Good. I'll take that.
1:12:31 Natalie Raitano Yeah, you guys deal with it.
1:12:32 Adam What the hell?
1:12:33 Natalie Raitano But there's still, I think people always should use condoms.
1:12:35 Always, always, always use condoms.
1:12:36 Drew Yeah.
1:12:38 Adam Well, not if you're on the pill, though.
1:12:40 Natalie Raitano I mean, who cares?
1:12:41 Drew Save sex.
1:12:42 Adam Oh, be realistic. You're not going to be a couple for a couple of years.
1:12:46 Natalie Raitano Well, yeah.
1:12:47 Adam If she's on the pill, why use a condom?
1:12:48 Natalie Raitano That's a couple of years.
1:12:49 Adam All right, well, a couple of months. Michelle? You're 16. Yeah. What's up?
1:12:55 Caller Well, first off, on the whole abortion issue, listening to you guys talk about it, I'm with Natalie on the fact that nothing frustrates me more than a man standing up saying a woman shouldn't have the right to choose.
1:13:04 Adam Yeah, I think it's ridiculous.
1:13:05 Caller Yeah, I mean, and I'm with Drew on the opinion that I'm not for abortion, but I'm not for saying.
1:13:10 Drew I think that's a common position.
1:13:13 Caller I think people misunderstand when people say, you know, oh, I'm pro-choice. It's not I'm pro-abortion.
1:13:17 Caller I'm pro-choice.
1:13:18 Drew Right. And I am as pro-choice as I am pro-life, frankly.
1:13:22 Caller Yeah.
1:13:23 Drew And I sit squarely on the fence right this and would like to see us find technology that makes this thing. And by the way, one of the groups that suffer the most because of abortion is women. It is an intervention. It's an invasive procedure. It makes them depressed very often. I mean, women suffer with these procedures.
1:13:43 Caller Yeah. Well, I myself could never live with doing it, but I would want to leave that option open to somebody who could.
1:13:49 Drew Sure.
1:13:50 Caller I mean, when faced with that challenge, I wouldn't have dared gone down that road, but I would like that available to me. Anyway, my question. I had called in maybe a month or two ago. I had gotten tricked into having sex with a 26-year-old in a dark garage and never saw his face.
1:14:05 Adam Happened to me.
1:14:06 Caller Tricked or raped?
1:14:08 Caller Yeah, basically.
1:14:10 Natalie Raitano Sounds like rape, not a trick.
1:14:12 Caller I was, yeah, it was basically rape.
1:14:15 Adam Well, he wasn't Jewish, and we know that.
1:14:16 Caller No. No, he wasn't. But, but.
1:14:20 Drew Is that because he wasn't arrested?
1:14:22 Adam No, no, he. That's right, they can afford good attorneys. It's not that they don't rape, it's that they have good representation. I'm going to clear that up. Thank you. Most of their parents are lawyers.
1:14:31 Drew I'm proud of you tonight. I really am. This is just a pleasure to be a part of this podcast. Thank you.
1:14:35 Adam All right, so Michelle, how did you get yourself into this predicament?
1:14:40 Caller I met him through a mutual friend who, since I've called in, she admitted to me that she met him on the Internet. She gave him my phone number and he called me. We started talking on the phone and it was that whole, oh, you said all the right things and whatever.
1:14:56 Caller How old are you, Michelle? Sixteen.
1:14:59 Caller We decided to take it to the next level, whatever you want to say. He came up with the brilliant idea that we could keep that anonymous thing going if we did it in the dark. I waited till a week when my parents were gone and he came over and in the darkest room in the house, which happened to be the garage, we went to it.
1:15:18 Adam Hold on a second, Michelle.
1:15:19 Caller So you planned this?
1:15:20 Caller Oh, yeah.
1:15:21 Natalie Raitano It wasn't a trick.
1:15:22 Caller Yeah, no, I mean, it was full out planned. I thought he would keep it, but he had told me all along he was sixteen.
1:15:27 Adam Settle down for a second, Michelle. First off, no sixteen-year-old knows that reach-around maneuver. That should have made you suspicious right off the top. But secondly, Drew, didn't we have this call on the TV or on the radio?
1:15:42 Caller He was on the radio.
1:15:42 Drew That's what she's saying. She's calling back.
1:15:44 Adam This is you?
1:15:45 Drew Yeah.
1:15:46 Adam Oh, okay.
1:15:47 Drew Yeah.
1:15:47 Caller And now, actually, I don't think Drew was there. I think it was you.
1:15:50 Drew Yeah, I've never heard this one before.
1:15:52 Adam Oh, okay.
1:15:53 Caller But now my question is, I am like addicted to my vibrator. I guess, you know, I've heard you guys say before it's normal for guys to, you know, masturbate one or two, maybe three times a day. I do that before I get out of bed in the morning.
1:16:06 Adam Hey, Michelle. Let me say this, a couple of things. First off, how did you get him into the garage without you seeing him?
1:16:18 Caller He came in through a side door and our garage is completely dark and it was like 12 at night.
1:16:23 Adam And you just walked in there to meet him? Yeah. Let's just say he was 16 or 17. What's up with you that you're having a total stranger come meet you in a dark place around flammable objects, by the way?
1:16:38 Caller I got into therapy after the salty heavy therapy sessions and I think I basically broke it down to... I've always been overweight and it was more of a I wanted somebody to love me so bad that way that I did it anyway. I compromised myself to feel what I wanted to feel.
1:16:54 Drew Did your parents real abandoning with you when you were growing up?
1:16:57 Caller No. No, no, no. My parents have always been loving and supportive but I've always had very low self-esteem. Right.
1:17:03 Drew Those two statements don't go together, by the way.
1:17:06 Adam All right. But hold on a second there. I mean, the fact, listen, if you're a female and you're overweight and you're...
1:17:13 Natalie Raitano A lot of times when you're heavy, you're protecting something.
1:17:17 Adam Yeah. I mean, but I agree with that. But in this society, it is a rough, tough, rough road a hoe to be overweight and female. She could have loving parents, but because you get ostracized at school and made fun of and blah, blah, blah, you could still have pretty low self-esteem. But I agree, maybe the parenting wasn't the greatest. Michelle? So anyway, you had sex with a guy. Now, it's like jarred something loose in you, and you're nuts with the vibrator.
1:17:49 Caller Yeah. And I don't know if the two are related in any way. It wasn't the parenting, it was the people at school. School has always been difficult because of other people.
1:17:59 Adam How's your weight now?
1:18:00 Caller I mean, better than it has been, but it's still not good. I've always been heavy.
1:18:04 Adam Are you working on it?
1:18:05 Caller Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
1:18:06 Adam Okay.
1:18:06 Caller Ten is three nights a week. Yeah. I meet with a nutritionist once a month. But I don't know. All of a sudden, I've just become very, I see something on TV and I have to run to my room crossing my legs because I want to get off so bad.
1:18:24 Adam Right.
1:18:25 Caller It's just like, and I don't know if those two are related or if that's just like normal. No.
1:18:29 Adam You mean about like my 1-800-Collect commercial or something like that?
1:18:32 Caller Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. You got to run to the room?
1:18:36 Adam I got to run to the bathroom and throw up. It's a little bit different.
1:18:41 Drew It's something's a little bit different.
1:18:42 Adam Oh, boy.
1:18:43 Drew Something's up here. What happened?
1:18:46 Adam Michelle's got some... There's issues here. So here's what I would say. She's in therapy.
1:18:51 Drew Yeah, stay with it.
1:18:52 Adam Stay with that therapy. Don't beat yourself up. See if you can kind of... I can't believe I'm saying this. Critellular masturbation. Oh, Adam. I'm an atheist. If I wasn't, I'd be waiting for the lightning to come down and hit me. And stay with the therapy because there's things going on. And kick that friend of yours right in the labia. You know what I mean? Friend sending the guy over to go bang around in the garage.
1:19:17 Drew I just think, Michelle, there's a lot to Michelle. It would take a while to unravel that one.
1:19:21 Adam You're right more ways than one. Where are we?
1:19:23 Natalie Raitano I mean, you're lucky the guy only had sex with you. He could have killed you.
1:19:25 Drew Right.
1:19:28 Adam Sarah.
1:19:29 Caller Hi there, guys.
1:19:30 Adam Hey, you're 19. What's up?
1:19:31 Drew Hey, what?
1:19:33 Caller I just use that for everyone. By the way, I'm proud to say I'm a liberal Jew woman and I'm an activist, so I'll add that in there. Anyway, I'm sure that you...
1:19:44 Adam What are you active about?
1:19:46 Caller Well, I belong to a couple of organizations, NARAL, Planned Parenthood. I've worked on a couple of campaigns.
1:19:51 Adam What was the name, Rod? What was the first one?
1:19:53 Caller NARAL, the National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League.
1:19:56 Adam Oh, good.
1:19:59 Caller All right.
1:19:59 Adam You tell those liberal wussies over there at Planned Parenthood to get off their ass every once in a while.
1:20:05 Caller Will do.
1:20:05 Adam Thank you.
1:20:07 Caller Anyway, my question is, basically, I've been in a relationship for ten months with my boyfriend, and everything is great except for the fact I'm just unable to have an orgasm with him. And I've tried to talk to him a few times about it. I know this is not a very uncommon question, but I just feel like every time I bring it up, he gets really defensive and hurt. And I'm not sure how to talk to him and how to change our sex life.
1:20:33 Drew No, that's his. That's bizarre. A guy who gets hurt because his girlfriend is trying to tell you what she needs you to do. Well, how do you bring it up?
1:20:40 Caller Um, I don't know.
1:20:42 Adam Hey, limpo, over here.
1:20:43 Natalie Raitano You suck.
1:20:44 Adam Come here.
1:20:45 Caller It's partially my problem.
1:20:46 Drew Hey, minute man, you suck, right?
1:20:47 Adam Yeah.
1:20:48 Caller Well, no, not like that, but it does come up when things aren't going right, like after sex.
1:20:53 Caller How old are you?
1:20:54 Caller I'm 19.
1:20:55 Drew Not the right time to bring it up.
1:20:56 Caller Yeah, I know.
1:20:57 Adam Well, let me give you a little insight into being a man.
1:21:01 Natalie Raitano This is somebody who should masturbate a little bit more.
1:21:04 Drew The man.
1:21:04 Natalie Raitano So she knows her body.
1:21:05 Adam Oh, the woman.
1:21:06 Caller Oh, I do. I do. And I can have an orgasm that way, but- You can't.
1:21:10 Natalie Raitano Have you had an orgasm with other men?
1:21:12 Caller Um, with a lot of work. A lot of work had to be done for that.
1:21:17 Adam Right. Okay.
1:21:18 Caller So I know it's just the physical-
1:21:19 Adam Here's the way guys work, unfortunately. Not this man, by the way. Not this Jew- Jew-loving atheist over here. Men love sex. They love to talk about sex. They love to fantasize about sex, but they don't want to have a realistic conversation about sex, and especially as it pertains to them. So they love to talk naughty on the phone. They love to watch the dirty movies. They love to try to coax a woman into the sack. But, you look them in the eye with the light on and say, here's what's going on with me sexually. Here's what maybe you could use a little help on, and they get really freaky and uncomfortable really fast. We've seen that every night on this show. They don't want to talk about it. They can't deal with it.
1:22:02 Drew I think it's subtly different than that. They can't tolerate talking about it, but they want the information.
1:22:08 Adam They have difficulty with a woman being sexual and assertive and looking at them as sexual creatures.
1:22:14 Drew They're much more ease with this information, and much more able to talk much clearer about it. And a guy will hear you and appreciate it, but he won't be able to hang in long with you.
1:22:22 Adam What kind of notes have you given him, Sarah?
1:22:26 Caller A note. I've told him that I love him, and that the sex is okay. I enjoy myself, but that I just physically am not having orgasm. I've kind of set it out there like that, and he kind of gets it.
1:22:39 Adam And what could he do? Would oral sex help with that?
1:22:42 Caller It definitely would.
1:22:43 Adam And does he do much of that?
1:22:45 Caller No, and more in different positions too. He really likes being on top.
1:22:50 Natalie Raitano So you're basically with somebody who is just not good and bad.
1:22:53 Drew Why don't you just... With an appropriate reaction, the guy would be, well, what can I do? What do you need?
1:22:59 Natalie Raitano Yeah, it sounds kind of selfish.
1:23:01 Adam What if you told him, Sarah, what if you said, I really enjoy oral sex and that would be the fastest way to give me a climax? Could you do that for me? And what's he do?
1:23:11 Caller For a month or so after that, he would do that and then after a while, he'd just go back to...
1:23:16 Adam Well, he put in a month in the mind. I mean, he was down there for a month, right?
1:23:23 Natalie Raitano He don't want a selfish lover.
1:23:25 Adam That's not bad.
1:23:27 Caller The thing is, he's not a selfish lover.
1:23:28 Adam A month, he got down there for a month.
1:23:29 Drew Hey, hey, hey, you're losing her.
1:23:31 Natalie Raitano We're already breaking up now.
1:23:33 Caller Okay.
1:23:34 Adam How long would he go down there on average?
1:23:36 Caller Not long, and sometimes long enough to bring me to orgasm, but usually he'd just come back up and then we'd have sex.
1:23:42 Adam All right. Well, listen, hey, Sarah, he may not be a great guy.
1:23:46 Drew He may be young. He may not be ready for this.
1:23:48 Caller Oh, he's not young.
1:23:49 Natalie Raitano How old is he?
1:23:50 Caller He's 30.
1:23:51 Natalie Raitano Oh, goodbye.
1:23:51 Drew Oh, asshole.
1:23:52 Adam Thank you, Drew. Come on, Sarah. I don't trust this guy.
1:23:55 Drew Well, then, what can we say?
1:23:58 Natalie Raitano I say break up with him because he sounds selfish.
1:24:01 Adam You've told him a number of times what you needed. He's not coming through.
1:24:05 Natalie Raitano You're going to end up having a SG pretty soon. That's a side guy.
1:24:10 Adam Yeah. Side guy?
1:24:12 Natalie Raitano Side guy. Yeah.
1:24:14 Adam That could be me or Drew. You never know.
1:24:17 Drew She should not talk about herself.
1:24:19 Adam Oh, I see. Okay. I didn't say that out loud, did I? I was just thinking that. All right. I got to drain my mouth. I have to move when my brain starts moving. We're going to take a little break and Drew and I are going to arm wrestle over who gets to be the side guy for Natalie Raitano and we'll be back after this.
1:24:37 Caller That's G.
1:24:38 Caller Let's have some more fun.
1:24:40 Caller Okay.
1:24:41 Caller Let's do it.
1:24:42 Caller Call Loveline 1-800-LOVE-191.
1:24:46 Caller Loveline, we'll be right back.
1:25:21 Adam It's Loveline, Natalie Raitano's guest tonight from VIP. On all weekend on Fox. Just turn it on, leave it on Fox and watch. Except for, I think there's a man show rerun on Saturday. You got to switch over to Comedy Central at some point.
1:25:37 Drew What is my episode going to be on, by the way?
1:25:40 Adam Yours is the Practical Joke episode? I'll look into that, Drew. It could be soon.
1:25:46 Drew Could I hit the cutting room floor?
1:25:47 Adam Could be very soon. No, you're in there. Drew plays a proctologist in the upcoming Man Show episode, so you don't want to miss that. Again, VIP and the big signing. Six to eight o'clock, December 16th, West Side Pavilion at Spencer Gifts. And they'll be signing the beautiful VIP calendar. All the lovelies will be there and some of the guys too. All right, where are we here, Drew?
1:26:13 Caller Yes.
1:26:14 Adam All right, you're 16. Your mom hates your boyfriend because he's bi.
1:26:19 Caller Yeah.
1:26:19 Adam Now you're pregnant.
1:26:21 Caller He's what?
1:26:22 Adam He's bisexual. How old is he?
1:26:25 Caller He's 16 also.
1:26:27 Drew He's not just bisexual.
1:26:28 Adam Somebody screwed with him.
1:26:29 Drew He wears black fingernail polish and-
1:26:31 Caller Oh, the gothic thing.
1:26:33 Drew Yeah. How did I know that?
1:26:35 Adam Yeah, because somebody did something bad to him, right?
1:26:38 Caller I don't know.
1:26:39 Drew I don't know.
1:26:39 Caller He doesn't like to talk about when he was younger.
1:26:42 Adam That's right. I know everyone is free to make their own choice sexually. We just happen to know that 16 year old guys who are bi got molested. Who called this show, or at least when people call about them? All right. He'll make a lovely father. Why'd you let him get you pregnant, you screwball?
1:26:58 Caller I don't know. I don't know.
1:27:00 Adam Okay. Well, you got to get an abortion.
1:27:02 Caller No, I'm very against abortion.
1:27:04 Adam Oh, you're just into banging around with bisexual guys with black fingernail polish, you idiot? Jesus Christ, get your priorities straight, honey. Why are you against abortion?
1:27:14 Caller Because I...
1:27:15 Adam Yes, give me your philosophical... I want to hear your views on why abortion is wrong. Just let me hear it. Let her articulate herself. Go ahead, Amanda.
1:27:25 Caller Okay, I believe abortion is wrong because you're taking the life of a child that hasn't had the right to live yet.
1:27:31 Adam Right.
1:27:32 Caller And I think that's wrong.
1:27:33 Adam Right. Who will end up in prison?
1:27:36 Drew Here's the argument that people would make. It's not the child's fault. It's the product of a screwed up situation like this.
1:27:41 Adam Good. Why torture the kid by bringing him into the world? That's what I look at.
1:27:45 Drew How about adoption?
1:27:46 Caller Well, that's what I've already decided.
1:27:48 Drew Adoption?
1:27:48 Adam Oh, you did?
1:27:49 Drew Yeah.
1:27:50 Adam You're back in our good graces. Fine. We're going to send out a medallion.
1:27:55 Caller Okay, thank you.
1:27:56 Adam All right, so now your mom hates him?
1:28:01 Caller Yes.
1:28:01 Drew Because he looks like a freak and he's antisocial and he's angry and it's not what she wants.
1:28:05 Adam She should.
1:28:05 Natalie Raitano And he got you pregnant.
1:28:06 Adam Why are you trying to piss your mom off? That's the question.
1:28:09 Caller I didn't want to piss her off. I just...
1:28:12 Drew He doesn't piss your dad off?
1:28:13 Caller No.
1:28:14 Caller I don't talk to my dad.
1:28:15 Adam There you go. It's payback time. Where's dad?
1:28:19 Caller Well, I'm living with my stepfather. I do not know my real father.
1:28:23 Drew How old was he when you left?
1:28:26 Caller Three, I think.
1:28:27 Caller Three or four.
1:28:28 Adam And how's stepdad?
1:28:30 Caller We don't get along.
1:28:31 Adam Right.
1:28:32 Drew And by the way, if I left when my kids were four, it would have been a major blow.
1:28:36 Adam Yeah.
1:28:37 Caller Well, they're used to it now.
1:28:38 Adam These kids have different genes than your kids. These are the old kids. Amanda? Yes. Listen. I don't know what that means. Listen. First off, if you're Jewish, just one and a half.
1:28:47 Caller I'm not Jewish.
1:28:48 Adam I know. Oh, I know. Secondly, you are paying your mother back because this crazy bitch got hooked up with Screwball Dad and now brings Stepdad who you don't like either. You don't like your mom.
1:29:02 Drew And you've got to recreate Screwball Dad.
1:29:05 Natalie Raitano How's your relationship with the boyfriend?
1:29:09 Caller Well, I mean, I love him to death, but I have this feeling that he's, like, gay. I mean, it's just recently...
1:29:18 Natalie Raitano What makes you think that? What's he doing that makes you think he's gay?
1:29:20 Drew He's sleeping with a guy. Is he?
1:29:25 Caller Before he was with me, he had a boyfriend.
1:29:28 Adam Hey, Amanda, Amanda, this guy's a handful and a mess. You are much saner than he is. Do you understand how bad he is now?
1:29:38 Caller Yes.
1:29:38 Adam Give this kid up for adoption, break up with this guy, and see if you can...
1:29:43 Natalie Raitano Get on the pill.
1:29:44 Adam See if you can, man, break some bread with your mom and not feel, you know, act out and pay her back for the horrible job she did.
1:29:52 Caller Well, the thing is, my question is, how would I break this to my mom without, like, really making her...
1:30:00 Natalie Raitano About you being pregnant?
1:30:02 Caller Yeah.
1:30:02 Natalie Raitano Well, there is no easy way. You better... As I always say, honesty is the best policy. Just go tell her and get it over with.
1:30:08 Caller Well, she told me that if I got pregnant by this certain guy, then I would be kicked out of my house.
1:30:14 Adam Oh, boy.
1:30:15 Natalie Raitano That's something you'll have to deal with.
1:30:17 Adam Amanda, Amanda, listen to me. There's a part of you that you don't know about that wanted to get pregnant so that you could tell your mom and pay her back. So just focus on that part and enjoy yourself. That's what I'm saying. Do you know what I'm talking about? Yeah. Because you're angry at her. And you know this would be upsetting to her. And this is a good way to get back at her for the horrible job she did. So you're going to tell her, you have to tell her, tell her, tell her you're going to give it up for adoption, and tell her she's going to have to deal with it. I'm sorry, but you have no choice. It's a tough decision, but you put yourself in a tough place, but she knew what she was doing. And listen, parents, F with your kids, they will F with you. Beat on your kids, abuse your kids, neglect your kids, and hope they won't get back to you, they'll get back with you. Don't worry. They'll become alcoholics, they'll become drug addicts, they'll be on your sofa until they're in their 70s, they'll be in prison, they'll go by, they'll go gay, they'll do all that stuff you don't want them to do. You beat on them and tell them, you don't like blacks, they're dating a black guy. Believe me, they'll get back to you. Whatever it is you screw with them on, they will come back and screw with you. I'm talking my shrink about this today.
1:31:34 Drew What was he suggesting that you were doing to your parents?
1:31:37 Adam I'm paying them back by being successful.
1:31:41 Drew Then talking about them publicly.
1:31:42 Adam That's right.
1:31:43 Drew They want to be very private and quiet.
1:31:44 Adam Call my dad a pussy in GQ magazine. I told him that. I said, it's interesting. A lot of parents, he was telling me about kids that rebel by dropping out of school, doing drugs, getting on welfare. Yeah, that's how you piss off parents who are lawyers or doctors or successful or business people. My parents, you make money. Then you just drive over to BMW and honk the horn every once in a while and peel out on the lawn. That's how you pay them back. I said, are you kidding? I could be in rehab right now. They wouldn't know. Where the hell are we? They wouldn't care about that. Well, they wouldn't look at that as bad. No, I could be working in a coal mine and they wouldn't look at that as failing them at all. Well, part about paying taxes, that's the part that piss them off. Matt?
1:32:31 Yes.
1:32:31 Adam You're 20, what's up?
1:32:33 Caller Well, I've got a problem that is currently happening.
1:32:39 Adam All right, I'm going to articulate it for you. Uh-huh. Girlfriend started bleeding heavily during sex. It's not her period. What is it? Also swelling.
1:32:48 Drew Where's the swelling?
1:32:50 Caller All around her vagina. It looks like her inner labia.
1:32:54 Drew Yeah, do you have herpes?
1:32:55 Caller No.
1:32:56 Drew You ever have anything like that?
1:32:58 Adam No. Is she listening, Matt?
1:33:00 Caller Yeah, she's, you can talk to her. She's on the sofa right now.
1:33:02 Natalie Raitano Is it bleeding heavily now? No.
1:33:04 Caller There was some, while we were having sex, we noticed some blood, so we stopped him. It wasn't like heavy bleeding. That was...
1:33:12 Natalie Raitano Was she in pain?
1:33:13 Caller Not at the time. Now she says it's sort of like a bruise-like pain. I don't know.
1:33:21 Caller Maybe she has herpes.
1:33:23 Natalie Raitano And she doesn't know it.
1:33:24 Adam Is this herpes or something?
1:33:27 Drew Herpes gets that whole area sort of inflamed in vigorous sexual activity.
1:33:31 Adam Alright, what should she do right now, tonight?
1:33:33 Drew If she's having pain, she's having swelling, she should go to an Urgent Care Center in an emergency room.
1:33:37 Adam Right now?
1:33:37 Drew Well, somebody needs to look at this.
1:33:39 Adam What about just sitting in a warm bath or something?
1:33:41 Drew That's certainly possible, but I don't know. I can't get a clear enough read from what he's telling me about what the hell is going on here.
1:33:46 Adam Alright, but you go to the Urgent Care Center, you tell them your crotch hurts, and you sit next to a junkie for four hours before you even get off of the goddamn chair.
1:33:55 Drew Alright.
1:33:55 Adam You understand?
1:33:56 Drew So we're going to convince this person with tubo ovarian abscess to sit at home.
1:34:00 Adam That's right. Alright. Should she wait it out for another hour?
1:34:07 Drew She doesn't have to call the paramedics, no.
1:34:08 Adam Okay. We'll be back.
1:34:15 Caller Loveline, we'll be right back.
1:34:49 Adam I'll explain that in 30 seconds off the air, it's interesting. All right, so let's hurry up and wrap the show up so I can get to the good material. Natalie, thank you very much for coming on.
1:34:59 Natalie Raitano Thanks for having me.
1:35:00 Adam We always appreciate it, it's always a good time, and you come back anytime you like. And again, VIP, Fox, Saturday, Sunday, all weekend, and over at the Westside Pavilion, signing these beautiful calendars, the entire castle will be there.
1:35:14 Natalie Raitano Yeah, come on down.
1:35:15 Adam Six to eight.
1:35:16 Natalie Raitano It'll be fun, we're all gonna be there.
1:35:17 Adam Spencer's Gifts. And 311 tomorrow night, everybody. So, until next time, this is Adam Corolla for Dr. Drew saying mahalo. Ha ha. Well now.
1:35:26 Caller This has been Loveline. The stuff expressed on Loveline is not necessarily the stuff of the staff, management, sponsors, or anyone else. Including Westwood One Entertainment. Loveline is produced by Ann Wilkins and Gold. Now, please enjoy these birds.
