As my therapist once said to me, she said, all of her patients are a piece of S, they feel like a piece of S around which the whole world revolves. And that whole business of keeping the world revolving, keeping the world revolving around its axis because you're in control of it and you're hypervigilant about it and you're focused on it, as opposed to just letting go and having faith that things will be okay. That really is the fundamental principle in the thing that's operating. Different meetings have more or less talk about God or religiosity. You got to find a meeting that-

There are, but there are, there are things like rational recovery and SRL and stuff. Yeah, but they really end up being the same thing. And there's just a better community and a better, more sophisticated, better outcomes typically with 12 Steps. So just go and just make whatever meaning you need to make of those third, second, third steps.
