It's hard for any young woman, I think, to feel good about themselves. But you particularly are making issue with it and even in the face of reality, people that you trust in your reality are telling you otherwise, you dismiss it wholeheartedly.

43:39 Adam Imagine what that does to your psyche, especially as a girl. I was just talking to a friend of mine who was on the phone with me. I was talking to a friend on the phone on the ride home from the Teen Choice Awards and he has a three-year-old daughter and he said every time he gets on the phone his daughter starts screaming daddy, daddy, daddy, you know, look at me, pay attention to me and she won't even do it until he picks up the phone or if he picks up another child or is playing with another.

1:03:18 Drew Heroin causes, yeah, indeed, if you are using two or three dugs, the drug that causes the most intense addictive disease is the disease natural history that you're going to follow. That is to say, you're going to be a heroin addict. That's what's going to go on with your life.

1:03:36 Caller I've already kicked that addiction once, and it's only a very infrequent thing in my life at the moment.

You can use pot, too, sometimes, and alcohol, too, sometimes. That's all the same addictive course. Heroin again is going to be your primary natural history. My biggest thing is, because I've been using one thing or another since I was 13 years old, the problem is that because heroin addiction is going to be the primary issue here, the most significant outcome of your whole circumstance is death. So long-term issues are not relevant until you get your addiction treated.
