Adam Corolla and Dr. Drew Loveline, Coast to Coast.
1:12
Voiceover
Yep, it is Loveline. I'm Adam Corolla. That is Dr. Drew over there. Phone number, 1-800-LOVE-191. I thought for a fleeting moment I'd give the fax number out, but...
1:26
Drew
I thought for a fleeting moment you were just going to fall asleep.
1:28
Adam
Yeah. Close. Very close. Dr. Drew is a board-certified physician and addiction medicine specialist, everybody. Cypress Hill, theoretically, is going to be in the hissy. That's the house. You see? Whose house? The his house. The hissy house. The hissy hissy house tones. And they're not in our his house. They're in their his house.
1:55
Drew
Are they calling us from me?
1:56
Adam
Maybe they're driving from their his house? I don't know. The band smokes a lot of weed. You know, that changes. They may have forgotten to set their clocks forward.
2:05
Drew
Changes your time perception a little bit.
2:08
Adam
It was only a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, we like Cypress Hill, so they should be in here for the... I don't know how many times Cypress Hill been on this show? Five, six times?
2:19
Drew
No, this is...
2:20
Adam
Seems like a lot.
2:21
Drew
Wait, today's Monday. So 600 times.
2:23
Adam
600 times. So we'll look forward to seeing Cypress Hill when they come in. Until then, we'll hop on the phones and speak to Amy of 17. Amy?
2:33
Hi.
2:34
Adam
What's up, Champ?
2:36
Nothing. I just had this problem. I've been recently going out with this guy for about four months now. And we've had sex before, but since then, one time, he asked me to give him oral sex. And ever since then, he won't do anything else. And then he makes up these lies, and he'll be like, oh, well, let's do oral sex first, so that way it'll last longer when we have sex. But...
3:01
Drew
And then he never gets around to the sex.
3:02
Exactly.
3:03
Drew
Fascinating.
3:04
Adam
Interesting angle. How old is he?
3:06
He's 19.
3:07
Adam
He's really getting started early on this lying, deceitful, oral sex angle I've made a life out of. Hmm. So you go down on him, de-orgasms, and then that's it for the night.
3:20
Yeah, basically.
3:21
Drew
Why didn't you ever say, what about that second round?
3:24
I did. And he told me, he said tomorrow, and he says that, and then one time I got all angry, and he just drove off and left.
3:32
Adam
Uh-huh. It sounds like a delight, this gentleman.
3:34
Drew
Is this your boyfriend?
3:36
Um, kind of.
3:38
Yeah.
3:39
Adam
Are you sure he thinks he's your boyfriend?
3:42
Yeah, he does, but I've been seeing other people too.
3:45
Drew
Oh, good. Well, why don't you see more of the other people?
3:47
Adam
That's nice. Are you screwing around with any of the other people?
3:51
No, no.
3:52
Adam
And how is it that you... I never could work this out. I know Drew has done this in his day because he's a passionate. Why? You're a passionate, passionate, passionate man. Well, you know, when people go, yeah, I'm dating, I'm seeing some people. I've never been able to pull that one off. How does that work? You're having sex with one guy and you're dating a couple other guys. I think I may have been those other guys in women's lives who weren't getting laid. Oh, yeah. That's me.
4:23
Drew
Those are called friends.
4:25
Adam
Yeah, but they buy you stuff and you like make out with them a little bit.
4:28
Drew
Dear friends.
4:29
Adam
Dear, dear friends.
4:30
Drew
No, just dear friends.
4:31
Adam
Amy.
4:32
Drew
Yeah.
4:32
Adam
I don't like this guy. Why don't you break up with him?
4:36
That's what I was thinking about doing.
4:37
Adam
Good.
4:37
It's just like that one time was pretty good.
4:41
Adam
The one time you had sex? Does he go down on you?
4:45
Yeah.
4:46
Adam
Every time?
4:47
No, because we've only had sex about twice.
4:50
Adam
But how many times have you given him the BJ?
4:54
Several. Over probably about 20.
4:57
Adam
That's good of you. And when are you going to learn your lesson? I mean, you're up over 20 now.
5:03
I know.
5:04
Adam
Okay. This guy's flawed. Let me tell you something, ladies. Drew, tell me if you get behind this. Most men are pigs. Most of them. Eventually, they slide into a comfort zone. They do what they like to do. The flowers and the candy dry up. The opening of doors slows down. The whatever movie you want to see. It's all the same to me.
5:26
Drew
Penetrate your thoughts.
5:28
Adam
Yes. Oh, is it cuddle time yet, dear? Yeah. Hungarian food. I love Hungarian food. Now, all that dries up at a certain point. Usually, if the guy's a decent guy, maybe a year or two into the relationship, and it kind of evens out, then it's a little back and forth. But if he's pulling this ass early in a relationship, either he doesn't care about the relationship or he's going to get worse.
5:52
Drew
Yeah. This is the best he's going to get.
5:55
Adam
Right. That's right.
5:57
Drew
I would predict, some guys can kind of get it together at different times in their life and suddenly become sort of a good partner.
6:04
Adam
He's 19. This is 36, 37.
6:07
Drew
I don't even think this guy has that in him. This kind of behavior is reprehensible.
6:11
Adam
And here's another thing, ladies. Guys do pull it together at certain points in their life, sometimes not within the relationship. This is five relationships from now. Do you know what I mean? You, you, he can get started down this path and he can pull his ass together at some point.
6:29
Drew
Yes.
6:30
Adam
But it ain't with her.
6:31
Drew
Right. Not with his behavior.
6:33
Adam
No, he's got, he could have three and a half, four more girlfriends before he even begins to pull it together. Rita?
6:39
Yeah.
6:39
Adam
You're 16.
6:41
Caller
Hi.
6:42
Adam
What's up, champ?
6:46
Caller
Hi. I was listening to your show yesterday. And I heard you guys talking about like how this guy was raped by a guy.
7:00
Drew
Yeah. Rita.
7:03
Adam
Hello. Were we talking about how a guy was raped by a guy?
7:07
Drew
I remember last night or the night before, somebody had called and we were talking. He was asking whether a rape or childhood sexual abuse would make him gay. We had a discussion about whether that...
7:19
Adam
Oh, yeah...
7:20
Drew
.renders someone.
7:21
Adam
No, that was a girl's brother.
7:23
Drew
Yeah.
7:24
Adam
Right. But a guy didn't call in and say it was rape. Well, anyway, her line got cut off.
7:31
Caller
Anyway, Jared.
7:33
Cypress Hill
Yes.
7:33
Adam
Year 20.
7:35
Cypress Hill
Hello.
7:35
Hello.
7:37
Cypress Hill
What's up? I have a really bad problem with attachment disorder, I guess it is.
7:44
Drew
That's your diagnosis or you actually have that?
7:46
Cypress Hill
I've been diagnosed like 14 other times when I've tried to commit suicide.
7:53
Drew
Okay.
7:53
Adam
14 times you've tried to commit suicide?
7:55
Cypress Hill
15 times I did.
7:56
Adam
15?
7:57
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
7:57
Adam
Oh, that's different.
7:58
Cypress Hill
I went to the doctor 14 times.
7:59
Adam
I see.
8:01
Drew
And these are all in response to losses of some type or another?
8:05
Cypress Hill
Losses of like girlfriends and stuff because like when I was really young, my mom got shot in the head and I was like 5. It was a pretty bad loss and then like in the last two years, like 25, my friends have died in different car accidents, literally.
8:20
Drew
Still, those tend to be more grief.
8:22
Adam
Hold on a second. Did he say 25? Were they all in one bus as part of one traveling softball team or did they die in separate cars?
8:33
Cypress Hill
Some of them died in the same car, some of them died in separate cars.
8:35
Adam
And this is within the last year?
8:37
Cypress Hill
Two years.
8:38
Adam
Two years. Hold on a second.
8:40
Drew
That's why you don't have 25 friends.
8:44
Adam
Listen, I'm not going to make any light of Jared's situation. No. This guy has a flair for what you call the dramatic. Suicide, 15 attempts, 25, 25, 25? 25 friends have died in car crashes in the last two years?
9:03
Drew
I didn't have 25 friends in 20.
9:05
Adam
Listen, you haven't had 25 friends over your entire life. Include your kid's friends and your wife's friends and your parents' friends. You haven't had 25 friends. You got me, buddy. That's it.
9:17
Drew
You understand? And man, I don't even know you anymore.
9:19
Adam
And man, I'm this close to walking because it's like, I don't even know you anymore.
9:23
Cypress Hill
Jared?
9:25
Adam
Jared?
9:25
Cypress Hill
Yes.
9:26
Adam
Really? I know, you know why this show is horrible. I get stuck on something and I can't get past it.
9:32
Caller
25 friends.
9:35
Adam
25 friends died in car crashes.
9:38
Cypress Hill
Yes. All right. Wow.
9:39
Adam
Anyone who's a friend of Jared, who currently has a driver's license, should steer clear. My God.
9:46
Drew
Now, true attachment disorders are from severe depravity in early childhood, like you're left in a crib for two years, that kind of thing.
9:54
Cypress Hill
Yeah. Well, like I was saying, like if I get a girlfriend or something, I don't let it go and stuff. And then when, because all my girlfriends, basically, I'm not going to say all for sure, but basically all my girlfriends have cheated on me.
10:07
Adam
Yeah.
10:07
Cypress Hill
And then broke up with me for someone else and stuff like that.
10:10
Drew
Have there been 14 of those?
10:11
Cypress Hill
I don't know how many it was. A lot.
10:14
Adam
A lot of girlfriends.
10:15
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
10:16
Adam
Well, at least you can reel them in.
10:18
Cypress Hill
You know?
10:19
Adam
Yeah, that's worth something.
10:21
Cypress Hill
Sometimes considering most of them are strippers anyways, I'm tired of dating strippers.
10:24
Drew
Oh, that's interesting.
10:25
Adam
Yeah. I'd leave Jared, too, though, if I was dating him, right? I got to be honest.
10:29
Cypress Hill
Oh, thank you.
10:30
Adam
Jared.
10:30
Drew
Yeah, but he's dating strippers. They're not...
10:32
Adam
Yeah, that's not a relationship. Jared, what are you doing for a living?
10:35
Cypress Hill
Right now, I'm managing a store in the city I live in.
10:38
Adam
I see. Not in a city in a country nearby.
10:42
Cypress Hill
No, no.
10:43
Adam
I see. And do you... You doing any therapy?
10:47
Cypress Hill
None of it has ever worked. I mean, I was putting, like, a hospitalization thing for, like, two months, and it didn't work. And they've tried all kinds of different fun medicines that didn't work.
11:00
Adam
Right. But Jared, you're a 20-year-old guy. You got some energy. You're a little bit angry. You've had some bad things happen in your life. You're going to have to kind of let yourself go a little bit. I mean, you're going to have to throw yourself on the mercy of a therapist or a psychiatrist or a counseling group. You're going to have to give in. I mean, you can't keep that chip on your shoulder.
11:24
Cypress Hill
And it's not only that so much, but, like, I get to the point, like, right now, I'm to the point where I want to just not make an attempt to make it a permanent thing.
11:35
Adam
Suicide?
11:35
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
11:36
Adam
Well, how were you trying to kill yourself the other 15 times?
11:39
Cypress Hill
One of them was about 576 Vicodin.
11:44
Drew
And that wasn't the permanent attempt?
11:46
Cypress Hill
That didn't work because somebody had got me right after I had got that.
11:49
Drew
You understand what Adam is saying, is that what was your intention before if it wasn't?
11:53
Adam
How do you ingest 576 Vicodin? Wait a minute, how do you get hold of 576 Vicodin?
11:59
Cypress Hill
I was on Vicodin because I had broken my wrist and my ankle at the same time and I just saved them up and I never used them because I have a really high pain tolerance.
12:05
Adam
576 at once?
12:08
Cypress Hill
Yeah, I downed them as many as I could, as fast as I could. People keep walking in on me when I do it and I keep calling on the hospital and I keep getting rushed to the hospital all the time.
12:20
Drew
Yeah, but weren't those, you're saying as though you wanted to do something serious, weren't those serious?
12:25
Cypress Hill
Yes.
12:26
Adam
Okay, well he made a real attempt.
12:28
Cypress Hill
I made, I've made valid attempts.
12:30
Adam
Okay.
12:30
Cypress Hill
But people keep walking in on me.
12:31
Adam
I know.
12:33
Cypress Hill
My ankle.
12:33
Adam
Jared, listen, you got bad luck when it comes to suicide. I know what you're saying. You're cursed when it comes to suicide.
12:41
Cypress Hill
I'm cursed with everything, man.
12:42
Adam
All right. I felt that way when I was 22. And look at me now. I'm only mildly cursed.
12:49
Drew
And miserable.
12:50
Adam
No, no. I'm on top of the world. I really am. Jared, you can make something of your life. You can do whatever you want. I don't want to sound cliché. But you can't just walk around angry.
13:00
Cypress Hill
That's the thing. I've been trying for the last two years. I've been traveling all over the country for the last two years because I had been in the Army and I had gotten out of that because they had had a medical procedure done on me, a spinal tap or a lumbar puncture, however you want to pronounce it, done to me. And it didn't go right. And they had an Army nurse that was just learning how to do this stuff, do it, and it screwed up my back. So I have a screwed up back. And I have been playing music for like five years, trying to get noticed that nobody notices.
13:29
Adam
Yeah. Well, listen, nobody notices. Hold on a second. Nobody notices you're 20. For Christ's sake. I was just driving over here thinking about how I never made a nickel until I was 31. I mean, listen, you know what? I don't want to beat up a guy who's suicidal, but Jared feels sorry for himself. He's got a chip on his shoulder and he's a pain in the ass. He's got to get some friends, reach out, and you know what I mean?
13:56
Drew
Well, I think that is the point, is that people that are really...
13:59
Adam
Cypress Hills here.
14:00
Drew
The whole gang.
14:01
Adam
Yeah, come on in, guys.
14:02
Drew
The people that are really down and out and out in their lives usually find meaning through other people.
14:07
Adam
Yeah.
14:08
Drew
I know attachment is his issue and it might be unrealistic, but to try to be of service to others in some capacity.
14:14
Adam
The world is your oyster. Yeah, I mean, Jesus Christ. I will talk over that every time, you son of a bitch. I swear to God, I was drunk or kidding when I said that. It was one or the other, possibly both. You know, I do a lot of the shows loaded, Drew.
14:28
Drew
No kidding.
14:29
Adam
All right, everybody.
14:30
Cypress Hill
Well, who doesn't?
14:30
Adam
Cypress Hill is here. Be real. I thought you were not coming in tonight.
14:35
Cypress Hill
Oh, I would not let you down, man.
14:37
Adam
You didn't let me down. I thought you weren't coming in. I was excited.
14:40
Cypress Hill
Well, we... Man, and after that, I got a piece of vegetable that I gave him last time I worked.
14:47
Adam
Oh, the herb. Yeah.
14:48
Caller
He forgot.
14:49
Cypress Hill
Yeah. We're sorry for our tardiness, gentlemen.
14:52
Adam
It's all right.
14:53
Drew
Got Adam high last time you were here.
14:54
Adam
No, he didn't.
14:55
Cypress Hill
I didn't.
14:55
Adam
How dare you? How dare you? He just gave me drugs. That's all.
15:01
Drew
I have seen him high with Snoop.
15:04
Adam
Oh, yeah.
15:04
Cypress Hill
Oh, you're getting high with other people now, man.
15:07
Adam
Well, you know, I know other guys, other other rock stars that smoke weed. What can I say? That's right.
15:14
Cypress Hill
My man made me.
15:17
Adam
They have to head out to the car later in the night, too. I think it's been a while. All right. What are we plugging here? Cypress Hill, because we love Cypress Hill and we love to plug.
15:30
Cypress Hill
Well, we have yet another gig. We have a few things going on, obviously. Right now, we're recording a new new studio record and stuff right now.
15:39
Caller
That's where we came from.
15:40
Cypress Hill
That's where we came from. That's why we're so tardy.
15:42
Adam
That's fine.
15:43
Cypress Hill
But this thing we're doing Friday night is called the 420 Dr. Green thumb harvest. It's basically a show we're doing at the shrine. It's, you know, considered a stoners holiday.
15:54
Drew
What's the 420 mean?
15:57
Cypress Hill
I got no clue, man. Somebody made it up.
16:00
Adam
Really? It's not some police code or call or something like that.
16:03
Cypress Hill
I believe it's a code. Yeah, it's it's some sort of code and something else I can't remember.
16:09
Drew
But does it mean something specific?
16:12
Adam
Well, somebody decided it did a while ago, and now it does.
16:15
Drew
What does it mean?
16:16
Cypress Hill
Now it does.
16:16
Adam
Something to do with weed.
16:18
Drew
Like a small guy.
16:19
Cypress Hill
It's a police code. Somebody got busted or something like that.
16:23
Adam
But if you tell a guy you're doing a 420 or pulling a 420 or something like that, he knows you're cool, right?
16:29
Cypress Hill
Well, I guess so. Yeah. Anytime you mention 420, right? Funny thing is, well, it's Hitler's birthday, too.
16:38
Drew
Oh, really? Interesting.
16:41
Cypress Hill
So but, you know, we're not by no means celebrating that. You know, we're celebrating the stoner holiday.
16:47
Adam
And that is also going to be with the Cottonmouth Kings. That's a good group.
16:51
Cypress Hill
Yeah. Very good friends of ours. And, you know, they partake in the vegetable. Shocking.
16:56
Adam
I wouldn't have known that about that group of young men.
16:59
Cypress Hill
Me neither. I mean, this name is so deceiving.
17:01
Adam
Yeah. And who else is on that? Oh, Drunk with Power, Corporate Avengers. Yeah. Soulfly. Yeah, that's going to be a good show. And that is this Friday at the Shrine Expo Hall, which is the Shrine, right? Yeah. Yeah. That's 35 bucks day of the show. 30 bucks in advance. And how many is that Shrine hold? A couple thousand?
17:24
Cypress Hill
I think it holds like four to five thousand. They used to do, I think, the Grammys and the Oscars there once in a while.
17:30
Drew
Oscars are still there, right?
17:31
Cypress Hill
Oscars are still there. But I think they're going to move it to the Staples Center, maybe.
17:35
Drew
Oscars?
17:36
Cypress Hill
I don't know. I thought I heard that, but I'm not sure.
17:39
Adam
Let me warn you about the Shrine, because Drew and I were there when... What band was that? Offspring.
17:46
Cypress Hill
Please don't mention that.
17:47
Adam
No, no, no. I don't want to say anything good about the Offspring.
17:50
Cypress Hill
Dexter is... How do you say it, Adam? A pussy? Is that how you say it?
17:55
Adam
Oh, wow. What's going on here?
17:57
Cypress Hill
Okay, Keith, go ahead with your story and, you know...
17:59
Adam
Well, it's not as good as you and whatever you got going with Dexter. Well, tell me what's wrong with Dexter. What's the problem with The Offspring?
18:07
Cypress Hill
Well, the thing is, you know, we went on tour with them, as everybody knows, and, you know, they just... I shouldn't say they, because I don't got a problem with Offspring. Right.
18:16
You know, it's Dexter.
18:17
Cypress Hill
It's Dexter. I mean, we had a lot of hard times on that tour, times that we didn't need.
18:23
Drew
Why? What happened?
18:24
Cypress Hill
Well, you know, when you go on tour with people, there's like a camaraderie, you know, like sort of like when we went with Biscuit, everything went hand in hand. We hung out together. They made things easy for us, and they didn't really have to. And we didn't really have to be on the tour, which was the same thing with The Offspring. We didn't really have to go with them. They asked us to come on, and, you know, we thought it might be cool. Then during what, halfway through the tour? No, not even that.
18:51
Caller
The first night.
18:52
Cypress Hill
First night, we were having problems, and then they eventually cut our sound checks down, and their crew was like power tripping on us.
19:00
Caller
Made us move our buses.
19:01
Cypress Hill
Made us move our buses. I mean, they did everything you could do to like make it inconvenient for the guys going on before you. And so, you know, I sort of shut up about it through the whole tour and maintain professionalism. You know what I mean? Because I'm not going to complain and I'm not going to jump off a tour and break my contract and leave them hanging in spite of, you know, maybe the little things going on. So at the end of the tour, I wrote a story in our in our webs on our website because we do a thing called Soldier Stories. And I basically I told the truth, you know, I basically spit the truth out there to our fans. Let them know how we felt about the tour and how we got treated. And I guess he read it. So I seen him at this ESPN thing not too long ago. And I go to shake their hand just, you know, because I thought they were OK, guys. I just thought the thing, the tour could have been handled a little different. So I approached one of them. I approached Noodle, shook his hand, and he was cool. You know, he shook my hand. And I went to shake Dexter's hand and he pulled his hand away and he wouldn't say nothing to me, not even given me a reason. I already knew the reason.
20:11
Adam
Right.
20:11
Cypress Hill
But I mean, at least say, hey, man, I don't like what you wrote in your story. I think that was messed up. I don't want to shake your hand. I would have took that like, okay, that's, you know, he's a man.
20:22
Adam
If you spoke to him since, you've never, that was it? That was the last time you saw him?
20:25
Cypress Hill
This was just like a week ago. So then, you know, I said, oh, okay, that's cool. And then I saw him later on in the night and I laughed in his face. And then I saw him again later and I shook Noodle's hand again. I said, hey, look, you know, me and you, we don't have any problems in spite of whatever, whatever has been said and whatever his problem is. And I know he read your tour journal, man. And, you know, he's tripping on that. And I said, well, you know, me and you are cool. And as I was walking away, I yelled over to him, I hope you liked what I wrote in my journal.
20:58
Adam
You guys are the wrong guy. I mean, you guys are really like crossing the mafia. I'd be nice, you know, my plan is to get Cypress Hill's ass.
21:05
Cypress Hill
We're nice guys, man.
21:06
Adam
I know you are.
21:07
Cypress Hill
But you know, I mean, you know, I didn't try to diss Offspring. I just thought that they could have handled it a little better. You know, they made us not want to be on the tour. And I just spoke freely and honestly about it. And he didn't like it.
21:21
Adam
And you know, hey, I'm sorry, but well, the, the, and now, now I hate the Offspring too, Drew.
21:28
Cypress Hill
Oh, Jesus.
21:29
Drew
The reason why they came up.
21:30
Adam
Oh yeah, why?
21:31
Cypress Hill
Okay, yeah. What was the reason they came up? That was a rant.
21:34
Adam
We saw the Offspring. It was at a acoustic Christmas, K-Rock Acoustic Christmas at the Shrine. They were playing, people were bouncing up in that upper balcony. And I thought the goddamn thing was going to come down.
21:46
Drew
It looked like it was going to clap.
21:47
Adam
It does got a lot of spring in it. It's like a, it's like a three meter board in the Olympics. It's got a lot of bounce. And I'm guessing when you guys play and the Cottonmouth Kings play and some of these other bands play, there's going to be some shaking going on. And so all I'm saying is, is be careful.
22:02
Cypress Hill
Don't be under it.
22:03
Adam
If you're under it, put, do what I did. I put one of those big popcorn boxes on my head on those buckets, you know, case the thing came down. Sure.
22:12
Cypress Hill
At least you got a helmet.
22:12
Adam
I'd have some protection and some lubricant.
22:15
Caller
Right.
22:15
Adam
Yeah. In the form of, in the form of imitation butter.
22:18
Cypress Hill
Lubricant's always good.
22:19
Caller
All right.
22:20
Adam
So that is this Friday, everybody.
22:22
Cypress Hill
This Friday.
22:23
Adam
Let's take ourselves some phone calls and we'll hear something from Cypress Hill. Are we hearing something off the live CD?
22:31
Cypress Hill
Whatever you guys want to mean. It's your pick.
22:33
Adam
But first. But first. Oh, we're taking a break.
22:37
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
22:37
Adam
Well, you know, these guys just showed up. So it's like we just got started.
22:40
Cypress Hill
Once again, we apologize.
22:41
Adam
That's all right. You guys, you know, we're not going to cross.
22:43
Caller
We said enough already.
22:45
Cypress Hill
We'll be right there.
22:46
Adam
Off. I was going to say the Offspring was here. Cypress Hill is here. Cypress Hill. Hold on. Cypress Hill and the Hizzy. And we'll be back.
22:59
Love Line with Adam Corolla and Dr. Drew. 100 points.
23:22
Caller
Hi, this is Dexter and Noodles from The Offspring, and you're listening to Loveline with that asshole, Adam Corolla, and that guy that's full of himself, thinks he always knows what he's talking about, Dr. Drew.
23:32
Adam
I hate that guy.
23:33
Cypress Hill
I could do better.
23:35
Adam
There you go. All right, Cypher Seal is here tonight. B-Real is here, Bobo is here, and Chef Ernie.
23:44
Cypress Hill
And Dexter isn't here.
23:45
Adam
Bam! Boom! We will hear something off, I think the Live at the Fillmore CD, if I'm not mistaken. I am mistaken. We're not hearing that. We're going to hear it off the Skull and Bones. Yes.
24:01
Drew
He goes on Espanol anymore?
24:03
All right.
24:04
Cypress Hill
We got a lot of records, man. I get confused with all of them. All right.
24:09
Adam
I'll tell you what we'll do. We'll take a call and then we'll hear something from Cypher Seal.
24:14
Caller
Yes.
24:14
Adam
You're 21?
24:15
Caller
Yes.
24:16
Adam
What's up?
24:18
Caller
Okay.
24:18
Caller
I have a question. I live with a girl. I'm in college. I believe that my inner vaginal lips are large. They stick out. They're not inside anymore.
24:38
Drew
Some women have that. There's actually a procedure to reduce that sometimes.
24:42
Some women really get abnormal or is it perfectly fine?
24:45
Drew
It's perfectly fine.
24:46
Caller
Get in the way of anything?
24:48
Drew
Not really. It's perfectly fine.
24:50
Cypress Hill
It's just more to adventure with.
24:52
Adam
Yeah. It's going to though. You're 21. Yeah. It ain't going to be pretty down there. So put an M 80 down there.
25:01
Caller
A little bit more to tug on.
25:03
Drew
M 80.
25:05
Adam
Yes.
25:06
You like that?
25:07
Caller
Because my roommates...
25:08
Adam
Yeah. You know what happens when you put an M 80 in a mailbox?
25:11
Drew
Shred.
25:12
Adam
It's going to have that look.
25:13
Drew
They want to describe it like a complex orchid or something. Oh my gosh.
25:18
Adam
Well, you got a good 45 years for you.
25:20
Cypress Hill
Yeah. There's always snip, snip, tuck, tuck, and we don't give a huh.
25:24
Drew
They do have procedure, but it's nothing to worry about. It's fine.
25:27
Cypress Hill
It's totally normal?
25:28
Drew
Totally normal.
25:29
Adam
Yeah. You'll find a guy. He'll be thrilled. He'll enjoy that. It's more vagina for him.
25:34
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
25:35
Adam
All right.
25:36
Cypress Hill
All right.
25:36
Adam
Thank you. All right, baby. You're fine. And yeah, they do have, I mean, it's a reduction. Newer plastic surgery.
25:43
Caller
Rejuvenation, do you call those vaginal rejuvenation?
25:45
Adam
No, no. They have that. They have a few things.
25:47
Caller
Yeah.
25:48
Drew
That rejuvenation, I was reading an article about the rejuvenation procedure. That is actually done to try, not just to create the barrier for the groom to believe he's being with a virgin. They have to fool a gynecologist because the families get to choose a doctor of their choosing, send the girl there to prove or to have her certified as a virgin.
26:11
Cypress Hill
Really?
26:11
Cypress Hill
Isn't that wild?
26:12
Adam
Nice.
26:13
Drew
These guys do these reparative procedures.
26:14
Cypress Hill
You can't recreate that, man. Maybe the feeling.
26:17
Drew
Evidently, this guy does it because he has a huge reputation for doing that.
26:21
Cypress Hill
You know, I've been deflowered though, man.
26:24
Adam
I tell you, I would like to go thumb through that before and after book over. You know, when you go to the plastic surgeon, you can look at some before and after pictures. You just sit there and stare at vagina all day long. Just like a scrapbook of vagina. That's why it'd be great to be a plastic surgeon. You have a family album full of boob and vagina. Right.
26:47
Drew
Good times.
26:48
Adam
Zach?
26:49
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
26:50
Adam
You're 17?
26:51
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
26:52
Adam
On with Cypress Hill. What's it going on?
26:55
Cypress Hill
Well, my question is, well, actually, it's not a question. My girlfriend and I, we've been together for like nine months, right? And we've been having sex for probably about seven of the months. And we've been totally naked with each other. We've been like laid in bed all day. We took showers and whatnot. But like when we take a shower, the lights will be off. When we're in bed, she'll be covering herself off with a blanket or she'll have her arm over her chest. I've never, ever seen her boobs.
27:20
Drew
Never, ever. Really?
27:21
And I don't know.
27:23
Cypress Hill
And she, it's not like she doesn't show anybody because I know other people that have seen them. I know.
27:30
Drew
They report anything unusual? What do you mean? Those that have been lucky.
27:35
Cypress Hill
Seen her boobs.
27:36
Drew
Had a sighting.
27:37
Cypress Hill
They didn't say anything. Like there's nothing wrong with them.
27:40
Drew
You asked her what the problem is?
27:42
Cypress Hill
She just says she's not comfortable yet.
27:44
Adam
But you can't suss out what shape they're in by, you know, feeling them and all that.
27:50
Cypress Hill
I could, but it's just the fact that she won't show me. It's driving me insane.
27:53
Drew
Adam's asking, have you?
27:54
Adam
Are they big?
27:56
Cypress Hill
Oh, the average size, probably a C cup.
28:00
Adam
Have you sucked on them?
28:02
Cypress Hill
Uh, yeah.
28:04
Drew
Excuse me, Adam, where did you go to finishing school?
28:07
Cypress Hill
Yeah, that's a very tough question.
28:09
Adam
I have to ask the hard-hitting questions.
28:11
Cypress Hill
Have you pinched them and twisted them?
28:14
Cypress Hill
Uh, yeah, I've been all around them. I've just never gotten, like, a clear view.
28:17
Caller
You've never just seen them.
28:19
Cypress Hill
Yeah, I've never been able to, like, straight look at them.
28:21
Adam
I see. Well, how old is she?
28:24
Cypress Hill
Seventeen.
28:24
Cypress Hill
Uh-huh.
28:25
Adam
Is she religious?
28:27
Cypress Hill
Not really.
28:27
Adam
Sometimes 17-year-old girls are a little bit freaked out about the bodies.
28:31
Cypress Hill
Maybe she's just insecure about them, you know?
28:33
Cypress Hill
Yeah, she's kind of got a bad past, and I was wondering if that maybe be part of it.
28:38
What's up?
28:39
Cypress Hill
Not much. She's had, like, a bunch of, like, four or five different step dads, and one of them was, one of them specifically, was pretty bad to her. He didn't rape her, but he, like, molested her, he used to touch her, and this is when she was, like, nine. Yeah. So, all right.
28:57
Adam
So she's kind of freaked out.
28:58
Cypress Hill
Yeah, she's kind of freaked out about that, and it took her a long time for her to come clean about that, so I'm thinking that's a really big deal.
29:05
Adam
Yeah. How do you take a shower in the dark, by the way?
29:10
Cypress Hill
I don't know, candles with, like, red coverings over them, so it gives a real low light.
29:15
Adam
Holy Christ, you know, she's like...
29:17
Caller
She is a girl, right, down there.
29:19
Cypress Hill
Sure she ain't into witchcraft, dude?
29:21
Caller
You are touchy touchy down there, right?
29:23
Cypress Hill
Yeah, that's fine. I've been able to see every other part of her body, but... All right.
29:28
Adam
All right, just take it slow.
29:30
Cypress Hill
I mean, if you'll see them one day.
29:32
Adam
Yeah.
29:32
Cypress Hill
I hope so. I mean, it's been nine months, I mean...
29:34
Caller
Man, if it gets that bad, just put, like, a pocket light under there, you know, under the sheets, and just take a peek, you know?
29:41
Cypress Hill
I've tried. I've tried, like, sneak attack, and she was pretty quick.
29:44
Caller
Yeah.
29:45
Adam
You know, they have those mechanics glasses that actually have, like, lights in them. You ever see those? Yeah. Like shop glasses with a couple of high beam lights on them for working on carburetors and stuff.
29:56
Drew
Surgeons wear these things. Come over your head with a big headlight on them.
29:59
Cypress Hill
Well, you know, he could surprise her and, you know, put the clapper in his room. Yeah. Right when she's not expected it.
30:07
Adam
Send her screaming for therapy. Zach, just take it slow, because you probably have to move at her pace. Meanwhile, you'll probably be disappointed when you actually do see how it moves.
30:17
Caller
Think about the clapper.
30:19
Adam
I do. You know, seeing is a good half of it for me. I mean, personally, I like to see something so I can hurry up, get home and masturbate to what I saw when I'm with a woman. I know it sounds like a retarded strategy, but it's something I've kept since high school.
30:35
Cypress Hill
Well, if it works for you, then...
30:37
Adam
That's right.
30:38
Cypress Hill
Who are we to question? Who are we to question your methods?
30:41
Adam
That's right.
30:42
Cypress Hill
Over here.
30:43
Caller
Oh, it's really...
30:45
Adam
Drew, you like to see something too, though, right?
30:47
Drew
Oh, yeah.
30:48
Adam
You do, right?
30:48
Drew
Yeah, of course.
30:49
Adam
And you think I'm weird for trying to incorporate the mirror, but you guys like the mirror, right? The mirror.
30:54
Cypress Hill
The mirror.
30:54
Adam
You know, you like to position yourself in front of that full-length mirror so you can see. It's like, oh my God, I'm getting light.
30:59
Drew
Look at me.
31:00
Cypress Hill
Oh, okay.
31:01
Adam
I can give myself like a thumbs up every once in a while or the okay sign.
31:06
Cypress Hill
Yeah, the mirror could be good.
31:07
Drew
And laugh like a hyena.
31:08
Yeah, that's right.
31:10
Caller
You get a little snapshot.
31:11
Caller
Managable laughter.
31:13
Cypress Hill
You don't do that mirror.
31:14
Adam
You guys, you guys do the mirror thing, right?
31:16
Drew
Yeah.
31:18
Adam
No.
31:19
Drew
What?
31:19
Adam
You don't, yeah.
31:21
Drew
That's not to look at me.
31:23
Adam
Yeah, but no, it's to look at you getting light.
31:26
Cypress Hill
To remind yourself that it's happening.
31:28
Adam
That's right.
31:29
Caller
Pinching yourself, you know, to see if you're awake.
31:31
Adam
You take a little mental snapshot there. Juan?
31:35
Yes, sir.
31:36
Adam
You're 26.
31:37
Caller
Actually, I'm 29.
31:39
Adam
All right.
31:39
Caller
I don't know why I said 26, but I am 29.
31:41
Adam
All right. What's up?
31:43
Caller
Well, about four months ago, I ran into my brother's wife, Leslie. She lives out in Barstow. And, well, make a long story short, we ended up hooking up. They're already going through a process of divorce. And now, now we're still seeing each other. And my brother found out it's a big old mess. And now I'm just wondering what to do if I should leave her, because I care about her a lot. She tells me she loves me, but she's with other guys. And I'm just confused about the whole thing. I don't know. She's screwing these two 19 year olds and one 26 year old, and then she's with me. And my brother's kind of mad at me. And, you know, like I said, they're going through a divorce, but so what do I do? I mean, should I kick her to the curb? Should I maybe see what happens?
32:25
Drew
I don't believe a word.
32:27
Cypress Hill
Curbside chicken.
32:30
Drew
He's making us all.
32:30
Adam
Yes, because why would he bring her name up?
32:32
Drew
Name is brother's wife. Yeah. Why you make up a question like this?
32:37
Adam
Sorry.
32:40
Drew
All right.
32:41
Adam
Hey, one is your name even one?
32:43
Caller
Yeah, it is.
32:44
Adam
Really?
32:44
Caller
I'm not lying about this.
32:46
Adam
Really? Because it's tough. I know because the Hispanic dudes don't do the bogus calls. They don't got that kind of sense of humor.
32:54
Caller
No, this is.
32:55
Adam
I don't know why. They don't screw around that way. It's always white guys who do that call. There's no, you know, like the biggest bogus call group is the white guys, black guys, Hispanic guys, Asian guys never. There's never about it. And women never never do it. It's only white guys.
33:14
Drew
Certain ethnicities don't have the goofball.
33:16
Adam
They don't have the goofball gene. They don't have the jackoff gene like young white guys.
33:20
Cypress Hill
How do we know this guy is even Mexican?
33:22
Adam
Why, he says his name is Juan. Are you Mexican?
33:25
Caller
Yeah, actually, I'm Jewish also. My mother is Jewish and my dad is Mexican.
33:29
Caller
Oh, he's switching it right now.
33:30
Cypress Hill
See, I can say my name is, you know, something too.
33:33
Adam
Herschel.
33:34
Cypress Hill
Herschel, yeah.
33:35
Caller
Juan Epstein.
33:36
Adam
Wait a minute, Juan.
33:37
Cypress Hill
My name is Irving Mendoza.
33:39
Adam
You're Jewish and Mexican?
33:41
Caller
Yeah, my mom's Jewish. She's Russian, Turkish Jew, and my dad's Mexican-American. They both separated before I was born, but proud to be Jewish. You know, I got a little Jewish blood in me, so. Yeah.
33:53
Adam
Well, maybe that's the screwball blood that's in you.
33:57
Caller
Yeah.
33:57
Adam
All right. Listen, this girl sounds like trouble. If this is a real call, she's a pain in the ass. She's breaking up. She's too time in on your own brother with you.
34:08
Cypress Hill
She's telling you she loves you while she's screwing two other guys.
34:11
Drew
Any of the one, listen, any of the one things you've described is not a relationship. Somebody who's cheating, somebody who has violated the trust of another family member of yours, it's not, no, this is not OK.
34:23
Caller
Do you have any other brothers?
34:24
Drew
She must be very hot. This is the only way a guy could justify this.
34:27
Caller
I got a few other brothers, actually. I got three other brothers, my youngest.
34:31
Adam
That's the Mexican side, by the way. It's not the Jewish side.
34:34
Caller
Well, don't worry, your brother would be next. I have a brother.
34:37
Drew
But you know, ask him.
34:39
Adam
Juan, does she have any kids?
34:40
Caller
Yeah, she has a baby from my brother.
34:43
Drew
Come on, that's your nephew.
34:44
Cypress Hill
Come on. What's wrong with you? Throw it to the curb.
34:48
Caller
Not that it makes a difference, but my brother is adopted. He was adopted when he was a baby.
34:52
Drew
That's a completely different thing.
34:54
Caller
Right. Well, I don't know if it is, but...
34:56
Drew
No.
34:57
Cypress Hill
I could step on my brother's toes because he's not like really my brother. Come on, man.
35:04
Adam
And Juan, you know what this is all stemming from? You not being able to find a check.
35:08
Caller
Well, yeah.
35:09
Adam
Right?
35:10
Drew
Yes. Well, you know, this girl is incredibly hot and he's justifying all this as a way of staying with her.
35:16
Cypress Hill
Is she incredibly hot?
35:18
Caller
She's pretty. She's, you know, the sex is good and I enjoy being with her.
35:21
Drew
He just can't find anybody. No, Juan.
35:23
Adam
Juan, you need to find your own check.
35:25
Caller
Really? So there's no hope in this?
35:26
Cypress Hill
It's just easy for you. That's what it is. It's easy, accessible.
35:30
Drew
Not easy.
35:31
Cypress Hill
No, no, no.
35:31
Drew
I mean anything else.
35:32
Cypress Hill
No, I mean her.
35:33
Drew
Yeah. But again, nothing else going. It's not even just easy. There's nothing else going on for him. You're going to rock star too long. You forget what that's like.
35:40
Adam
Yeah.
35:41
Caller
Oh, low blow.
35:44
Adam
Yeah. Oh, no, seriously. B-Rail, you get a job over at the Lari Seaside plant over there in Eagle Rock. Let's see how much tail you bring home.
35:53
Caller
I'll stop.
35:56
Adam
Regular guys can't get laid, you know?
35:59
Cypress Hill
I know plenty of regular dudes that get laid.
36:01
Adam
They stumble.
36:02
Drew
The hand-rolled rock stars.
36:04
Adam
Ernie over here, he's catching scrap from the band. Are you kidding? Listen, I know his strategy. Yeah, what do you mean? I'm in the band.
36:14
Cypress Hill
Cook for them.
36:16
Adam
Let me tell you something also about Cypress Hill. You got a good look and hang out. You could fake your way into that band, no problem. I grow up. No, I don't mean you get up on stage, you just stand around backstage and say, yeah, that's right, I'm in the percussion section. 25 guys up there, you get lost back there. Just say you're in there. It's like I told everyone I was in Santana's percussion section for many years in high school. They all believed it. They didn't know. Who's going to call me out on it? Told them I played that hollowed out fish. Yeah, got a lot of tail off of that gig. Yeah, tell me the guy playing the fish.
36:57
Yeah, you're cooking and playing the fish.
36:59
Caller
I'm going to pick up for you, Chef.
37:00
Adam
All right, let's take ourselves a little break. Cypress Hill is here and I promise we'll hear something from them when we come back. Wow, we can be real, our neighbors. I didn't even know that.
37:48
Cypress Hill
I thought I saw him cruising his pimp ride down the street.
37:52
Adam
And Sherman Oaks. I didn't even know that. All right, we got to hurry up and go to break so we can talk more about where exactly our houses are. Yeah, all right, we'll play a song. Keep talking about it. All right, we're on a roll here. Cypress Hill is here. We're going to hear something off the Skull and Bones CD. And this one is called Rock Superstar.
40:17
Somebody else tryin' to spit off like some series.
42:36
Drew
Your barbecue.
42:38
Caller
Oh, my goodness.
42:39
Cypress Hill
Oh, boy.
42:40
Adam
All right, everybody.
42:41
Cypress Hill
We're just having a great time.
42:43
Adam
Cypress Hill. And you can find them at the Shrine on the 30th. That's this.
42:49
Cypress Hill
Oh, no, no, on the 20th.
42:50
Adam
Oh, 20th. I'm sorry. This Friday, everybody. That is with the Cottonmouth Kings and Drunk With Power and Soulfly and other good bands. And this is gonna be a good time. And you can't go wrong with Cypress.
43:04
Cypress Hill
You can't go wrong. See, he didn't even take a hit yet and he's already confusing the date. All right.
43:10
Adam
I guess I have to get more drugs. Drew, remind me to get more drugs.
43:13
Drew
Mental note.
43:14
Cypress Hill
Mental note.
43:16
Adam
Right, from Be Real. Thank you. Jessica?
43:18
Caller
Hello.
43:19
Adam
Hey, you're 17. What's up?
43:21
Caller
Yeah. This past weekend, I had, I guess you could say more sex than usual than I usually do. And I'm like really sore. Yeah. And I'm having like a little bit of a white discharge.
43:41
Drew
Why don't you get that checked out?
43:45
Caller
I don't know. I was going to ask you what it was, Drew.
43:48
Did you protect yourself?
43:49
Drew
It could be an STD, right?
43:52
Caller
Oh, I hope not.
43:53
Drew
That's how STDs present. A little discharge, a little pelvic pain, vaginal irritation. Did you protect yourself? That's gonorrhea, chlamydia, all those lovely infections present like that.
44:06
Adam
What's the matter?
44:06
All right. Because one of the guys.
44:08
Adam
One of the guys? One of the guys.
44:10
Caller
He like, I guess earlier on in the night, I didn't know this, somebody told me this later, said that he had chlamydia and I didn't know that.
44:19
Drew
Well, there you go. And as you know, chlamydia causes infertility.
44:23
Adam
Yeah. But he, I don't know, sometimes.
44:24
Caller
I don't need to be having kids, so that's probably good.
44:27
Cypress Hill
Well, how many guys did you do?
44:30
Caller
Only two.
44:32
Adam
Two, uh-huh.
44:32
Cypress Hill
And they didn't wear anything?
44:34
Caller
No, they didn't.
44:35
Caller
Was there any whipped cream?
44:37
Adam
Yeah, they, well, it's coming out of her now. I think, by the way, you don't normally brag about having chlamydia unless you have it. Sometimes, I'll say it at a party so I can get to the front of the keg line, but it's not the kind of thing guys will just talk about. So, I would believe that this guy has chlamydia or had it, and you have it. And what's up with you, Jessica, in general?
45:03
Drew
Why would you be such a bad parent?
45:06
Caller
Oh, I'm never having kids, ever.
45:08
Drew
You've called us before, haven't you?
45:10
Caller
Yeah, I have.
45:11
Drew
I recognize this voice. Really?
45:13
Cypress Hill
Sounds, you're good, Drew.
45:14
Drew
Yeah, isn't that wild?
45:15
Adam
Yeah. See, you don't smoke weed, fellas. That's what you get. You've got a mind.
45:22
Drew
Right.
45:22
Adam
Hey, what's up? Were you abused?
45:26
No.
45:27
Caller
Oh, God. You guys did this to me.
45:30
Drew
Yes, I remember this.
45:31
Adam
Well, it's because you use the same voice, that abused voice.
45:34
Caller
No, my voice is like so much better than it used to be. I don't have a little girl voice anymore.
45:38
Adam
OK, but you're still sleeping around and you're not using protection. You're not taking care of yourself.
45:43
Caller
I did use protection both times.
45:45
Drew
Oh, you did. She did.
45:46
Caller
All four times I did.
45:48
Drew
So they did wear condoms.
45:49
Adam
Four times.
45:50
Caller
Four times.
45:51
Adam
Four times two penises, though, right?
45:53
Caller
Yeah.
45:54
Drew
Did they give you oral sex, either of them?
45:56
Caller
Yeah, both of them did.
45:57
Drew
So there could be something that they transmitted from their mouths. Herpes, that kind of thing. So you just got to go plan parenthood. If you don't have a doctor or any urgent care center, just get a pelvic exam, see what's going on. They'll probably give you a single course, a single dose, actually, of antibiotic, and that'll be that.
46:13
Cypress Hill
You must check yourself, all right?
46:15
Caller
I have one more question.
46:16
Drew
Yeah.
46:17
Caller
If it's not, like, if he had it once before, does that mean he always can, like, No.
46:24
Drew
No. Herpes is the one that does that in warts, but no, not chlamydia. That one's easy to eradicate in men.
46:29
Adam
That's right.
46:30
Caller
Oh, maybe they didn't get it.
46:32
Adam
I actually, I got rid of my chlamydia by letting off one of those chlamydia foggers. You drop down your underpants. That's a new thing. I think holiday makes them.
46:42
Drew
No, no, they haven't. I just let them off in your bedroom.
46:44
Adam
Oh, I wasn't supposed to put on my underpants. Jesus Christ, the thing burnt like hell. I was wondering what that was. You just let it go in the bedroom. That's a good invention. Maybe the crab fogger.
46:54
Cypress Hill
The crab fogger.
46:55
Caller
Special TV offer.
46:57
Adam
You just pull the tab on the can, set it on the nightstand and go to sleep.
47:02
Cypress Hill
If you have creepy crawlers.
47:04
Adam
It'll probably get rid of crabs, head lice, fleas, ticks, just about anything. Drew, work on that venereal fogger, would you?
47:13
Cypress Hill
Venereal fog.
47:15
Adam
We will take ourselves a little break. Cypress Hill is here tonight. We're always glad to see these guys. And we'll be back with more of your questions after this.
47:25
Cypress Hill
1-800-LOVE-191.
47:45
Caller
You're listening to Loveline on Outrageous Talk Radio, 100.7 The Buzz. Outrageous Talk Radio, 100.7 The Buzz. KQVC, Seattle.
48:10
Loveline, Fast Growing Outlaw Radio in North America.
48:16
Adam
Love Live, Fast-Growing Outlaw Radio in North America. Love Live, Fast-Growing Outlaw Radio in North America. Love Live, Fast-Growing Outlaw Radio in North America. Anderson says no. I got bored a little late. I thought it was the next break. I'm not going to make excuses. That was a four or five. It wasn't a great one for me. Drew? Yep. Just making sure you're still alive. Cypress Hill is here. Chef Ernie and Bobo.
48:38
Cypress Hill
Chef Ernie.
48:39
Adam
Be Real are all here from Cypress Hill. They're going to be playing with the Cottonmouth Kings and many other bands. That is the 20th. That is this Friday at the Shrine Auditorium. Go down there. See if you can take down that upper deck. Yeah. All right. So let's hop back on the phones and speak to Ted. Ted is 19. Ted?
49:00
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
49:01
Adam
What's up?
49:02
All right. I know this girl.
49:03
Cypress Hill
She's got herpes on her mouth. And I'm not sure if she has it down there. But I was thinking, should I do anything with her or should I just avoid that?
49:13
Drew
Well, most people have it on their mouth.
49:17
Adam
How do you know she has it on her mouth? You've seen it?
49:19
Cypress Hill
No, I haven't seen it personally, but her, but my cousin is her best friend and...
49:25
Drew
It's very common to have it on the mouth.
49:27
Adam
Okay.
49:28
Cypress Hill
Can she like spread it like down there though?
49:30
Drew
That's how it gets down there.
49:32
Okay.
49:33
Adam
Yeah, but you can probably get with her when she's not having an outbreak and be safe.
49:38
Drew
Yeah, so many, many people have that herpes virus in the mouth.
49:42
Cypress Hill
But I hear she can get it like a couple days before she's contagious and after or like she's contagious before she gets bumps in her mouth and after.
49:50
Drew
Listen, let's stay with me. Many people have this in their mouth.
49:53
Cypress Hill
All right.
49:54
Drew
Okay. Do you hear that much of it being transmitted from the mouth to the genitals? Doesn't happen that much. Not that common. So people, if they're not having symptoms, usually that you'd be reasonably safe. Not necessarily, but you can't necessarily be safe with anyone because this virus is so common in the mouth.
50:10
Cypress Hill
Listen to the doctor, man.
50:13
Adam
Do you like her, Ted?
50:15
Yeah, she's pretty cool.
50:16
Drew
That's more important than anything else.
50:18
Adam
Well, listen, you can get a good deal on her with the herpes. You know what I mean? It's like sometimes you go down to the Sears Outlet Mall out there and you get like a $900 washing machine for $600. It's got a dent in the side, but you can barely see it. That's what I look at as herpes on a young girl.
50:37
Cypress Hill
Get yourself a deal.
50:39
Adam
A girl you couldn't normally afford and she's accessible all of a sudden.
50:43
Cypress Hill
He knows how to bargain.
50:44
Adam
Yeah, go down to the herpes outlet mall.
50:46
Cypress Hill
The bargaining chips. If I ever got married and had to get a divorce, I'd call you as my lawyer man.
50:55
Adam
I'd get in there. You'd keep your hopped up Denali in your Sherman Oaks Palace if you had me as a lawyer.
51:03
Caller
Cool.
51:04
Adam
William? Yes. Year 19?
51:07
Cypress Hill
That's right.
51:08
Adam
What's up?
51:10
Cypress Hill
My wife has constant migraines all the time. Anything can set them off. She has a slight skull fracture that made them worse. She got it from an ex-boyfriend a few years ago.
51:20
Drew
These aren't migraines.
51:21
Adam
What happened with the ex-boyfriend?
51:24
Cypress Hill
Well, they were roughhousing and he's kind of a dick. She collected his elbow into the back of her head. This is after the migraines started. She's been diagnosed with them. I mean, multiple doctors have treated her. They give her Percocet, Vicodin.
51:39
Drew
That's not migraine. That is not migraine. Okay, first of all, that's a bad headache, but that's not migraine.
51:44
Adam
Well, roughhousing and the guy cracked their skull?
51:46
Drew
Beat the crap out of her.
51:48
Caller
He dropped the elbow on her.
51:49
Drew
There's many things missing in this story here. Okay, first of all, give up the idea that these are migraines. They aren't migraines. Secondly, they weren't roughhousing. He smashed her skull.
51:59
Cypress Hill
Actually, I was there for that part. They were roughhousing. And he just flat out took it to the edge and did something he never should have done.
52:08
Adam
That's called beating on her, though.
52:10
Drew
Yeah, that's not roughhousing.
52:11
Cypress Hill
I beat on him for it.
52:13
Adam
All right. Hey, don't have any kids, would you? Do us all a favor?
52:17
Drew
And let's stop talking riddles. Let's just talk about what's going on here.
52:21
Adam
What the hell were you doing there?
52:23
Cypress Hill
This was before we were dating. I was good friends with him.
52:26
Adam
Yeah.
52:27
Cypress Hill
That's how I met her.
52:29
Adam
How does that work, though, when you're hanging out with your buddy and he's wrestling with his girlfriend? I mean, what do you do?
52:35
Cypress Hill
There was a whole bunch of his... It turned into a tickle war between them. They ended up on the floor and we just ignored him for a while.
52:41
Adam
I see. And then he whacked her and then you whacked him?
52:46
Cypress Hill
I didn't hit him. I just pushed him back. She was holding her head and he just kept doing it. So I just pushed him back and said, hey, just get away from her.
52:54
Adam
He kept beating on her after he threw the elbow?
52:56
Cypress Hill
Yeah, he kept tickling her.
53:01
Adam
You run with a pretty fast crowd there, William.
53:04
Cypress Hill
No, I don't run with him anymore.
53:05
Adam
All right.
53:06
Drew
So now she has bad headaches and now she's on opiates.
53:12
Cypress Hill
Yeah, she has bad headaches and she won't take the Percocet or the Vicodin or any of that anymore.
53:18
Drew
What is she taking?
53:20
Cypress Hill
At the moment, nothing.
53:21
Adam
Why doesn't she take that?
53:23
Cypress Hill
Because she will take it, the headache will go away for a half an hour.
53:27
Drew
And they get worse.
53:28
Cypress Hill
And then all of a sudden she comes down off of the Percocet or the Vicodin and it just makes it ten times worse.
53:36
Drew
The opiates will make it worse. The opiates definitely make the headache syndrome worse.
53:40
Adam
So what should she do?
53:42
Cypress Hill
Well, what happened is a while back a friend of her said, hey, why don't you try marijuana? It works for my migraines. And she tried it and it works. Completely goes away in five minutes. And I'm pretty anti-drug, I want nothing to do with it. But of course I'm not a doctor, I'm an engineer. So I was wondering what your take was.
54:03
Adam
Well, if it works, I mean, another marijuana-related success story, right, Cypress Hill?
54:09
Cypress Hill
I can sort of speak on that, because my mother had these things called cluster headaches, and what they tried to remedy her with was with oxygen. And what that would do is it would slowly bring the headache down, but it didn't do anything to stimulate her appetite or anything like that. And one day I just said, here, this thing ain't really working, try this. I mean, I don't know if it's going to work, but maybe it'll, you know, at least get your appetite up there. And she started to smoke it, and it would relieve her a little bit, a little at a time. And after she'd get hungry and it, you know, it'd help her out with her other therapy and stuff like that. So it worked for her because she doesn't use the oxygen anymore, and she doesn't get the headaches anymore.
54:57
Drew
But she's not still smoking the pot.
54:58
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
54:59
Drew
She's still smoking the pot.
55:00
Cypress Hill
Yeah. Whenever she feels it coming on, she'll smoke a little bit and then it won't, you know, it won't affect her and she's been all right ever since then.
55:09
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
55:09
Drew
The problem...
55:10
Cypress Hill
That's exactly what happens with her. She'll feel it coming on and if she catches it in time, she'll smoke a little bit and it won't even affect her.
55:22
Drew
How often is she doing that?
55:24
Cypress Hill
Once every two days and it's just a little bit at a time.
55:29
Drew
Well, it's hard to know if she is an addict, if she has an alcoholic...
55:33
Adam
Yeah, she's not because she didn't want the Vicodin or the Percocet. She would have been all over that.
55:38
Cypress Hill
She doesn't drink at all.
55:39
Drew
No, I understand. But if she inherited the gene for alcoholism, this could be a treacherous intervention for her.
55:47
Adam
Yeah. But wouldn't she be on the Vicodin or the Percocet?
55:49
Drew
There's a lot more going on here, I guarantee you.
55:52
Adam
Really?
55:53
Drew
I guarantee you.
55:53
Adam
Because she was hooked up with the violent guy? Why was she running around with this pro wrestler?
56:01
Cypress Hill
Well, he's definitely not a pro wrestler. To her, he started out as a nice guy and he ended up using her. You know, spent all her money and drove her car. He didn't have one. Drove her car all the time. She never had it.
56:15
Adam
Right. But why would she stay with a guy like this? Why would she get hooked up with a guy like this? Is there something up with her?
56:23
Drew
Oh yeah.
56:24
Cypress Hill
Well, actually, when it started getting bad, she didn't really notice it at first.
56:31
Adam
Right.
56:32
Drew
That's the point.
56:33
Cypress Hill
And all of her friends pointed that out and she dropped him.
56:37
Adam
Okay.
56:37
Drew
After he fractured her skull.
56:38
Adam
Alright, alright. Well, listen, listen, she's smoking the weed, it's helping out with her condition and I say, what the hell?
56:46
Cypress Hill
My next question is related. She has endometriosis.
56:51
Drew
See, this is why.
56:54
Adam
What's that from?
56:55
Drew
Chronic pelvic pain. This chronic headache, chronic pelvic pain, personality disorder.
56:59
Cypress Hill
And I don't know if the marijuana will affect that in any way.
57:01
Adam
How's her personality? Is she screwball?
57:03
Drew
Little chaotic.
57:04
Cypress Hill
Oh, she's a sweetheart.
57:05
Drew
Little chaos in her life?
57:08
Cypress Hill
Yeah, there is a little bit of chaos in her life. Between jobs at the moment, we're not living together because I'm about to go to my new job, but I don't have the apartment in that town yet.
57:18
Drew
Just keep your eyes open, William. It's going to be an interesting ride you're on here. Believe me, trust me. This is going to erupt into a lot of interesting drama.
57:29
Adam
Guaranteed. William, though, I like he's really like a publicist for batterers. You know, they were roughhousing.
57:38
Drew
The whole thing, his level of denial is profound.
57:42
Caller
A little tickle war.
57:43
Adam
Yeah, a little tickle, little Karl Malone type elbow in the key, and back to a little tickling.
57:51
Caller
He was the ref that day.
57:53
Adam
Michelle?
57:54
Cypress Hill
Yes.
57:54
Adam
You're 17.
57:55
Cypress Hill
Hi.
57:56
Adam
What's up?
57:57
Caller
Do you get mad at me if I say hi to Cypress Hill real quick?
57:59
Adam
No. Go ahead.
58:01
Caller
Hey.
58:01
Caller
Hello.
58:02
Caller
What's up? I used to get stoned to your CD all the time.
58:05
Cypress Hill
Whoa. Me too.
58:09
Caller
All right.
58:10
Caller
Anyway, so when I was 15, right before I turned 16, I got pregnant. And when I turned 16, I got married. And I got pregnant again. Then I left my husband and then he divorced me.
58:29
Drew
How old was he?
58:30
Caller
Right now, he's 20.
58:31
Drew
Okay.
58:33
Caller
And so I'm pregnant. And I told him that I got an abortion.
58:38
Adam
Right.
58:39
Caller
But I really didn't. And I don't know if I should get one or not.
58:44
Adam
So you're pregnant now.
58:45
Caller
Right.
58:46
Drew
Could you give this baby up for adoption?
58:48
Caller
Uh-uh.
58:49
Drew
Why not?
58:50
Caller
Well, because, you know, once you see it, it's like.
58:53
Adam
Yeah. Yeah. I felt that about cars, though. And then six months later, got rid of them. You couldn't do that with a kid. Is that different? In a car is like that for a guy. Right.
59:01
Drew
Use your head a little bit. You'd rather have the child destroyed than well, then go through.
59:08
Caller
You know, you're not attached or anything right away. Yeah.
59:12
Adam
I mean, she's being honest. It's kind of stupid, but honest. I know what she's saying. Oh, you're saying once you see that child, then now it's a person you can't get rid of.
59:21
Drew
Well, have it whisked away immediately. Have it taken away. Again, you're electing to have it destroyed as opposed to going through risking, feeling a little connected to it.
59:32
Caller
Right.
59:32
Drew
Isn't that on behalf of the child? Isn't that, I mean, just the logic of that bothers me.
59:36
Adam
Well, how far along are you?
59:38
Caller
Three months.
59:39
Adam
And what about the dad or what about your ex-husband? What kind of guy is he?
59:44
Caller
He, I left him because he hit me and he wouldn't let me go to college or...
59:49
Adam
I see.
59:50
Drew
Again, she's not saying, I don't want to carry the child. It's going to disrupt my life. She's not saying any of those things.
59:54
Caller
Yeah.
59:54
Drew
She's just saying, I don't want to see it.
59:57
Adam
What about the kid you have? Where's that one?
1:00:00
Caller
With me.
1:00:01
Caller
Uh-huh.
1:00:01
Adam
How's that kid doing?
1:00:02
Caller
Oh, he's awesome, but his dad just, you know, nothing.
1:00:07
Adam
Yeah. And who's helping you out?
1:00:10
Caller
My parents.
1:00:11
Adam
All right. And really, was it, you know, I hate to beat on you now when you're down, but did you need to get pregnant again? I mean, I know, but you didn't do anything to stop it either.
1:00:25
Cypress Hill
Did you think that was going to keep him around?
1:00:28
Caller
I didn't want to keep him around.
1:00:32
Adam
I see.
1:00:32
Caller
I wanted things to work out, but.
1:00:34
Adam
Okay. Well, how about adoption? And then you can go through that whole thing later on in life where you track them down and you have that reunion and they're kind of disappointed.
1:00:43
Caller
Well, I'm just saying I couldn't do that. I wouldn't.
1:00:47
Caller
Well, that or get fixed after that. So it never happens again and again and again.
1:00:52
Adam
Well, I don't think that I don't think anyone will fix a 17 year old, will they? It's a sad state we live in, but it's true. So you want to get an abortion then?
1:01:02
Caller
Well, I don't know if I should or not.
1:01:04
Adam
All right. I'll tell you what you should do. Why don't you go down to Planned Parenthood and just talk to a counselor and see what they say?
1:01:11
Caller
Well, I don't want to bring another kid in the world that's not going to have a dad. You know what I'm saying?
1:01:16
Cypress Hill
I have, but you don't have to, you know, it doesn't have to be that way. You can, like they said, put it up for adoption. You don't have a father and mother, you know.
1:01:27
Adam
Or, you know, worst case scenario, a lesbian couple, maybe folk singers or something like that.
1:01:33
Drew
Why would that be the worst case?
1:01:34
Adam
Well, you know, the lesbians.
1:01:36
Drew
Worst case, worst case, they could stay with Michelle.
1:01:39
Adam
They'll take that kid and they'll be, they'll be using them for a golf tee inside 10 minutes. I know those lesbians were kids.
1:01:46
Caller
No, I'm saying I...
1:01:47
Adam
Teeing up a bucket of range balls right off that kid's head. Michelle?
1:01:51
Caller
What?
1:01:51
Adam
Okay, you're confused. And rightfully so. You have a decision to make and you have to make it soon. And that's why you should go down and play in parenthood and talk to somebody.
1:01:59
Drew
Sit down and talk to somebody.
1:02:00
Adam
Who's got time, all right?
1:02:01
Cypress Hill
Yeah, just think about it for a while. Don't rush to any decision.
1:02:04
Adam
Yeah, but don't think about it for six months.
1:02:06
Drew
Yeah, don't think too long.
1:02:08
Caller
I don't know, I just already said I would either get an abortion or I'd keep it.
1:02:13
Adam
Right, but see, you understand that's what you call a decision. And that's one you have to make and you have to sit down with somebody and talk to them about it, okay? You're not going to figure it out tonight.
1:02:26
Caller
Well, I know, I mean, I've talked about it.
1:02:27
Adam
All right, baby.
1:02:28
Drew
You know, with the professional.
1:02:29
Caller
No, I have.
1:02:30
Drew
Who?
1:02:30
Adam
Who?
1:02:31
Caller
My counselor.
1:02:32
Drew
All right.
1:02:33
Adam
Still do us a favor and go down to Planned Parenthood, would you? Because we have referred to a lot of a lot of people over there and they do add a little clarity and insight to a confusing situation.
1:02:44
Drew
One eight hundred two three zero PL.
1:02:47
Adam
Oh, I'll tell you what a utopia we'd be living in if all these screwballs would stop getting pregnant. It's really I mean, they could stop it. Yeah. I mean, this says she's got a young son and this kid, you know, we hope it turns out for the best. But statistically, he ain't in great shape.
1:03:06
Cypress Hill
He ain't in great shape.
1:03:07
Adam
No, and neither are we, by the way. Mark Car Stereo is now in jeopardy. Do you understand? That's what I worry about.
1:03:16
Cypress Hill
My rims too then.
1:03:17
Adam
Yeah, that's right. The rims, maybe the glass packs on the Denali.
1:03:20
Yeah. Isaiah? Yeah.
1:03:24
Adam
You're 24?
1:03:25
Caller
Yeah.
1:03:25
Adam
What's up?
1:03:26
Caller
Yeah, I just wanted to tell Cypress Hill that I was kind of disappointed because I didn't know what 420 was.
1:03:31
Cypress Hill
Oh, okay.
1:03:33
Caller
It's the National Smoking Hour.
1:03:35
Cypress Hill
Yeah, it's the National Smoking Hour. That's it.
1:03:37
Caller
That's it.
1:03:37
Cypress Hill
It represents a lot of different things.
1:03:41
Adam
Hold on a second. Isaiah, listen to me. Don't be disappointed in them because the only reason they couldn't remember is because they were so baked.
1:03:47
Caller
That's right.
1:03:48
Adam
They just couldn't recall it at the time.
1:03:50
Drew
They're busy participating in the smoke. Yeah.
1:03:52
Adam
Busy smoking. They don't have time for that.
1:03:54
Caller
Anytime you're going to buy a sack, you're thinking of Cypress Hill. You know what I mean?
1:03:57
Cypress Hill
Well, you don't have to stop thinking that way, bro.
1:03:59
Caller
Damn, it's only a number.
1:04:02
Cypress Hill
It's just the memory. If anything, my birthday should be the damn stoner holiday, June 2nd.
1:04:09
Adam
What is that, 7? Oh, 6-2?
1:04:12
Caller
I stopped smoking weed when I was like 14.
1:04:14
Cypress Hill
Well, that's all right, man. There's nothing wrong with that. You know, there's nothing.
1:04:19
Caller
I can actually remember a whole lot more now.
1:04:21
Drew
Yeah, you remember things like when the National Smoking Hour is.
1:04:23
Caller
You guys can't remember that.
1:04:24
Cypress Hill
Yeah, see, I can't remember that.
1:04:26
Caller
What were we talking about?
1:04:28
Adam
All right, Isaiah.
1:04:30
Caller
I just wanted to also let you guys know that I am a musician.
1:04:34
Cypress Hill
All right, man.
1:04:35
Caller
And I've been playing guitar for 11 years, bass for four, and drums for a year.
1:04:40
Cypress Hill
Will you keep at it, man? You know? All right. You keep at it, man.
1:04:47
Adam
And by the way, when a guy says he plays eight instruments, it's like when a guy says he's holding down five jobs.
1:04:53
Cypress Hill
Well, see, Bobo plays like eight instruments.
1:04:55
Adam
Oh, wait a minute, except for Bobo.
1:04:57
Cypress Hill
Bobo, you play eight instruments, but he ain't holding down five jobs.
1:05:01
Caller
Right.
1:05:01
Caller
I got one job.
1:05:03
Adam
What are your instruments, Bobo?
1:05:04
Caller
You know, my main instrument, drums, Latin percussion, play a little bass, a little guitar, some keyboards.
1:05:11
Adam
How about that hollered out fish?
1:05:12
Caller
Yeah, I play that.
1:05:13
Cypress Hill
Sometimes they play it for themselves, too.
1:05:15
Adam
Skin flute, too?
1:05:16
Caller
You know, yeah.
1:05:17
Caller
Well, that's not an instrument.
1:05:21
Caller
Gives us a lot of good sound tonight.
1:05:24
Adam
We'll talk to Christina. Christina, you're 21. What's up?
1:05:31
Caller
Well, my question was, I've been married for about two years now and my husband, we've had sex like every which way you can possibly think of, except for anally.
1:05:43
Adam
I see.
1:05:44
Caller
And he really wants to try it. And I'm just kind of like, Do you want to try it? Up tight about it. I mean, in a way I do, but then I don't because I heard it hurts really bad.
1:05:53
Drew
So why do it?
1:05:54
Caller
I don't know what else comes along with it. I mean, what else happens when you do that?
1:05:57
Drew
You can bleed and tear and cause hemorrhoids and fissures and all kinds of abscesses.
1:06:02
Caller
Okay, and you can tear.
1:06:04
What happens?
1:06:05
Caller
Does that wait for that to heal or what?
1:06:06
Drew
You can end up with chronic problems.
1:06:08
Adam
But it doesn't mean...
1:06:10
Caller
Or you might like it.
1:06:12
Adam
Get a little lube going, warm you up with some wine coolers, put on a little ale green. Yeah.
1:06:18
Caller
So what's that going to help?
1:06:21
Adam
Get you in the mood. Relax you a little bit.
1:06:23
Caller
Well, I mean, I'm usually relaxed.
1:06:24
Adam
Listen, I'll tell you how it helps. You ever see those Civil War movies where a guy's got to have his leg amputated? That's what they do. They give him about a half bottle of brandy. They get him out of his mind and cut his leg off.
1:06:33
Cypress Hill
They give him a piece of wood to chew and bite on.
1:06:35
Caller
That's what I do.
1:06:37
Adam
I give her a wooden spoon and a half bottle of brandy. What?
1:06:40
Caller
I don't want to feel sick while I'm doing it. I want to be relaxed.
1:06:43
Adam
Listen, I'm not saying down a pony keg. I'm saying have a wine cooler. Loosen yourself up.
1:06:48
Caller
A wine cooler is nothing.
1:06:50
Adam
Whatever it takes, baby.
1:06:51
Cypress Hill
I'm not a chemist.
1:06:52
Caller
Well, have you guys ever tried it before?
1:06:54
Adam
Sure. I've been nailed. Oh, you mean done it to a woman? Yeah. Sure.
1:07:01
Sure. I would hope you would do it to a woman. Yeah.
1:07:03
Adam
It's good times. But I don't have a real big penis.
1:07:07
Cypress Hill
It's interesting.
1:07:09
Adam
My dad got me my first butt plug. My dad started me early. For some guys it was T-ball. For me, it was a butt plug.
1:07:18
Caller
You can also try some toys. I don't know. There's like the booty beats. You can try that too.
1:07:24
Drew
Where are we going here, guys?
1:07:26
Caller
Wait until your 10th anniversary.
1:07:28
Caller
How should I get myself comfortable with it?
1:07:30
Drew
My 10th anniversary is coming up this summer.
1:07:32
Adam
Anal.
1:07:32
Drew
Uh-oh. Is that the Anal anniversary?
1:07:34
Adam
Well, I know your 20th is silver. I think your 30th is gold. Your 40th is platinum. And your 10th is anal.
1:07:42
Drew
Anal.
1:07:43
Adam
I think that's... I saw a De Beers commercial where they're talking about that.
1:07:47
Cypress Hill
You got to prep for it.
1:07:48
Drew
You have the shadow on the wall.
1:07:51
Adam
That's right. And you need someone to... You know, like a pin cushion to experiment on or you're okay?
1:08:26
Drew
I just want to borrow those graduated anal plugs you have. So we can...
1:08:29
Adam
Here, step up. I'll start you off with a number three and starter kit. Have you on number seven before the week's out.
1:08:35
Cypress Hill
Give them a starter kit.
1:08:37
Drew
We'll be back.
1:08:59
Caller
100.7 The Buzz.
1:09:16
Adam
Yep, Loveline. I'm Adam Corolla. That is Dr. Drew over there. Phone number 1-800-LLVE-191. Bobo, Be Real, and Chef Ernie are all here from Cypress Hill. They'll be playing with Soulfly and the Cottonmouth Kings. That Cottonmouth Kings is a good band.
1:09:35
Cypress Hill
Yeah, they're very good friends of ours, man. My man Big Lou over there and everybody's over there waiting for us at the Rainbow right now. Big Marv, Big Red, and they're just waiting with the vegetables, man.
1:09:47
Adam
A lot of big guys in that band.
1:09:49
Cypress Hill
Yeah, there's a lot of big dudes, yeah.
1:09:52
Adam
And they're all going to be together on Friday, this coming Friday at the Shrine.
1:09:59
Cypress Hill
Can I add something? Yeah, go ahead, man. It's aside from that, you know, we're doing our smokeout again this year. It's going to be really big. But what we're doing right now at the Key Club every Sunday night is we're hosting this thing called Battle of the Bands and we're giving local bands in California a chance to earn a spot to open up the smokeout on the main stage and on the second stage. So, you know, we just want people to know about that, so, you know, come down to the Key Club and support their local bands and...
1:10:30
Adam
And how does it work? Who votes on it?
1:10:32
Cypress Hill
Well, we want the fans to come down there and vote on it, like, you know, crowd participation, you know what I mean? Let the crowd choose the bands instead of having, you know, judges and stuff like that.
1:10:43
Adam
And you'll pick one band out of however many bands you see over the next few months?
1:10:47
Cypress Hill
What we're doing is like a playoff thing, you know. We'll put all these bands up against each other and then whoever wins proceeds to the next level, you know, round and stuff like that. And at the end of or at the beginning of October, we'll choose the band, the two bands actually, that will open up the big stage and the side stage.
1:11:09
Adam
And that'll be a pretty big break for whoever that band is because the smokeouts are pretty big, right? I mean, you know, thousands and thousands.
1:11:16
Cypress Hill
Exactly. Last year we had 60,000 people. This year we're hoping to get 80,000, 85,000.
1:11:21
Adam
Imagine 60,000 people not remembering where they park their car.
1:11:24
Drew
Oh, yeah. Just where their car keys are.
1:11:26
Adam
Just just just wandering the parking lot for four hours after the gig.
1:11:31
Cypress Hill
Where did my friends go?
1:11:32
Drew
What's the date of that going to be this year?
1:11:34
Cypress Hill
It should be the first weekend in October. I don't know which what what the number the day.
1:11:39
Adam
And what is this like the fourth one?
1:11:41
Cypress Hill
This is going to be the fourth one. Yeah.
1:11:43
Adam
Yeah. It's so weird. And I think it's one of those another one of those things where you know you're getting old fast when new stuff has been around for a little while.
1:11:53
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
1:11:53
Adam
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I was talking to someone the other night about Ozfest and it's going in its seventh or eighth year. Yeah. I mean, that's just a brand new idea. Now, seven, eight years old.
1:12:05
Drew
How come you guys don't put any getting political figures to sort of make your case for you guys? You know what I mean?
1:12:12
Cypress Hill
Well, we actually are a part of Normal. So basically, you know, they work on all the legislation stuff.
1:12:21
Drew
And why isn't there a political figure, though, that helped? There's 60,000 people. You think somebody would want to lead that group?
1:12:27
Cypress Hill
Well, you know, I don't think there's any person that actually with any kind of power cloud or any sort of high position wants to come out and speak freely about it, you know, being that they might risk their position, you know what I mean?
1:12:42
Drew
So bring a new one in. I mean, 60,000 people.
1:12:44
Adam
I know.
1:12:45
Cypress Hill
I think Bill Clinton was probably the biggest figure, but, you know, he had the sort of like, you know, hide the fact and well, not hide it, but actually like that he kept legume vegetable around the Oval Office. Yeah, I think so. I think somebody said that in one of his last speeches, he said something like that people shouldn't be, you know, put in jail for smoking marijuana. And I think that was a pretty big thing to say for for a guy in his position.
1:13:13
Caller
Let me say to the people of America and the nations of the world that I hate your ass.
1:13:17
Cypress Hill
Right on.
1:13:18
Caller
I swear to God I do.
1:13:20
Adam
Yeah. Chris?
1:13:23
Caller
Hello?
1:13:23
Adam
You're 31?
1:13:24
Caller
Yeah.
1:13:25
Adam
What's up?
1:13:26
Caller
Well, I've done a lot of acid over the course of my life and enjoyed all of it. But wondering if I've messed up my serotonin levels.
1:13:37
Drew
Oh, absolutely. I see this all the time. Do you still see trailers? No. That's the group that really gets severe depressions is that if you're still seeing, having visual disturbances. And of course, if you're still having visual problems, it's because of a damage to the visual cortex in the brain.
1:13:54
Adam
Well, she's not having that.
1:13:56
Drew
But the other thing we see is chronic anxiety, depressions, and the depressions are really quite intense and don't respond well to medication.
1:14:03
Cypress Hill
So hey, hey, do you ever like lose track of where you are and find yourself somewhere else that you never, you know, you didn't plan on going now because I remember the first time I visited this show, this guy called in and said that he used to drop a lot of acid, but he hadn't in a long time. And I guess the day before he called the show, he said that he was driving somewhere that was like maybe a five minute drive for him.
1:14:29
Drew
Yeah.
1:14:30
Cypress Hill
By the time he realized and snapped out of it, he was like three hours away from where he was actually supposed to be.
1:14:38
Drew
That happens.
1:14:39
Caller
That's a bad trip.
1:14:40
Adam
How much acid have you done, Chris?
1:14:41
Caller
Oh, I don't know. I'm guessing between 50 and 100 hits.
1:14:45
Drew
Yeah. Usually 50 is where people, I have a threshold question I ask people when they come in for treatment for addiction.
1:14:51
Caller
That's why I call.
1:14:52
Adam
Which is, do you have money?
1:14:53
Drew
How many times have you done acid? If they say something like 50, they're going to be on medication. That's it.
1:14:58
Caller
Regardless of any, like...
1:15:00
Drew
If they're absolutely not depressed, I mean, absolutely, I cannot detect any symptoms of depression, which by the way, I've never seen that case, then I would still watch them because depression is coming.
1:15:10
Caller
Okay. I mean, it's been years, but...
1:15:13
Drew
It usually comes on about 10 years after you stop using.
1:15:16
Caller
Oh, okay.
1:15:18
Caller
Okay. And see, my PMS has gotten a lot worse.
1:15:21
Drew
But that's the mood to instability.
1:15:23
Caller
But that's the serotonin levels drop right before your period begins.
1:15:27
Adam
Right. So what should you do?
1:15:29
Caller
Go get...
1:15:29
Drew
Look, there's new Serifam now, which is specifically for...
1:15:34
Caller
I don't want to do any prescriptions.
1:15:35
Drew
Well, unfortunately, because it's brain damage, you have to fight this with very powerful chemicals.
1:15:40
Caller
What about 5-HTP though?
1:15:42
Drew
Will not even come close. I'm telling you that even with very powerful chemicals, this is a difficult thing to treat.
1:15:48
Adam
Listen, Einstein, you did a truckload of acid. What's wrong with doing a little bit?
1:15:52
Drew
When I was 19, I ate about 4 boiled KOD buttons and stayed up all night but felt no effect. Why would you object to using something that is known to be safe, been used millions of times?
1:16:02
Caller
I have no proof it's known to be safe, though.
1:16:04
Drew
Well, there's a few tens of millions of prescriptions and decades of experience as opposed to...
1:16:09
Cypress Hill
What made you think the acid was going to be safe?
1:16:11
Adam
Yeah, I mean, that's the thing. She had some guy with a full beard and a hepatitis handing her a piece of toilet paper at a fog hat concert.
1:16:21
Caller
Go ahead, man.
1:16:21
Caller
It'll make you feel good.
1:16:23
Adam
Gladly shoved it in her mouth, but when a guy with a PhD says she should take some pill that's been handled by guys with gloves in a sterile environment, it's like, the man's trying to poison me now. Forget it. Your little plan ain't going to work.
1:16:36
Caller
Right. That's ridiculous.
1:16:37
Adam
Listen, if you've done enough drugs, street drugs, and you've put enough stuff in your mouth, this is the least of your worries. Believe me. Whoa. George? You're 23. What's up? Yes.
1:16:51
Caller
Well, my question is actually for Cypress Hill.
1:16:54
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
1:16:54
Caller
What's up, man?
1:16:55
Cypress Hill
What's up, homie?
1:16:56
Caller
Man, I've been a fan of you guys for like six or seven years, man, since high school.
1:17:01
Cypress Hill
Wow.
1:17:02
Caller
Well, number one, I just I want to ask you guys, after Friday, when's you guys next performance and where is that going to be?
1:17:10
Cypress Hill
After Friday, our next performance.
1:17:12
Adam
Wow.
1:17:13
Caller
I think it's in Arizona.
1:17:16
Cypress Hill
Yeah. Well, we got something in Arizona the next day, but I mean, that's Arizona. I don't think our next thing is till like the smokeout in October.
1:17:24
Adam
He's in San Francisco. This guy.
1:17:26
Cypress Hill
Oh, yeah, that's right. We're doing a smokeout in San Francisco. I forgot about that.
1:17:30
Adam
How does that work? You just put a big fan on the smokeout that you're doing out here and blow it over to San Francisco.
1:17:35
Cypress Hill
We're going to do it like smoke signals. You know what I mean?
1:17:38
Adam
Yeah. How do you say we're baked?
1:17:40
Cypress Hill
We're baked.
1:17:41
Adam
Yeah.
1:17:42
Caller
Hey, do you know?
1:17:43
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
1:17:44
Caller
I want to know. I heard that beef baguette or I don't know, the little incident the AYQ, what was that all about?
1:17:51
Cypress Hill
Oh, well, you know, that was a long time ago. We've made up since then. But, you know, it was a question over original material that we recorded.
1:18:01
Drew
That was a while ago.
1:18:02
Caller
Yeah.
1:18:03
Cypress Hill
He used and, you know, we called him on it and, you know, it turned into a big hassle. But it's all over now.
1:18:08
Adam
So you're getting money out of it.
1:18:11
Cypress Hill
No, there was no money exchanged. We got a different sort of satisfaction from that.
1:18:17
Adam
I see.
1:18:18
Drew
One more pot.
1:18:19
Cypress Hill
No. I wish. That would have been good.
1:18:23
Adam
Michael?
1:18:24
Hello?
1:18:24
Adam
Hey, you're 17. What's up?
1:18:26
Caller
Yeah, my girlfriend and I have a problem. Um, about four times when I fingered her, she's bled.
1:18:33
Drew
Is she a virgin? She's not a virgin?
1:18:36
Adam
No. You were in a graduation ring?
1:18:38
Caller
No.
1:18:38
Drew
Did it hurt her?
1:18:40
Caller
Uh, she hasn't really said, like, each of the times, uh, she said it doesn't really hurt, but the last time she said maybe there was like a little throbbing or something. Yeah.
1:18:48
Caller
You have long nails?
1:18:50
Caller
No, no. Uh, I think I felt like I hit something a couple of times, but, um...
1:18:55
Drew
But she is not a virgin?
1:18:56
Caller
No. I didn't really hit it with my, my, the tip of my fingernail, and I really cut my nails really short.
1:19:01
Drew
No, no, no, no, no. You're not gonna do that. But some women just sexual arousal will cause some bleeding near her period, so it may just be that.
1:19:08
Caller
Yeah. Is there a chance it could be anything else? Cause she's... Cause sometimes it happens, like, right after a period. Sometimes it happens, like, two weeks away, so, I mean...
1:19:16
Drew
It just, again, some women bleed with sexual arousal.
1:19:19
Adam
Well, the blood rushes down there, and there's this...
1:19:22
Cypress Hill
The leak.
1:19:23
Adam
Like, the membrane is thin and stuff.
1:19:25
Drew
Springs a leak.
1:19:26
Adam
Is that what it is? Springs a leak. What does go on down there?
1:19:30
Drew
You know, I don't know exactly, precisely, what the physiology is of what causes bleeding during sexual arousal in some women, but some women just have that, and it's not necessarily abnormal. It's just some instability of the uterine wall, uterine lining.
1:19:42
Adam
Yeah, yeah. And that uterine wall, that's something just chicks have, right?
1:19:47
Drew
You might have.
1:19:48
Adam
Chicks and gay guys or straight guys don't have that?
1:19:51
Drew
Not usually. In fact, you can tell the difference between straight guys and straight guys.
1:19:53
Adam
By checking for the uterine wall?
1:19:55
Caller
Yeah.
1:19:56
Adam
I'm going to go on a little male uterine wall hunt after the show. You with me? You guys going? Now, you need flashlights. That attracts them.
1:20:04
Drew
We're back to talking about those headlights again, the glasses with them.
1:20:07
Caller
Right.
1:20:08
Adam
Hey, Clifton?
1:20:10
Drew
Yeah, I'm here.
1:20:10
Adam
You're 17?
1:20:12
Drew
Yes.
1:20:12
Adam
You're a virgin, right?
1:20:14
Drew
Yes.
1:20:14
Caller
Yeah.
1:20:14
Drew
You're not even 17, are you?
1:20:16
Caller
Huh?
1:20:16
Drew
How old are you?
1:20:17
Caller
I'm 17.
1:20:18
Adam
What year were you born?
1:20:20
Caller
84.
1:20:21
Drew
All right. What's up?
1:20:23
Caller
Nothing. I see.
1:20:25
Drew
Nothing.
1:20:25
Adam
Well, the reason we called you is because we have some questions for you. Cypress Hill are big fans of Clifton.
1:20:31
Drew
We love Duncan, Arizona.
1:20:33
Adam
And we just want to do a check, make sure everything was in order over there.
1:20:37
Caller
Oh, it's going all right.
1:20:38
Adam
You doing okay, buddy?
1:20:40
Caller
Little bit.
1:20:41
Adam
All right. Parents riding you, teachers hassling you, the man on your back?
1:20:46
Caller
Most times.
1:20:46
Adam
I see.
1:20:47
Caller
Any girl problems?
1:20:49
Caller
A little bit.
1:20:50
Drew
What's the problem?
1:20:51
Caller
Well, I'm not circumcised.
1:20:53
Caller
I don't know if I should show him or not.
1:20:57
Drew
In the world, most men are not circumcised.
1:20:59
Adam
Who do you want to show your penis to? My girlfriend. I see. And is it going to be attached to you when you show it to her or are you going to send it to her?
1:21:07
Caller
Oh, it's going to be on me.
1:21:09
Caller
Oh, I just want to say bye-bye, here it is now.
1:21:12
Adam
Now you can do what I did, which is I showed the first girl I showed my penis, I pushed it through the mail slot of the door. That way I didn't have to be, and I spoke to her through that peephole.
1:21:22
Drew
Yeah.
1:21:22
Adam
You know, a little hatch.
1:21:23
Drew
You thought there was a dog sniffing around or something?
1:21:27
Adam
Yeah. I ended up wiping up with the penny saver. It was stuffed in the slot there. Clifton?
1:21:33
Drew
Yeah.
1:21:34
Adam
Isn't it amazing I can tell the guys are virgins by their voices? He was 17. Most guys who call this show at 17 are not virgins. I would say 85 percent of guys who call this show at 17 are not virgins. But as soon as I heard one syllable out of Clifton's young voice, I knew he was a virgin.
1:21:50
Cypress Hill
The big V popped up?
1:21:51
Adam
Yeah. Because his voice will change the second he gets laid.
1:21:55
Cypress Hill
Yeah.
1:21:55
Adam
He'll sound like Barry White.
1:21:56
Cypress Hill
He'll be like, hey, Adam, I just, you know, haha.
1:22:02
Adam
You want to smell my finger, buddy?
1:22:04
Caller
Look, bro, and if the girl doesn't like you because of that, you got to find a new girlfriend.
1:22:09
Adam
All right.
1:22:10
Caller
You'll find somebody.
1:22:11
Adam
All right.
1:22:11
Cypress Hill
Simple as that.
1:22:13
Adam
All right, Clifton, you're fine there, buddy. You wash up nice and good.
1:22:17
Caller
Okay.
1:22:17
Adam
Yeah. Remember the difference? I think we all still do it, but we're a little lazier now. We're all big celebrities. We don't have to wash your genitalia quite as much as we used to, but there's two different showers I took when I was young. There was the, I'm running late for school or work shower, and then there's someone may be handling my dork shower. The bottle brush came out, the cleanser came out, the loofah. It was really like washing a van. Big bucket, sponges, and Ace used that glove, that sudsy glove.
1:22:48
Cypress Hill
Did you have the turtle wax, too?
1:22:49
Adam
Yeah, wax it down with a little carnauba, armor all the balls. I mean, it was really a full presentation. I actually detailed my crotch.
1:22:58
Caller
Right on.
1:23:01
Adam
All right, we'll take ourselves a little break. Cypress Hill is here. When we come back, we'll speak to Tammy. She wants to ask Michelle, who was our earlier caller, to come over and say hi.
1:23:13
Drew
Come home.
1:23:14
Adam
Come home? What the hell?
1:23:15
Drew
Michelle was the...
1:23:17
Adam
What the hell was that call?
1:23:18
Drew
So I think she was one of the... She'd been with a couple of guys and...
1:23:22
Adam
Oh, is this like her mom?
1:23:24
Drew
Is her mom. She was one that would... I remember I recognized the voice from...
1:23:27
Adam
Right, right, right. All right, so mom's on the horn. We'll get to that after...
1:23:33
Cypress Hill
Get your ass home after this.
1:24:16
Adam
Yeah, Loveline. Adam, that's Drew. Chef Ernie, Bo Bumby Real are all here from Cypress Hill.
1:24:25
Cypress Hill
Right.
1:24:26
Adam
Cypress Hill can be found this Friday at the Shrine Auditorium, which if you haven't seen a gig there, is a great old like Art Deco 20s. I mean, that place got a lot of history.
1:24:37
Cypress Hill
This is our first time playing there. Is it? Yeah, we're popping our cherry.
1:24:42
Adam
It's a good venue and just to sell it a little more, it's in a place where no matter where you live, it ain't far away. It's kind of right in the middle, right by USC, Cottonmouth King, Soulfly. A bunch of bands are going to be there. Again, what you get with Cypress Hill is you get the bang for your buck.
1:25:03
Cypress Hill
Yeah, it's definitely going to be a good show. This is the first time for a lot of things. We haven't played the Shrine before. It's our first time playing with Soulfly. And it's going to be good. And this is our first 420 gig. So we're just knocking it all out in one.
1:25:20
Adam
Also, when do you think the new CD is going to come out, by the way?
1:25:24
Cypress Hill
We're anticipating October, right around the time of the smokeout. You know, I mean, it's still tentative. But, you know, definitely sometime around that time.
1:25:34
Caller
It will definitely be this year for sure.
1:25:36
Caller
And personally, as a fan, I think, I mean, a lot of fans are waiting for this album. It's going to be great.
1:25:44
Adam
All right.
1:25:44
Caller
Wow.
1:25:45
Adam
I mean, that's Chef Ernie.
1:25:47
Caller
Right.
1:25:50
Cypress Hill
Get down.
1:25:50
Adam
Oh, wait a minute. What happened to our call?
1:25:53
Cypress Hill
Oh, my God.
1:25:54
Drew
Is she gone?
1:25:55
Adam
She dropped off. Mama looking for a daughter.
1:25:59
Drew
She was on one.
1:25:59
Cypress Hill
Michelle, go home. Mama said so.
1:26:02
Adam
All right.
1:26:03
Drew
No, it's not her.
1:26:04
Adam
Well, hold on. Who's this?
1:26:07
Drew
Hello? Tammy?
1:26:10
Caller
Yeah.
1:26:10
Drew
Oh, no.
1:26:11
Cypress Hill
That ain't Tammy.
1:26:12
Caller
He said yeah. It's me.
1:26:14
Drew
Tammy? No.
1:26:16
Adam
That ain't true. It's Tammoh. She dropped off, you goofball.
1:26:19
Drew
All right.
1:26:20
Caller
All right.
1:26:21
Adam
Hold on a second, would you?
1:26:22
Caller
Hello?
1:26:23
Drew
All right.
1:26:25
Adam
Who do you want to talk to?
1:26:26
Caller
All right.
1:26:26
Drew
Well, tell Michelle to call Tammy her mom.
1:26:28
Adam
Oh, geez.
1:26:28
Drew
We got to hear a song.
1:26:31
Adam
I swear to God, you guys, I get a contact high from being around you guys.
1:26:35
Caller
Have we?
1:26:36
Drew
No, we got to hear the song.
1:26:37
Adam
We haven't played?
1:26:37
Drew
No.
1:26:38
Cypress Hill
What song are you guys going to play?
1:26:40
Drew
I saw this up here and I said, we got to play the song this time.
1:26:42
Adam
I know, but with the FCC all of a sudden? No, we have to play the song. We must play the song.
1:26:46
Drew
You're high. Someone's got to take command here.
1:26:49
Adam
You know, Drew, when you attacked my person on the air in front of my allegiance of fans.
1:26:55
Drew
Just stated the fact. You said it yourself.
1:26:57
Adam
I am not high. I may have a residual high from other times I've been high. That's possible. I could have belched up a brownie or something. Flashback. I can't argue with you on that, but I'm not currently high. The world is your oyster. Jesus Christ. The world is. You want me to start doing heroin? I swear to Christ, I never said that. That's Gilbert Godfrey in here scrolling with me. Let's hear something else from Cypress Hill. This is called You Can't Get the Best of Me.
1:31:23
Cypress Hill
All right.
1:31:25
Adam
That's why we love Cypress Hill. You guys missed it. We had 10 minutes of Drew arguing with Cypress Hill about why weed should be illegal. It was funny.
1:31:34
Cypress Hill
Actually, this was the first time he was on our side about it.
1:31:37
Drew
No, I've always said, I haven't come down squarely yet, and now I'm down.
1:31:41
Caller
Yeah, he's come around. He's come around.
1:31:43
Adam
Let me tell you something. He uses Cypress Hill as an argument of weed legalization. You see, he always tells me, those guys are basically mellow criminals. They're too lazy to rip you off now. That's why the weed is good. Speed, they'd be kicking our ass out in the parking lot right now, right? You know, true, you get rolled before you got out to your BMW.
1:32:06
Cypress Hill
You know, what's funny is that the deaf tones were on here not too long ago, and you guys were talking about that. And Stefan, you know, we brought up Cypress Hill, right? We got a band together and he was telling me, yeah, he brought you guys up for the weed discussion.
1:32:18
Adam
That's right.
1:32:19
Cypress Hill
That's like asking B-Rill and Bobo to stop smoking weed tomorrow or something.
1:32:23
Drew
Yeah.
1:32:24
Adam
Drew uses Cypress Hill as an example.
1:32:27
Cypress Hill
But that's all right. That just means we left an impression on the doctor.
1:32:31
Adam
It's always done out of love.
1:32:34
Drew
Tammy?
1:32:35
Adam
Tammy? Now, you called, you fell off the line, but you're back, right?
1:32:39
Caller
I know. I'm back.
1:32:40
Adam
And was it, who was it? Was it Michelle? Was that your daughter?
1:32:44
Caller
The Michelle girl sounded just like my daughter. I think that's her.
1:32:48
Adam
And where?
1:32:49
Caller
I think that I know she's pregnant. My daughter is pregnant and she's been missing for about a month. And I just kind of wanted to get a message to her, you know, at least just call home and, you know, do the right thing for the baby. And y'all told her to go to family planning and that was a good thing.
1:33:07
Caller
But God, just call home.
1:33:10
Adam
How old is your daughter?
1:33:12
Caller
21.
1:33:14
Drew
How long has she been gone for? A month?
1:33:15
Caller
Yes.
1:33:16
Adam
Have you not heard from her in a month?
1:33:20
Caller
Right. And you know what? I don't know. I think the Michelle girl that you talked to, I don't know what age she is.
1:33:26
Cypress Hill
I think she said 7.
1:33:27
Caller
I was listening to music and I was flipping through stations and I heard her voice.
1:33:32
Drew
That's a pretty un-reported.
1:33:32
Caller
And I came back and I came back because it was my daughter's voice.
1:33:37
Drew
It's a pretty sort of remarkable, I mean, unmistakable voice.
1:33:41
Adam
I recognize it from her having a mother should recognize her daughter's voice.
1:33:45
Cypress Hill
Was she saying it was the girl that had sex with the two guys? Is that who you're talking about?
1:33:50
Adam
Or is it the one that is pregnant?
1:33:53
Caller
I didn't hear that part. And actually, if I was her mother and if it is my daughter, I don't want to hear the part that she had sex with two guys.
1:34:01
Drew
Of course.
1:34:01
Cypress Hill
Of course. All I'm saying is she said she was 17.
1:34:04
Adam
Yeah.
1:34:05
Caller
She's pregnant. Oh, is this girl 17?
1:34:07
Adam
Well, one of them was.
1:34:09
Drew
The one was 21.
1:34:10
Adam
The one was 21.
1:34:11
Caller
The shell girl. The one whose name was Shell.
1:34:14
Adam
All right. So if it's your daughter or not, is your daughter, you're calling from Texas?
1:34:21
Caller
Yes.
1:34:21
Adam
Is your daughter in Texas or do you have any idea?
1:34:24
Caller
No. She was in Massachusetts. She was in New York. She was in Pennsylvania. She's doing the internet hopping thing. Wow. And I think she's in Kentucky now. But see, I got in on the last part of it and the girl I talked to about, you know, when I called y'all, I don't know if this is my daughter. She sounded like my daughter.
1:34:46
Adam
Well, wait a second. Wait a second. How come your daughter's not calling you, though?
1:34:51
Caller
I don't know. I'm raising her first kid.
1:34:55
Caller
That might be her, then.
1:34:56
Drew
Yeah, there was one. I had another one.
1:34:58
Adam
All right.
1:34:59
Caller
I'm raising her first child.
1:35:00
Adam
Oh, baby. All right. Well, listen.
1:35:03
Caller
And just, you know, even if it's not my daughter, if y'all could just tell Michelle, you know what? Just get in touch with your family and let them know that you're okay. Because I don't think whether it's my daughter or not, if it's somebody's daughter.
1:35:19
Drew
Yeah, it's somebody's daughter.
1:35:20
Caller
Somebody's daughter. You know, call your mom and just let them know you're okay.
1:35:25
Caller
Even if it's not your mom, a family member.
1:35:27
Caller
Yeah.
1:35:27
Caller
We don't hate you. We don't hate you for what you're doing. We just want to know that you're still alive and you're still breathing and you're not dead in a ditch.
1:35:36
Caller
All right.
1:35:36
Caller
Somewhere.
1:35:37
Adam
All right there, baby.
1:35:38
Caller
But you know what?
1:35:39
Caller
Yeah.
1:35:39
Caller
Michelle sounded just like my daughter.
1:35:41
Adam
All right. Well, listen, I'll tell you what. If Michelle was your daughter and she's listening, call your mom in Texas and if it's not you, but someone knows who we're talking about, someone's listening to this show, have her call and listen. You don't have to make any promises. You don't have to come home. Just call and say you're alive.
1:35:59
Caller
Just say, I'm still breathing.
1:36:01
Drew
Yeah.
1:36:02
Caller
And that's all you got to say.
1:36:03
Adam
All right, Tammy.
1:36:04
Drew
Good luck, Tammy.
1:36:04
Adam
Take care of yourself.
1:36:05
Caller
It's a good message. You know what? I was just flipping through stations and I found out, I heard that voice and I had a call. But you know, and I've kind of heard a little bit about what y'all do and the Family Plenty thing is good. But you know, just kind of get a message to the people out there, to the kids out there, who don't get in touch with their parents. Because believe me, we go crazy. That's what makes our hair turn gray and white.
1:36:31
Adam
All right.
1:36:32
Caller
Because our kids get crazy and I decide that we don't give a s*** when we do.
1:36:38
Adam
Easy, easy with the s***.
1:36:39
Drew
Sammy, thanks for the call, really.
1:36:41
Adam
All right, we'll take a break and we'll be back.
1:36:45
Cypress Hill
Hello, who's this?
1:36:47
Caller
This is Loveline.
1:37:00
Adam
Well, there you go, two hours. Gone in the blink of an eye.
1:37:05
Cypress Hill
Just like vegetables.
1:37:06
Cypress Hill
That's right.
1:37:08
Drew
With you guys around.
1:37:09
Adam
Gone, then a B-load out of B-reel's bong. Wow, that's a lot of alliteration. I want to thank Cypress Hill for coming in here. I always enjoy these guys.
1:37:18
Cypress Hill
We want to thank you for like not being mad at us for being late.
1:37:22
Caller
Say, man, we're speeding, man. You're going to be mad.
1:37:24
Drew
I'd say this is probably the only guys that get away with being late that we wouldn't even think of.
1:37:27
Adam
Don't care. Glad to have you for any length of time. So again, everybody, go out this Friday, go out to the Shrine, see Cypress Hill, see Soulfly, see Cotton Mouth Kings, see other excellent bands. And this Saturday, 7 o'clock?
1:37:43
Cypress Hill
Yeah, I believe so. No, Friday.
1:37:45
Adam
Oh, I'm sorry. Friday.
1:37:46
Cypress Hill
He's already contacted.
1:37:48
Adam
7 o'clock, everybody.
1:37:51
Cypress Hill
And I just want to remind people about the key club on Sunday nights, the Battle of the Bands. Then come out, support the local bands and be a part of the process. And I want to say what's up to my son, Chris, out there. What's up?
1:38:03
Adam
Anybody who likes this show, you better like Cypress Hill.
1:38:07
Caller
You better like it, man.
1:38:08
Adam
And until next time, this is Adam Corolla for Dr. Drew saying, Mahalo.
1:38:12
Caller
Mahalo, bro.
1:38:13
Drew
Be clean. I mean, come clean. I mean.
1:38:16
Caller
This has been Loveline. The opinions expressed on the show are not necessarily those of the staff. Management sponsors for this station. The producer for Loveline is Ann Wilkins Dingle. Loveline is the presentation of Westwood One Entertainment.
